- "The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and one other appliance. If used more than 1, it could trip up the electricity, which was weird. That needs to be fixed. The last thing was that the floor wasn't super clean, but I have really high standards and vacuum my own place multiple times per week. "

- "The pictures look great but the apartment has dirty walls, greasy cabinets, somebody’s old discarded kitchen supplies, a pealing bathtub, dirty baseboards, stains on the furniture, and a fireplace mantle that is pulling away from the wall. I arrived to a greasy pan on the stove, a cockroach in the elevator, and an entry hallway that looked like it was out of a horror movie. I’ve rented lots of homes before but never anything like this. And the contact person was absolutely no help. Now I have to fight to get my money back from a rental company that says they will “make it right” at their discretion. Wish me luck,"

My home is about 2 blocks away. If you are planning on visiting mainly San Francisco, bus and BART are the best options of transportation.

For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.
We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.

Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $100 per month, and additional cleaning fee of $200 will also be applied for long-term stays.

1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.
2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.

4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
