I agree with others that a coffee pot would be wonderful and was missed, but we survived and had a warm cup back in that pretty lounge on our way out. The gym was great. The walk to other places to explore was easy. The extra bonus of this hotel being dog friendly was the cherry on top. We have an old girl who travels with us to keep her safe and cared for, and she sure love being there, too. Videos are kept private and can be used for liability reasons and to monitor the check-in and other policies mentioned here. It will never infringe on the privacy of common areas. Disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
3. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests. Any extra guests or party, we will charge from your deposit.

As this is a CoLiving community, we kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves, as maintaining a tidy space is a shared effort. There is no laundry onsite, but multiple laundromats are within walking distance. For everyone's comfort, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. For security, all external guests must check in with the building manager. Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the property, and guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.

This is a residential building with 21 units. Each unit has a sink and vanity, and the bathrooms and kitchen are shared with the whole building. Each floor has approximately 10 units, and each floor has 2 showers and 2 floors. 1 kitchen for the building.

Guest access
Guests will have access to their own rooms and to the shared space.

During your stay
Manager lives onsite and is available upon request. Contact information will be exchanged. You'll run into several other guests in the halls, this is a great chance to meet new faces and build your network!

Room furnishings may differ slightly from the pictures.

Each room has a door code entry. The front door is also a code entry. Please do not share the code with others.

Mail can be delivered to the address and is sorted by the manager, however we are not responsible for packages. Packages should be shipped to nearby access points, or you will need to be present when the package arrives.

The managers need to check guests in and out, and overnight guests need to be added to the reservation.

Extensions are available, the sooner the better to ensure your dates.

Towels and sheets are provided as well as small toiletries to get you started. Guests will be responsible for cleaning their sheets and towels during their stay.

There is no laundry onsite, but there are many laundromats within walking distance. Daily cleaning is not provided. However, cleaning equipment is available for guest use.

We have M-F cleaning of the common areas, once a day. We hope that guests can also keep up after themselves as much as possible as if this was their home. With many people in the building, it is truly a group effort.

No smoking in the building or within 25 feet of the building is permitted.

This is a sublet in a great neighborhood! We are 3 professionals 2 male, 1 female. Golden Gate Park, Botanical Garden and museums are down the street. Post office, banks, affordable restaurants, public transportation, markets are nearby. Utilities are not included in monthly price. They are split by 4.

There are no bus or train lines on our street, thus it's very quiet. However, all public transportation is just a block away! Easy access to downtown and the rest of the city. You do not need a car in this neighborhood!

SAFETY
Our block is extremely safe since it is patrolled by the UCSF police 24/7.
