This ocean view studio with south and west facing decks, is in a very peaceful, low traffic area while being only steps from the center of town, Mendocino Headlands, beaches, tide pooling, groceries and restaurants. Whale watch from your window seat. Quick and easy access to HWY 1 for day trips to the lighthouse, coastal trails, wine tasting, kayaking, bike trails and so much more.

This light and airy studio has a queen size bed with down comforter and pillows along with alternative down pillow, neck rolls and body pillow. Door hanging rack with hangers as well as shelf space for clothing and full length mirror in the bathroom. Dinnerware and utensils for 4, along with air fryer, microwave, two burner convection cook top, pots and pans, coffeemaker as well as French Press, blender and mini fridge. The built in desk and chair provide a good work space with an ocean view. From the window seat, you may see whales going by with the naked eye, though we do provide binoculars. Apron, beach towel and cushions for the outdoor chairs are just inside the door. Also a foam roller and exercise mat for your use.

Parking on the far south side front of the garage and walkway to the studio unit above the garage. Upstairs space and decks are for your exclusive use.

The kitchen and bathroom are on the same electric circuit so please do not use a hair dryer while using the air fryer or other cook tops.

We have a very friendly dog, Parker, that is contained on our property with an electronic fence. He is a poodle/mini Australian Shepard mix. He can easily be restricted from the decks.
