There should be plenty of parkings in the neighborhood, please don't block neighbor's driveway.

This is a quiet residential area and our 1000 sq ft 2BR/1BA unit has only one attached unit next to it. Its a single floor unit and there's no stairs inside the house. We are in the front while the neighbor is in the back. The two units are separated by two single car garages so there is no shared walls to bedrooms or common areas. Therefore, you cannot hear the other unit (though sometimes you do hear their laundry machines if you are in the garage). This unit was recently renovated and majority of the furniture are new. The neighborhood is quiet and its very easy to park along the street or on the driveway. Note that the driveway is shared with the other attached unit.

****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers.

I personally like the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets, so I want to make sure my guests have that as well.

****PARKING: This is a residential neighborhood. You can park in the designated area of driveway or along the street. Note that the driveway is shared with the other unit attached to this unit. You park on one side of the driveway and the neighbor parks on the other side. Please park no more than one car on the driveway. If you have a large/wide car, please park in front of the house on the street so the neighbor can also back up their car. There’s plenty of parking on the street and in front of the house.

We are locals that live 5 minutes away and know that the neighborhood is safe and quiet. It's also a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, bank, pharmacy, and various restaurants in the Camden Park shopping plaza. If you have kids, there's a playground 5 min walking distance at the Camden Community Center. Veronica and Judy are excellent hosts. They are very responsive, answered all questions promptly, and are very proactive. We had a series of storms before check-in that blew out some power lines. The hosts proactively notified us and kept us updated of the situation, offering alternative solutions (although luckily we didn't need them). They are also very organized. Everything is labeled in the house so you can figure out how to use things right away. They provided detailed check-in and equipment use instructions with pictures which helped my parents out greatly. We're glad to have found this place close to ours and would love to rent again when our folks are back."

There is a door (it will remain locked at all times, we also installed an insulation blanket behind it) in the guest suite that lead to the storage room and connected to the house.

We programmed thermostat to automatically set the temperature between 68-75 Fahrenheit for our entire house (AC/Heat). In the hot and cold days, please close all the doors and windows to help regulate the temperature.

Additionally, you can use the fan or electric fireplace and Vornado whole room heater to help regulate the temperature as well.

There should be plenty of parkings in the neighborhood, please don't block neighbor's driveway.

- "It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle. She still slept pretty well. The bathroom area is a little tight. The hosts made it functional. If you’re bigger than me (5’8” - 150#) you might find it really tight. Overall, it met our needs for our 4-night stay. "

The newly remodeled bathroom is shared and has a tub/shower, the great news is there is a "tankless" water heater which supplies unlimited hot water, so no one needs to stress about being the last one in the shower or bath, you will have hot water ! 

We have very Hi-Speed (600+mbs) internet, motion activated lighting around the house, we have a key coded Front door and each of the bedrooms has digital access via your thumbprint or number code. We live in a very safe neighborhood, indoor atrium to park your bicycle.

We o have and share five citrus trees on the property, Outside in the neighborhood we lots of birds and squirrels for your auditory and visual delight.

We have a few extra motorcycles around the house, because I ride and work on them. We live in a quaint and very friendly and safe neighborhood called Willow Glen. We are only a few miles from an even smaller town called Campbell.

We are 1.3 miles from EBay, 2.5 from Xilinx, 3 miles from Good Samaritan Hospital, Kaiser-Santa Clara is about 6.2 miles, Adobe Systems San Jose is 3.9 miles, San Jose State University is 4.4miles, and we have easy access to all freeways.

The town Los Gatos is only 8 miles away,
-Santa Clara is 5 miles, -Santa Cruz Beach is only 25 miles,
-Palo Alto is 22 miles,
-San Francisco is 48 miles, -Los Angeles is 310 miles, so we are conveniently close to everything.

We are within eight (8) minutes each of the three (3) different 24-Hour Fitness locations and minutes away from ALL the main highways ....
-Highway 17,
-Highway 85,
-Highway 87,
-Highway 280,
-Highway 101.
There is also public transportation just three (3) blocks away. 

Parking is super easy and never an issue directly in front of the house on the street.

You will have full use of the very modern and well apportioned kitchen, the family room with Bose sound system, and you will have full use of our laundry room to wash & dry your clothes.

We have a great little coffee station in the kitchen....or you can walk/drive to a Starbucks about 8 blocks away. There are Plenty of local restaurants or grocery stores within minutes drive of the house.

The house has a very good vibe, we will occasionally burn incense, and will occasionally play many music on Spotify on the Bose Lifestyle sound system. We are fully Hi-Speed WiFi networked with repeaters for max coverage so you can surf, listen, stream video with no problem with the Turbo Speed (660+mbs) with the internet that we have.

We do have two (2) centrally located 50" Plasma TV’s (living room & kitchen) for when you really need the big TV ! Quiet times start around 9:00pm to be mindful of the other guests!

Basic things like toilet paper, towels, bed sheets, laundry detergent / softener, dishwasher soap, and cleaning supplies, utilities are all included in the guest price!

I am a fairly interactive host, I do enjoy discovering about who you are, what you may know more about and can teach me, and talking about the world, music, food, travel, people, animals and culture.

Yes there is the VTA (Valley Transit Authority) that runs the buses and light rail here in Silicon Valley. I also have access to a car for rent if you need one for the time you are staying with us.

We do have a desire to have a friendly home experience for everyone staying here.

Other things to note
We are operating as a Smoke Free environment, we really don’t have an issue with vaping outside if that is your go to. Combustion cigarettes are simply just not okay.

We also ask that you please don’t choose us if you have an alcohol issue. (Unfortunately, sharing from experience…

There are no pets on the property at this time and we are not currently supporting guests with pets.

Since this is part of the house, the noise might still carries. If you are light sleeper, we offers 33dB disposable foam earplugs. If you didn't see one provided in your room, please let us know.

If this room get too warm or too cold, please close all the doors and windows to help regulate the temperature or use the fan / portable AC or electric fireplace in the room help regulate the temperature.

There should be plenty of parkings in the neighborhood, please don't block neighbor's driveway.
