There are two units in this single house with separate entrance. This unit will be entered from the side door at the right side of the garage. The entire private unit includes 2BD/1BR, full kitchen and living room. Backyard is shared with another unite.

Other things to note
1. This unit shares wall with another airbnb unit. We have added sound proofing to all the common walls but it is impossible to eliminate all source of noise. Please be considerate of guests staying in the other unit.

2. We accept late check-in. But you must be quiet to check in when you are late for arrival.

3. No smoking. No parties/events. No pets. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am (noise complaints from neighbors, especially during quiet hours, result in extra charges-$50 per complaint). Please remove your shoes inside the home.

4. Please clean the dishes and sink when you finish the meal.

5. Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional $50 charge per cleaning, which be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked. After guests have been checked in for 1 week, one of our staff members may stop by and enter to check on the home. We will give you at least 12 hours notice before we arrive to check on the home. Guests do not need to be present, but may be if they prefer.

6. We expect the home to be maintained during your stay (i.e. spills wiped up, garbage and recycling taken out and put in the proper bins).

7. Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.

While occasional patio use by others may occur, we strive to provide as much privacy as possible. Guests will not share the hot tub simultaneously, offering more privacy than a hotel. Please note, the hot tub is for relaxation only—nudity and intimate activities are not permitted.

A washer and dryer are available at the main house for your convenience. Additionally, there is a designated smoking area for guests. When using this area, please ensure the sliding door to the cottage remains closed at all times.

• Rinse off before entering to avoid introducing soaps and body oils.

The bed is a solid queen bed, though it looks skinny on the photo. It is good for single traveller, or two who enjoys sleeping in the same bed. The couch is a bit small to sleep on for average grown ups.

Outdoor space is very pleasant with comfy chairs and umbrella, and enough space for a couple of pups. It has nice breeze and the street is neither noise nor completely silent you will be aware of people enjoying their walks outside, in your own private space with a cup of tea.

Most of the hotel rooms smells old, stale with worn out carpet, my place smells fresh and clean. Everything is new, big windows. shower and bath tub is separated. picture frame tv, new appliances, high-quality solid bed and mattress, nespresso coffee maker and keurig. we strive to provide a convenient, friendly, comfortable space for the guests. a house that functions, suggests a life style, aesthetically pleasing. No worries with the tankless hot water heater, as it provides hot water on demand. The standing shower is roomy and has excellent pressure. Additionally, a skylight roof was built in the ceiling for luxury setting.

Hair dryer & straightener are also provided, and placed inside the bathroom. Bath essentials are also placed in bathroom.

When you arrive, you will find complimentary snacks and drinks ready to greet a weary traveler.
