We had anticipated needing to leave the resort throughout the long weekend to keep our daughter occupied, but there was so much to do and eat and enjoy onsite that we hardly touched our car. - "This is a truly one of a kind property. We stayed here with our two year old for most of Christmas and had dinner in the Bear every single night. The food there is excellent, we had the crispy rice, with lamb shank, wagyu short rib, and even specials on some nights (snapper, sea bass). For our child, they had great options too. The breakfast is also amazing. You just can’t go wrong with food here. As for the property. Amazing massage treatments with Jordan, great relaxation facilities (multiple pools, daybeds etc). The ranch hands are extremely helpful and the cottages are very well taken care of and impeccably kitted out. A fantastic Christmas :) oh and don’t forget to pet the chickens. We will be back."

We chose this property because of its location on the river - it was close to town but the view from our room was all of nature and we could take early morning walks along the river. - "Amazing and friendly staff. The rooms were well maintained. Felt like a B&B which was nice. Great happy hour and complimentary breakfast. Located on a vineyard which was serene. Off of the highway but didn’t hear the highway noise. Also, the location was essentially equidistant from Napa and Yountville, which made all of the restaurants and wineries really accessible.
