Multiple listings- The main house could be occupied however Encounters with other guests are unlikely.

Smoking - No smoking, anywhere. There will be a $150 remediation charge for quick ozone treatment and scrub down before the next guest.

Pets - No pets allowed. Special Cleaning is needed due to pet allergies of future guests. This will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge.

Door Mini Blinds - The upper left Slider will open and close the blinds, the right slider will raise and lower them.

Air - The window unit provides hot and cold air.

Iron - The iron is located under the sink. You can set the ironing board up on the counter and plug the iron in on the left power strip.

Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup. Do not use bath towels to wipe blood or bodily fluids. Only use paper towels provided.

Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels, provided under the sink. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items.

The private space is the downstairs of our home and includes a separate entrance by way of the backyard. It has a cabin-cozy vibe but is very spacious. It’s a great landing pad if you’re off to explore the bay or if you need a quiet place to rest. **noting that our family, including two dogs and a kid live upstairs so there will be some household noise**

You’ll have a large bedroom, full bath, den with screen and projector, dedicated work area, and kitchenette all to yourself. The kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, electric tea kettle and snacks! The yard is the only shared space but you likely won’t see us if you’re here for a short stay.

Also, we have a dog, who we keep on leash when we let her out and guests are home. If you have any concerns about the noise or our dog, please ask us in your message.
