This sweet and rustic mariposa cabin and lounge are in my beautiful garden , they are fully private from the main house and havean outdoor bathroom and shower with your own garden entrance gate . You can walk everywhere from this centrally located studio within minutes to ( cafes , brewery, natural food store , shops and dining) the main house is my home and yoga studio , I do not disturb my guests or use that side of the garden but my cats may wander and say hello:)

This is two cabins and outdoor bathhouse in my garden. . It is simple, private and cozy .Please note the toilet is a compost toilet ( very nice and easy to use ) . there is no kitchen or microwave but there is a hot plate , fridge and kitchenware , PLEASE put dirty dishes outside in the plastic bin to the left of the cabin for me to wash, this will prevent ants too. thank you . There is no wifi or tv, this is a glamping situation meant for those who wish to enjoy a cozy unique retreat in a garden and enjoy the town or have a sweet rest before heading on the trails .There is also a gulch behind you so there is wildlife here, deers, skunks, cats, raccoons, spiders etc. it is likely you will here some animal noise or have interaction. its like being in the wild but right in town:) i can fit 4 people if requested but do charge additional 25 fee each guest beyond 2

This is a very sweet and beautiful space but is still rustic and has qualities of the outdoors. ...there are wild animals that roam in the gulch and some in my garden at night ( racoons, skunk, fox and deer) there is no internet or tv, this is intentional to unplug and enjoy the garden and the town, there are several in town trailheads close( some walking distance) and can get to many trinity alps trailheads in 30 min an hour, please let me know if you have a pet , I allow them but they must be watched and kept on your garden side so to not scare my cats on the property

We are only 15 minutes from downtown Redding and the Civic Center.

The space
This is a self contained one bedroom cottage with a separate entrance and a designated driveway parking spot.
The bedroom has a twin daybed, a queen bed and a twin trundle bed that can be pulled out. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can be used as a separate sleeping area/bedroom.
The livingroom has a small gas fireplace and comfortable seating for four with the sofa and two bucket chairs. There is also a TV and access to YouTube TV. Guests are expected to use their own Netflix, Disney, etc. accounts.
Please note there is no oven or cooktop in the kitchen. There are two electric burners, a microwave and a toaster oven as well as other kitchen appliances.
The cottage shares the property with our main residence but has its own separate porch to enjoy beautiful Redding weather.

Guest access
Guests have the entire cottage and the attached patio with a view of the rose garden as well as access to the pool that might be shared with our family. The cottage and the pool are for guest use only. No visitors please. Guests who have family in Redding that will be visiting or staying with them must include them in the number of guests when booking the cottage. No parties or events per Airbnb regulations.

Other things to note
This cottage is in the backyard of the main house so guests may see family in the backyard, pool or on the porch of the main house.

Relax by the pool at this peaceful Bungalow guesthouse. The home is furnished with a very comfortable king sized bed in the downstairs master and a queen sized bed in the upstairs loft. A full kitchen and large cozy living room with a large comfortable sectional. We could not be more centrally located in the heart of Redding just minutes from everything.

The space
The home is clean and very spacious with large living room. We have a beautiful pool and patio that is shared with your hosts as well as a studio unit on the premise. There is a private driveway for parking that leads directly to your front door. A new 65 inch smart tv ,a full kitchen and shared laundry right outside the back door. We aim to be as helpful as possible while respecting your privacy.

We simply ask all guests to respect each others space and privacy. Please note that the pool is a Share Quiet Zone and closes at 9pm and any additional guests outside of the reservation will have to be approved by the hosts. There may be a charge for extra guests outside the reservation. Especially if they are here for more than just an hour or two and we’re not pre approved. We hope you enjoy your stay. This cottage is Ideal for long-term traveling healthcare workers or students, a 400-sq.-ft., welcoming, modern and cozy place. It has a private entrance, a bedroom with a pocket door, a bright bathroom with a roomy shower, and living room with a couch plus a chaise (big enough for another overnight guest). The cottage is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready for guests who enjoy cooking.

The space
This lovingly restored 1938 cottage is located in the heart of one of Redding's most charming historic neighborhoods known for its nice areas for walking. It's about a mile from each of Redding's two primary hospitals, and other nearby medical facilities. The cottage is clean, airy and bright. There is original artwork throughout the cottage.

The cottage has great storage, from a full-sized bedroom closet, a roomy 3-drawer oak dresser, lots of kitchen drawers, and an upper storage space in the bedroom for bulky items like sleeping bags and suitcases.

Guest access
The shared outdoor spaces include a front porch of the main house, and the back deck behind the main house and other guest suite.

The cottage has its own gas barbecue with a new tank of propane. There are many outdoor seating areas on the patio, shared by the host and another guest who lives in the nearby suite. One of the best outdoor shared features is a treehouse designed with adults in mind. It's a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. It comfortably seats 3 adults.

The cottage has a new energy-efficient "mini split" heating and air conditioning unit.

The cottage has its own designated parking space that's secure behind a tall fence with an electric gate. Guests will have a key fob to open and close the gate.

Guests who lose the electric gate fob will be charged $40.

The cottage door is operated by a numbered keypad. The code will be provided upon check-in.

Once guests check in, the host's policy is to never enter the cottage unless she sees flames or smoke.

Other things to note
The washer and dryer are located in the attached garage, which is a shared space used by the cottage guests, the host and another guest who stays in the nearby suite.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the host who will show the guests around and explain how things work. Guests will be treated to a gift basket that includes the host's special homemade coffee cake, a bottle of California wine and fruit. The refrigerator and kitchen cupboards will be stocked with preliminary staples until the guests can do their own grocery shopping. Items included are coffee, tea, small containers of juice and milk, and also dried pasta and pasta sauce, microwave popcorn, instant oatmeal, olive oil, spices, canned soup, condiments, peanut butter and jam.

The cottage is also stocked upon arrival with toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Once all the above items run out, it's guests responsibility to purchase and replenish their own food and paper products.

Guests should provide their own laundry detergents.

Because this is a 30+ day rental, after check-in guests are responsible for their own cleaning and laundry. There are extra sheets and blankets available in the bedroom closet.

For guests with large enough vehicles, there is a kayak available that's 8 feet long. (The host has a Kia Soul and the Kayak fits with the passenger seats folded down.) A perfect kayak spot is at Whiskeytown Lake, just a 20 minute drive west of Redding.

A garage is available for guests' larger items, such as bikes, ice chests, etc.

The host encourages guests to use the property for gatherings and visitors.

Detached one bedroom unit on home owners property, located in Westside Redding. This unit has it's own entrance off-street, one parking spot, and is suitable for one person, or two with one car. Full kitchen is stocked for cooking and has a dining table and chairs, as well as a queen size bed, bathroom with concrete shower, AC/Heat via a min-split system, a stackable washer/dryer combo and closet with double-hanging storage.

Spend your time at a quiet and peace filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy also. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night too!

The space
This cozy and modern studio cabin includes a variety of modern conveniences: a comfy queen bed, a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, and state of the art heating/cooling system. A washer and dryer are available for your use in the main house, right next to the Airbnb.

The space has a fully enclosed front yard (great for dogs) and a spacious back yard with forest views and comfy lawn furniture. Families of deer and turkeys visit often. During the nights, enjoy the singing frogs!

Please note: There is room to park a boat or a trailer in the circular driveway (and there is an electrical outlet for charging for boats)!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Airbnb house, the front and back yards of the AirBnb, and the shared laundry space in the main house (which is right next to the Airbnb). The front yard is gated and available for the dog guests :-).

The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly.
We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.

The space
The Pine Cone Cottage has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. We provide some Keurig coffee pods, and dry creamer and sweetener. There is a table for two inside and another outside. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - please plan accordingly. We do have a charcoal Weber for your use if you bring the charcoal.
The pool is heated from mid-June to mid-September on request. If you can bring your own pool towels, that's a plus for us. We are on a septic system and the extra laundry takes a toll.
We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. The Lewiston Animal Clinic does board dogs and cats. It is about 2 miles from our home.
WE DO NOT RENT TO SMOKERS as the odor remains on clothing and then lingers in the rooms after they leave, which is not fair to the next guests.

We do not encourage a young children here as we do have 3 ponds, a pool and we are located on a river. Children must always have an adult near by.

Guests are welcome to roam our property, check out the three ponds, visit and sit in the apple orchard or on the two river decks. There is fishing access from the property downriver from ours, which we also own. We are not fishermen, so suggest you check the web page for Herb or Pat at the Trinity Fly Shop in Lewiston for any kind of fishing information.

Other things to note
There are three hybrid wolf dogs that live across the river and they do howl during the day. Their owners considerately pen them at night, so they should do disturb your stay.

We have three orange male cats who roam freely during the day. Just wave them off if you do not want cats near you.

You'll also find a deep-set navy sofa, yellow and patterned toss pillows, faux plants, and an essential oil diffuser (pick your own scent!). Snug yet mighty, the kitchen carries out the navy and yellow color palette from the living area. And yes! It’s stocked with everything you’ll need to cook meals together (note: we have a toaster oven instead of a full oven). The laundry room is right off of the studio and is a shared space. You will have access to the laundry room from 8-3 pm. After this time, the laundry room will be off-limits.

BACKYARD/POOL
You are in the ADU/Guest House in the home. The main house has tenants and they have access to the pool area in the backyard. You will have access to the gated side yard and the studio space. The pool and backyard are off-limits to you. There is a side yard with a sitting area for you to enjoy during your stay and is private.

PARKING
Our driveway is available for you to use for one car. Please park in the driveway in front of the door to the sideyard only. Cars can park in tandem.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

SMOKING
To keep our home fresh and clean for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, a $300 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in the backyard (please close the sliding glass doors and windows).

PRIVACY NOTICE
Access to the sideyard is exclusive to the Panorma guests only. Our staff is courteous at maintaining the highest level of privacy possible to our guests. The yards are regularly maintained by our groundskeepers and pool maintenance staff. We ask that you not disturb the tenants living in the main house. They are not the hosts for your stay.

The home is also an easy 3 min. drive to Trader Joes, Target, Costco, Bethel Church, and I5. It really is the MOST central location close to everything.

The main living area includes the kitchen, living and dining as one combined space. There is a comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV or cozy up with a book. There is a Smart TV with free streaming channels and you can bring your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, etc (no cable). A well stocked kitchen with Keurig, Crockpot, blender, to name a few invites you to cook a yummy meal without lacking the conveniences from home. Custom cabinetry and shelving complete the quality of the kitchen. For dining, you can eat at the 4 person indoor bar table or enjoy the serene patio table outside.

The bathroom is well designed to also provide comfort and privacy. With a modern double sink vanity closed off from the toilet and shower area, you will never feel like your space is being invaded.

Another creative design feature of the cottage is the indoor washer/dryer. No need to visit a laundromat while on vacation.

The bedrooms are small, yet perfectly functional offering full sized closets and small dressers. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king bed and bedroom 2 offers a queen bed (photos will be updated soon as they still show 2 twin beds). The space
With 400 square feet of rustic living space and Mid-Century modern style architecture the cottage is a gem. Sleep on the cozy upper level of the studio near the wood burning stove in the winter and stay cool in the summer with the mini split air conditioner. Cotton sheets are comfortable anytime of the year. New memory foam mattress summer 2024!

Enjoy the the high ceilings, stained glass and dry bar on the lower level surrounded by windows. The dry bar includes a microwave, mini fridge, cups & wine glasses, coffee maker/ kurig , and electric water kettle.

The cottage is an older building with tons of character but there is no running water in the space. You'll always have access to your private bathroom which is at the back of the main house. The detached bathroom is just 15 steps away with a large stall shower, sink and toilet; it’s in the mud room/ laundry area which is separated from the main house by a closed door.

The Cottage is ideally positioned at the top of the Sacramento Valley. Lassen National Park and Mount Shasta are just an hour’s drive away. Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta are great for fishing, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. The area is full of mountain biking and hiking trails. Find pickleball courts just down the road or in Redding. This is a perfect hub for all your outdoor adventures!

Located at the back of the main house the cottage is tucked away from the street and the property is fully fenced and gated. Off street parking is inside the gate.

Street parking is very limited, please park in the designated space inside the gated driveway. There is not parking for oversized vehicles or trailers. Please do not drive or park in the grass.

Digger Bay Marina is located at the end of the road, approximately 3 miles from our property. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at Digger Bay for $25/ day. Moorage at Digger Bay is $50/ day (subject to availability).


The cottage is in a rural location and although we have regular pest control and clean thoroughly between guests insects are not uncommon.

The space
The Guest House one-room studio (576 sq ft) is a comfy yet classy space to land, with a Queen bed and two Queen pull out sofa beds for up to 6 guests. Additional 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers are included to make sleeping on the sofa beds more comfortable.
A large flat-screen TV (streaming - no local channels) and comfy couches and chair make the space a great place to hang out.
The mini kitchen comes equipped with a 3/4 sized fridge with freezer, microwave, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, toaster and hot water kettle for tea. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There are no cooking facilities--no stove nor cooktop.
The bathroom includes a large shower with shower head plus a hand-held sprayer, and comes fully stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Guests with small children can use the playground right outside the guest house. For those with older kids, a basketball hoop, balls, and other outdoor sport toys will help them have fun during their stay.

The Bears' Den is one of three unique separate cottages on our property. It is a cozy studio cottage with a king bed and a twin, sleeping a family of 3. It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. It is not designed for full cooking...more for snacks. We can provide a charcoal BBQ. You bring your own charcoal.
It is located near the pool and a short stroll to the Trinity River and decks for relaxing.

The space
The attached bathroom has a shower (no bathtub), sink and toilet. The sink is also used for washing your dishes and a dishtub is provided for that. French doors allow a beautiful view into the front gardens. Parking is located a few feet away just past a nearby gate.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the pool (heated June through mid-September) and meander through the gardens. There is a deck down by the river with chairs, and the upper deck by the house is also available for guests. There is great river access for fishing or wading.

There is fishing from our river bank if you have a current license. We are not fishermen, so suggest you check the web page for Herb or Pat at the Trinity Fly Shop in Lewiston for any kind of fishing information.

Come stay at our Cottage Retreat with a private pool and hot tub! You have access to Peacock, Netflix and Hulu, a gas barbecue, two kayaks, two beach chairs, and a small cooler. We also provide four adult size life jackets of varying sizes.

Access to our LEVEL 2 EV Charger! 240V 50A with SAE J1772 vehicle connector type. Access to the charger is a flat rate of $15 per night per EV vehicle, based on the length of your booking.

The space
Our own home is on the same property as the cottage. Guests have their own entrance and exclusive use of the pool and hot tub during their stay.

Enjoy the sunrise and peaceful views in our guesthouse. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a stocked kitchenette— perfect for a family or friends in town for a conference. The bunk room does not have total privacy, as it extends to the hallway. Living room couch also folds out into a bed. Small patio overlooks the hills and seasonal creek.

Located 15 minutes from Whiskeytown lake. Your stay includes access to a paddleboard, trampoline, and jungle gym in the front yard (at your own risk).

The space
The guesthouse is located on the property of our primary residence. Although we have 6 children, the guesthouse stays nice and quiet. Park right in front of the garage and go through the gate to the guesthouse door. We have a dog that will be kept on the other side of the property when guests are staying.

Guest access
Front yard is available for use — trampoline, jungle gym and seating. Use at your own risk and know that our children may also be out in the front yard playing sometimes. No laundry room or pool access.

Other things to note
WiFi service in our area can be spotty once in a while. If you’re planning to host a zoom conference during your stay, this is not the place for you. :) But you should be able to take zoom calls, no problem. We will also limit our own use, when possible, when guests are on the property.

Other things to note
This upper-floor guest house is attached to our home on the lower level. Our home is located on a hill, making the top floor ground level. This means you won't need to climb any stairs to access the upper-floor rental where you will be staying. You’ll have your own parking, private entrance to home, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and a full upper deck. A shared door which will remain locked during your stay, connects the two units. Occasionally, you may hear some distant noise from our family. While previous guests have not reported this as an issue, please consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

Your space includes a large deck with outdoor dining, a small fire pit, a couch, and two outdoor sofa chairs. This area is not shared and is completely available for your use. You may see our family arriving and departing, as our parking area is below the deck.

**Pet Policy:** We welcome animals for a small pet fee. Your pets must remain with you the whole time or bring a crate to house them when you are away, they are not to remain in the house unattended unless in a create. We have a friendly black lab named Kaia who will remain downstairs with us, and a country cat name Tobi who roams around the property and may say hello to you during your stay.
