Step into a private, manicured courtyard and check into SUITE MOUNTAIN HOME with an automated lock. Directly inside the private entry door you will find a medium sized bedroom with hooks for you to hang your coat and keys.
The bedroom offers a Queened sized bed with nightstands on either side and table lights with 110 outlet and USB charger.
SUITE MOUNTAIN HOME provides hospitality quality white lines and towels. There is a small bistro table with 2 chairs that can be used for a quick meal or as a laptop space.
Don't worry about missing a favorite show, the suite includes private high speed WIFI and a wall mounted television with Roku Television and access to all streaming services.
Bathroom offers a walk in shower with grip handles. Suite provides body wash, shampoo and conditioner for up to a 2 week stay. Suite offers plush white towels and fresh towels will be supplied as needed for our long term guests.
Kitchenette provides everything you will need to throw together breakfast, lunch or dinner. Refrigerator, microwave, blender, K-Cup coffee maker, place settings, cork screw, can opener, etc. is provided by host. This is the perfect efficiency for traveling professionals and adult students.
Kitchenette is shared space with extra long wall closet, steamer is included so you show up to your office or meeting looking fresh and pressed!
Directly outside your front door is a large, private courtyard with seating and shade. This space is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal. This listing is also close to walking and running trails and parks. charcoal grill is located in the private courtyard and is dedicated for guests to use. Grill up a nice meal on evenings you are free!

Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout.
For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room!

One unit is occupied by management. Only EV vehicles or handicap allowed inside Gates A, B, C. All other vehicles stay outside at external gated parking areas. Construction trucks and trailers are parked inside. Other tenants live onsite.
