Welcome to Old Roseville with it's rich railroad history. The cottage is set in an old Italian neighborhood. It has a living room with small kitchen, Bedroom/King size bed and bath. Built as an in-Law quarters, it has it's own Front & Back door, Heat/Air Conditioning System, Patio/Private Fenced Yard, and off street parking. The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay.

The cottage is all yours. You enter through your gate to your private shady yard. There you’ll find outdoor seating, and a BBQ ready for grilling your dinner. The front door has a entry coded lock for safe independent entry. This cottage is self contained, it’s attached to the main house by a hall/laundry room, but the Cottage has it's own front and back door, both with deadbolts. You’ll have your own off street parking that drops you off right at the cottage’s gate.

Old Town Roseville has many great restaurants. The town square boasts Open Air Concerts, car shows, beer gardens, craft fairs & Movie nights. ALL Free!!! Or you may enjoy a leisurely hike/bike ride along the creek on Miner's Trail. Two Hospitals, Sutter and Kaiser, are within 2 miles. Placer Fair Grounds and American raceway are just a down the street. Auburn is 13 miles, Newcastle is 6 miles. It’s a bit over an hour to take in the majestic Sierras.
