Lots of hiking and other fun things to do. Discounts for long stays of 7 plus nights. This is a none smoking property. Smoking of any kind will be charged a large fee for the clean up. Smoke on or beyond the sidewalk and keep area clear of butts. Also due to liability and damage concerns we do not allow pets.

The apartment includes a comfortable and cozy living room (with plenty of good books to read as well as board games to play!), a work station desk, a dining table and chairs, a functioning kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double size bed and a full closet and dresser, and a separate full bathroom with bath, as well as your own private patio with outdoor table and chairs.

We are located in Elk Grove, just 15 miles south of Sacramento, the perfect peaceful getaway from the city, but still close enough to enjoy all that the Sacramento area has to offer. You will have your own parking space in the driveway and private entry with a key pad locked gate on the side of the house that leads into your private apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely nature preserve just a short walk around the corner. It makes for the perfect peaceful sunsets with wide open skies above the wild fields and rambling creek.
