We are located on the corner of East Cliff Drive and 14th Ave in Unincorporated Santa Cruz County. From the freeway, take the Soquel Ave exit and use either 7th Avenue or 17th Ave, to get to East Cliff Drive. The Swell House offers ONE PARKING SPACE per suite and additional Parking can be found on 14th Ave.

Walk 100 yards to the Santa Cruz Beach for some fun in the sun, walk to the Santa Cruz Pier for some world famous food and walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk for some exciting entertainment. Rates are per bedroom, per night, and there are no closing duties.
