Guest access
We kindly inform our guests that access is restricted to the suite they have rented only. While staying with us, we ask that you respect the privacy of other areas within the building, including the main house. The alarmed door connecting to the main house is strictly off-limits to ensure the comfort and security of all guests.

Furthermore, we have a strict NO-SMOKING policy in place. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the building. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking within the premises to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, our staff is available to assist you. We want to ensure that your stay is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable within the designated areas of your suite.

To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly request that you take note of the following policies:

No Parties or Loud Music after 10 PM: Out of respect for other guests and neighbors, we have a strict policy against hosting parties or playing loud music after 10 PM. We want to ensure a serene atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment and a good night's rest. We appreciate your cooperation in observing quiet hours and keeping noise levels to a minimum during your stay.

Occupancy Limit: The suite is designed to accommodate a maximum of two registered guests. For safety and comfort reasons, we do not permit additional overnight guests beyond the number specified in your reservation. If you have any special requests or circumstances, please contact our staff in advance, and we will do our best to assist you.

Alarm Activation: In the event that the alarm system is accidentally triggered within the suite, the guest will be responsible for the payment of any fees incurred by the alarm company to come and deactivate it. We kindly ask guests to familiarize themselves with the alarm system and exercise caution to prevent any false activations.

Additional Charges: Please note that certain services or amenities may incur additional charges. These may include, but are not limited to, personalized experiences, having more people than the amount allowed, parties or loud music after 10pm, or any damages caused to the property or its contents during your stay. Any additional charges will be communicated to you clearly, and we are available to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Our Guesthouse off very pleasant and quiet place for you to relax here. The interior has very nice light decor mixed with beautiful warm classic furniture. Fast Internet access for working from home. You have full control of room temperature settings self unit AC and Heating system. Very spacious and three large windows bring in nice natural lights, large 65’inch smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows. Also, have good space for a second bed if needed.

To keep peace of mind. We’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize the whole place. All beddings, including duvet covers, are washed between every new booking.

1. Before Check In
All guests must submit a photo before they enter our house. Before your check-in date, A CLEAR PICTURE PHOTO OF EACH GUEST MUST be PROVIDED INCLUDING FIRST AND LAST NAME. All guests match Booking.

3. Outdoor seating
We set up a garden on your side to relax and enjoy the outdoor fresh air. The garden and patio seating area all for you. Please no loud noises! This is a nice quiet home. We don’t allow anyone to Smoke anywhere on the Property. This non-smoking property

➤Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. Please send us your request. There is an additional fee for these services.

-No flame inside the house or candles allowed.
- Remove shoes or clean feet on the mat. Be safe.
- Please do not use towels to clean your makeup and shoes.
- Please turn off all electric appliances when you go out.

About our AC & Heater System
Turn off AC &Heater when you go out for more if more than 4 hours. This is a self-unit and not connecting to the main side of the house.

Please make sure you come in with the same guest count shown on your booking. Don’t invite any guests at anytime.(No daytime visitors). After you checked in if there are extra guests who will come, make sure you add them to your booking and a picture must send to us before they allow you to come in.

Please send us a request if your booking is for someone else. Approval is required. And you are fully accountable for it.

No visitors
If you bring in extra guests inside the property and they are not on your booking, we will know and will charge you $25 extra per guest x date of the stay. This will be also a bad review and report to Airbnb.

No pets allowed
$150 cleaning fee if bringing the pet and $50 per night. My cleaner normal requested not to clean any pet's stay.

- If you are having a service dog, you must let us know and send us a request. Otherwise, we consider it a pet and will charge a penalty of $50 per night/ times the length of your stay and an extra cleaning fee of $150.

- A service dog brought in there will be an extra cleaning fee of $150. Because I have to call different cleaners as our normal cleaners are not clean after any animal stay due to health needs.

Those who don’t respect the house rules or violate them will be reported to Airbnb. Subject to a negative review and fines will be applied.

Please keep the linens clean
The guest is responsible for any stains. It will be charge from $50-$200. Our cleaner will check the lines after check out.

Welcome. Crafters guest house is centrally located in Elk Grove between Sacramento and Lodi. We are in an established and quiet residential community that is near several parks and other amenities.

Keyless entry for access and additional interior locks for peace of mind. Dedicated driveway space and plenty of street parking.

We have a friendly maltipoo and two primarily outdoor cats that roam the shared space.

The space
Crafter's Guesthouse is a studio with a full kitchen, larger shower and bathroom/laundry, and vaulted ceilings. The bed size is a queen.

Access to the guest house is through private gate.

Shared space and owner designated areas are used by a friendly small maltipoo and two primarily outdoor cats that may wander into the guest house yard. Please do not allow the animals in the guest house.

This is a family friendly environment, so no smoking, vaping, marijuana in home or on or near property.

Guest access
Guest access through a private gate entrance and keyless entry. An interior lock helps provide additional piece of mind.

It's a great small space next to the pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Guesthouse has a separate entrance and is accessed through the Gate on the RIGHT side of our home. Go straight back and use keypad for entry. At night push the top button on keypad to light up keys. Your parking space is in the driveway on the right (in front of single car garage door).

a variety of amenities and recreational opportunities, such as tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, exercise equipment, walking paths, small and large play grounds, water spray grounds, and picnic tables.

Guesthouse is centrally located between I-5 and I-99 to get you where you need to go easily.

Walk up the main entrance walkway to the main house and your front door will be adjacent to the main house door.

CONSTRUCTION: Our neighborhood is currently undergoing some final phases of new home construction. Daytime construction sounds are usually minimal and nearing completion. There is usually minimal to no construction on the weekends.

PETS: No pets due to allergies of the homeowner.

SMOKING/VAPING/MARIJUANA: NO smoke/vaping/marijuana in home or on property.

SECURITY: Security camera at exterior door entrance

INTERIOR DOOR: An interior door between the guesthouse and main house is locked throughout the duration of your stay.

NOISE: There may be some noise from the family living in the main house, especially with kids around. Quiet hours range from 10pm-7am.
