POOLS: Condominium pool is available to guests 7AM to 11PM and is seasonally heated. The main mansion resort pool is not available to our guests. The spa pool is available to guests who purchase the $75/day pass or book spa treatments.

IN UNIT: We offer a starter kit of essential supplies like paper goods, soaps, coffee, etc for a few days, but guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. Get caffeinated via the Keurig coffeemaker machine in the unit!

This Historical home is located in the heart of the downtown Napa. Built in the 1900's and fully restored in December 2007, the beautiful hardwood floors, wood ceilings, solid wood doors and old fashioned Bennington knobs make this home a charming getaway. The new kitchen is done with granite tiles and has a Tuscan feel with beautiful colors of the wine valley.

The house has bedrooms 2- one with a king size bed and plenty of room. The second room is outfitted with 2 twin beds with an office and desk. The sun shines through the day bedroom for a quiet nap in the afternoon or a read of your favorite book. The downstairs with a couch and tv and master bath.

The house is furnished with many old antiques. We have an original BUCKS stove that was used in the 1900's for cooking.

The newly upgraded kitchen was done in an early 1900 wine country theme, however with modern appliances. The appliances included are: Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal unit, Combo Freezer Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and all flatware, silverware, Calphalon cookware and utensils.
Office area has room for your computer. Wireless setup or cable set up.

The living room has all leather furniture, flat screen television with comcast as our provider. Enjoy the local entertainment and news.

The bathroom is completely restored with a soaker tub with shower enclosure. Enjoy a nice quiet relaxing bath or shower with our European bath products. Luxurious monogrammed bathrobes and slippers are provided.

Or if you return early, take a dip in the community pool.

The town home has all the amenities you will need to your stay comfortable. The kitchen and both bathrooms have recently been beautifully upgraded. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals inside, or use the grill and eat your meal on the back deck.

You are centrally located off of Silverado Trail (locals way to get around Napa) to visit the town of Napa to the south (10 minutes) and to the north the entire length of the Napa Valley including the towns of Yountville and St. Helena (10-20 minutes) with its famous restaurants and trendy shops. A multitude of world class wineries and restaurants are within a few miles of the town home.

The rental includes linens, towels, basic kitchen supplies, a sofa bed in the living room and WiFi. Pool privileges and coins to use the community washer and dryer are also included in the rental fees.

We are not part of the Silverado Country Club and as such do not have golf privileges. However we find that if you saying you are staying at the Fairways condos you may be able to book. You may of course use the spa facilities and restaurants as they are open to the public.

Although we "luv" our pets, they are not allowed at this rental due to Fairway Renter rules.

The colors of the kitchen are soothing to the eye, so you really can stay here all day and night; however, the leaving the house is a good thing.....

Our home is in an one of the original downtown Napa neighborhoods with lot's of full grown trees, classic California architecture from Victorian's to Bungalows and Ranchers. The home is occupied by two hospitality maverick's and their four golden retrievers. The home is open, light, airy, and spacious, and surrounded by lush, green landscaping and hedges.

The bed is a very pricey Tempur-Pedic Queen that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

This is a newly renovated 250 sq ft tiny home in the Fuller Park neighborhood of downtown Napa. Albeit small, you will find living here to be comfortable and efficient. The space is maximized to it's fullest potential!

The space
This studio includes a brand new queen size memory foam mattress, a work desk & chair, microwave, toaster, a Ninja blender, electric water kettle, a Keurig, and a fully stocked kitchenette. You will have a generous sized closet with many hooks around the studio and an underbed tote to maximize storage space.

Fast wifi is included for remote work and streaming needs.

The tiny house is fully detached from the main house. There is a small shared backyard area.

Please excuse the old exterior of the property. We will be painting and landscaping the property early 2024.

Remodeled guest house with plush king bed, fully stocked kitchen, private patio with fire pit, lots of linens, protected wifi, smart tv's, private entrance and parking. Stocked with all the essentials you need for a month or longer stay. You can barrow almost anything so you can pack light. Access to laundry, pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Must be dog friendly and aware that there are kids in the neighborhood. We have two still at home but attending college and working.

The space
We are located in a wonderful neighborhood with great families surrounding us. You can walk to the Browns Valley Market, Hop Creek pub, coffee shop, several parks and hiking trails and even down town if your ambitious. There's also bus stops close by and and close to the highway.

We have a pool that's rarely used except when our lab decides to cool off. There's also a gas fire pit on the private patio and wood burning pit in the yard. Feel free to use the BBQ and yard anytime.
