Our ADU Studio is the perfect fully furnished studio with a spacious and quiet gated yard with full sun and sitting nooks. We are a ten minute walk to the lake, the Saturday farmer’s market, Trader Joe’s and landmarks like The Grand Lake Theater. There is plenty of street parking.
