It is fully furnished for your temporary stay while relocating, on extended assignment, or on vacation in Silicon Valley. It is operated by owner directly.

There are two units in this single house with separate entrance. This unit will be entered from the side door at the right side of the garage. The entire private unit includes 2BD/1BR, full kitchen and living room. Backyard is shared with another unite.

Other things to note
1. This unit shares wall with another airbnb unit. We have added sound proofing to all the common walls but it is impossible to eliminate all source of noise. Please be considerate of guests staying in the other unit.

2. We accept late check-in. But you must be quiet to check in when you are late for arrival.

3. No smoking. No parties/events. No pets. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am (noise complaints from neighbors, especially during quiet hours, result in extra charges-$50 per complaint). Please remove your shoes inside the home.

4. Please clean the dishes and sink when you finish the meal.

5. Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional $50 charge per cleaning, which be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked. After guests have been checked in for 1 week, one of our staff members may stop by and enter to check on the home. We will give you at least 12 hours notice before we arrive to check on the home. Guests do not need to be present, but may be if they prefer.

6. We expect the home to be maintained during your stay (i.e. spills wiped up, garbage and recycling taken out and put in the proper bins).

7. Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.

You are welcome to enjoy the hot tub by reserving a designated time, ensuring a private experience. The hot tub, shared among all residents, is located on the patio near the main house, away from the cottage. While occasional patio use by others may occur, we strive to provide as much privacy as possible. Guests will not share the hot tub simultaneously, offering more privacy than a hotel. Please note, the hot tub is for relaxation only—nudity and intimate activities are not permitted.

A washer and dryer are available at the main house for your convenience. Additionally, there is a designated smoking area for guests. When using this area, please ensure the sliding door to the cottage remains closed at all times.

Hot Tub Instructions:

• Rinse off before entering to avoid introducing soaps and body oils.
• When additional guests are on the property, you will need to reserve a time to use the hot tub.

• Turn off heat/AC when not occupied.
• Please walk on pathways, not on the grass, to avoid potential pet waste.
• The side driveway leading to the cottage is not available for parking.
• Pets must not be left unattended, inside or outside. Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the black bin out front.
• Chickens and birds are housed in a fenced enclosure.

Check-Out Instructions:

• Remove all garbage and dispose of it in the black bin near the street.
• Turn off all lights, TV, and A/C.
• All dishes, pots, pans, and bowls must be washed or run through the dishwasher.
• Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
