- "Great sty" - "Zacuzzi tub was not even connected so the jets did not work. The spray nozzle had no hose and the connection was leaky. Was listed to have 2 bedrooms and an office it had 2 bedrooms over one had 2 single beds and a double bed jammed into it and crowded and the other had a double bed and a single bed. The large bathroom even had a single bed jammed into the walk in closet while the accommodation was clean it was not at all as advertised and I felt disappointed but had to make due for the time I was visiting my family "

- "This property was extremely nice! The property was clean! The beds were comfortable and the house was open for use of everything which made for a real great experience. The shower was hot it felt like i was home. They had weights in the family room which I really liked. The neighborhood was quiet. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this prime location. The host was extremely friendly and communicative and responsive. The price was well worth it. I booked another week here cause of the quality of the home and living area. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in the area. The kitchen is open for use. The backyard is open for use. And if you want to just relax and watch a movie quietly that is an option. There is plenty of food options and grocery stores extremely close to the location. It’s been a amazing experience. I’m so grateful for the hospitality. 1) HOT-WATER: If in your group there’s 10 people and everyone wants to take a 1hr shower each back to back- hot water will run out. I’m just stating the obvious because someone has complained in the past that a roommate had to take a cold shower and they were a large group and for that reason gave us a terrible 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. So unreasonable to us as no water heater available can sustain that much hot water. So if you would get upset for using up all the hot water because your large group took long showers and cannot wait 30min for a new batch of water to heat up- then this accommodation is not for you. However, if you’re understanding, flexible and don’t mind that once in a blue moon hot water may run out if everyone takes long 1hr showers- this accommodation will work for you just fine.

2) NOISES/SOUNDS: If you’re a super light sleeper and a cricket 🦗 chirping will wake you up, Please Do Not stay here…this accommodation is Not for you. The birds here 🦢 sing 🎶 very loudly in the morning at this ranch, the crickets 🦗 chirp loudly at night, the cars 🚘 speed by in the busy street back and forth, the ice making machine/fridge in the kitchen can make sounds and the AC/Heater makes white noise as it blows air. I’m just stating this because someone complained about this in the past and gave us a terrible 4 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. However, if you’re a heavy sleeper, fall asleep easy, and aren’t easily bothered by sounds of nature and sounds of traffic made by a city the size of Tracy, CA- then this accommodation will work for you just fine.

3) TRUCKS/EQUIPMENT: Guests have construction/heavy equipment stored onsite at this large 1 acre property. If this is unsightly to you or if it bothers you, please Do Not Book at this accommodation. Trucks/equipment is mostly out of your way and may leave in the morning at 5-7am and may arrive in the afternoon by 7-8pm. We’re disclosing this because someone has complained in the past that there’s ugly work trucks onsite and for that reason gave us a bad 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star review. However, if you’re not bothered by this and don’t care about it- then this accommodation will work for you just fine.

4) PERFECT 5 STAR REVIEWS: We will work very hard to make your stay comfortable to deserve getting a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star review after EVERY stay. No exceptions! - "The post promised gated parking which was not the case. Upon arriving, I had to reach out to the host to see where to park as the posting showed actual parking stals. I was told to park out between the first gate or out on the street which was quite a walk to the actual room. We received no check in information AT ALL, so after having to ask a lady on the premisis where to go I had to reach out to the host another time for the room info. We were told room 2 and given the code. The place was nice and clean so i was willing to pass over the difficult check in and parking. The pool looked nice but not heated as the post says and it was pretty dirty so i had to clean it a bit before letting my son in. The property itself had some mess and scattered items, we didnt see the fire pit. Weather was in the 90s, and I tried to put the thermostat to 70 but it wouldnt budge from 81. When i reached out to the host about it, we were told that they gave us the wrong room and asked to move. Mind you this was in the evening already but we moved to room 1, which as soon as we walked in, we were met with a horrible smoke smell and bugs! Pincher bugs and beetles were EVERYWHERE. Ended up leavig after reaching out to the host with no further response when I said the room was unacceptable. The whole thing was a mess. It has potential to be a really cute nice place to stay but the post should be more acurate and check in information provided. We drove 1.5 hours home but did end up being refunded."

The house was excellent but you are not alone in the house like it advertised you share the house with whoever else rented it out. The listing should say you have your entire room to you and your guest not the entire house. But once you grasp the concept that you have to share with random strangers it’s like a episode of Big Brother Reality TV. And the homeowners are In a room in the garage or behind the kitchen wall but they are very nice people and they only come out to clean when someone vacates the property. "

Our home is very nice and comfortable. We offer many amenities, such as a private bathroom and a microwave. The house is a short walk away from the ACE train station and about 35 minutes to the Bay Area. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm.

Other things to note
If you use the bathtub, the water would leak downstairs and would damage our home, so it could not be used.

The single family house is in a safe cul-de-sac. It’s quiet and comfortable. No kids, no pets. It’s 4 work professionals.
In the hallway, there is Keurig coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle for hot water and a microwave.
Enjoy happiness, peacefulness and relaxation at this spacious, cozy and homey Master BR ! You can take a 2- min early morning walk to the Clyde Abbott Park, then walk for 15 minutes to enjoy the beauty and quietness of Hidden Lake in the nearby community. Head back afterwards for a cup of hot morning coffee or tea in your room. Ready for work? You are recharged!

I live downstairs. Downstairs is not shared but you can definitely do your laundry if you have a over one-week or longer stay.

Other things to note
I enjoy working with guests who can keep the bedsheets, towels and the carpet clean. If they happen to leave stains, it will be great that they treat them with disinfectant wipes or let me know.
