Please note this is a studio in law suite- with shared access to washer/dryer and backyard. My family and I live in the upper unit.
The space
Guests will have their own private entrance from the backyard. Upon entering they will walk through the garage and see their unit on the left hand side. Guest will have their own private studio unit, with shared access to to the garage and yard.
My family and I live in the upper unit with our two small dogs- Checkers and UNO. They are both friendly and love to meet our guest, when and if you would like to meet them as well. We tend to have busy schedules where we leave early and come home late. Weekends we are always out and about at our daughters tournaments.
There is plenty of street street parking and we kindly ask that you do not park or block the driveway.

Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed that has premium memory foam mattress and fresh linens. The larger bedroom has a 55 inch HD Smart TV, and a working desk.
Kitchenette:
The kitchenette is equipped with coffee maker, french press, hot water kettle, microwave, mini fridge, bowls, plates, and utensils. We want to provide a home experience for you while you are traveling.
Entertainment:
The unit is equipped with a 4K HDTV. The TV has Netflix and Prime Video already logged in. Come home to enjoy a glass of wine and movie!
Shared Space:
This house is a multi-unit property (each unit has its own separate entrance). There’s only one shared space which is the garage (game room / laundry room). You can do your laundry, play a game of foosball or ping pong in there. Please keep the noise level reasonable in the shared space and don’t do laundry or play the games during quiet hours (10PM - 9AM).

You have the private access to the entire 2BR 1BA guest house.

Our cleaning staff reserves the right to service any unit between the hours of 11am and 5pm on check-in and check-out days unless you are paying for an early check-in or late check-out.

Courtesy Late Check-Out:
For our outstanding guests, we would like to extend a courtesy late check-out of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners may still begin cleaning the unit at 11am, but you may take the additional time to get ready.
Extended Late Check-Out:
Extended late check-out time is available until 1pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before 10am on check-out day. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for a late check-out.
Bag Drop Off:
You may drop off bags as early as 2pm on check-in day.
Courtesy Early Check-In:
For our outstanding guests, we would like to extend a courtesy early check-in of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance or immediately after booking. Our cleaners may still service the unit until 5pm.

It is centrally located and is nearby grocery store, freeways, and SF public transit.
If driving, it is less than 5 minutes to get onto the 101 fwy to SF downtown/ Embarcadero or 10 mins to get to SF Airport. This is super convenient if you’re heading in to or out of town because it’s a short Uber ride.
If using public transit, we are only one walking block from the SF Muni T-train, which will take you to Chase Center, Oracle Park, and Union Square. The Cal Train station is also nearby.
