The lounge area is so pretty and well designed that we actually used it! We had fun drinks there and read books.- including our 9yo who loved reading and hanging out, too. The bar is fun, bartender excellent, and the drinks are different than your typical selections - but served both beautifully and delicious. The record players in the rooms set an unexpected tone... they were so fun and unique that we actually relaxed and enjoyed music in our room while getting ready for bed. In the morning the music inspired us while getting ready for our day. The beds were comfortable, with perfectly fluffy, cozy, bed coverings and pillows. I agree with others that a coffee pot would be wonderful and was missed, but we survived and had a warm cup back in that pretty lounge on our way out. The gym was great. The walk to other places to explore was easy. The extra bonus of this hotel being dog friendly was the cherry on top. We have an old girl who travels with us to keep her safe and cared for, and she sure love being there, too. Thanks for all the little details the hotel created in this space that add up to a great experience!"
