You'll have exclusive access to the entire private guesthouse located on the ground floor. Enjoy seamless self check-in with the secure keypad. I live in the separate residence upstairs, ensuring your complete independence.

Our home with views is in the heart of Sausalito, the "Amalfi Coast of California." Minutes from San Francisco, with urban life and nature access at the same time: birds and deer roam the neighborhood, hiking trails and beaches abound, historic Victorian homes are next to great restaurants, live music venues, and gourmet grocery stores. The Ferry terminal is a 5 minute walk and San Francisco a 25-minute ferry ride, or 20-minute drive over the Golden Gate Bridge, or one- hour bike ride away.

Our well-appointed garden apartment is a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Caledonia Street, and a 10 minute walk to the Sausalito Ferry terminal. Easy on-site parking. Enjoy gorgeous views in a peaceful setting, with an easy commute to San Francisco via car or ferry.
*Please note, while it is a 5 minute walk to Caledonia street, we live on a steep hill and the apartment is accessible by stairs only. This is not a walkable location for guests with mobility challenges.

This is a recently renovated 1BR apartment with a balcony and wonderful views of Richardson Bay. The apartment has a separate entrance with a coded keyless lock. Full-size bed and additional inflatable single bed available. The bathroom has a shower stall only. There are two ample closets.
