Guests will have full access to the backyard, but the homeowners may occasionally enter the backyard area to check on the hot tub and perform routine maintenance, including upkeep of the RV parking area.
The guest space shares a common wall with the owners, and there are friendly dogs living on the property — you may hear occasional barking during your stay.

Stay for a couple days, for a holiday or a couple of months while you escape the cold weather in other parts of the country between November and March.

This two bedroom cottage has an open kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a California king bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a large walk-in closet. The cottage is on the same property as our home and is surrounded by a gate. It is important to note that we have two large friendly dogs (golden retrievers) who have free rein on the property except inside the cottage. This is not a rental for someone who is fearful of dogs as a result.

Important to note that we have two friendly golden retrievers who are free within the gate. They will likely greet our guests enthusiastically. This rental is best for dog lovers. Don’t worry, though, they are not allowed in the cottage :-)
