Lastly, the Small full kitchen with a cozy nook seats up to 4.

There are three exterior brick seating areas inclusive of the back and front yards with a BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub for outside enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by tall hedges and a beautiful rose garden. Both the backyard and the front are gated for privacy and convenience for yourselves and your pets.

Happy House is a charming 2 bedroom 1 bath Cottage just steps away to the entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park. At this time we are offering reservations that are 30+ days long. This is convenient for traveling nurses, working remote, extended vacations, families, retired guests or even locals remodeling their home that need safe temporary housing.

You have parking for up to 3 vehicles in our driveway. We have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, cook ware and dishwasher. There is a washer & dryer for laundry and we provide linens and towels for the house, please bring your own beach towels.

We have wireless internet access, smart TV, DVD and VCR with movies for kids. Happy House is less than a block to groceries, restaurants and shops. Amenities include gas log fireplace, a fenced back yard and charcoal barbecue.

Explore the natural beauty in our area along the coastline to the redwood forests and beyond. As our guest you have use of our Golden Poppy Annual Day Use Pass which gets you into many Northern California State Parks, State Beaches, State Reservoirs and premiere Redwoods for free. (Regularly $10 a day).

Seacliff State Beach Park is the home of the cement ship. It has picnic areas, fishing, visitor/learning center with information on the local fossils and history. There is also a paved pathway for walking or biking that leads to Rio Del Mar Beach. The beach and walking areas welcomes dogs on leash.

We are near the redwoods in Nisene Marks State park with great hiking and biking trails. We are 10 minute drive to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Monterey Bay Aquarium is about a 45 minute drive and Roaring Camp is about a 20 minute drive.

We have a relaxed, casual atmosphere. For small kids there are 2 booster seats for the kitchen table and beach toys. We have an assortment of children's books, mega-blocks, family board games, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards you are welcome to use.

Happy House is a cozy home limited to 6 guests. The default rate includes 2 guests, additional guests are $5 a person per night. Friendly, well behaved pets who are a good fit with our pet rules are welcome at a $150 fee per pet which must be arranged in advance.

There are two tables for outdoor dining, a wonderful hammock, two comfortable Adirondack chairs, and an area for Bocce ball and corn hole. Plus, the property has everything you need for the beach—a beach umbrella, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, a standup paddle board, and sand toys. We highly recommend this house for families with active kids."

In the distance you will hear the Sea Lions on the Santa Cruz Pier, and the adults and children laughing and screaming as they ride the Circa 1924 Giant Dipper on the famous 100 Year Old Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. A 7 minute drive or a 1.20 mile walk. There is also a 'Summer Season' water taxi that will glide you across the Yacht Harbor to get you on your walk to the Beach Boardwalk a bit faster. 11:00 to 6:00 pm summer weekends and holidays though Labor Day.

Take Kayaking excursions on the Bay or a Chardonnay II Tour, go Wine Tasting or take the Skunk Train into the Santa Cruz Mountains!

This charming beach cottage was completely rebuilt ten years ago. Enter the front gate and you are on deck with views of the ocean. Built in benches provide ample seating for outside dining or just relaxing. A beautifully landscaped yard is fenced in for children's safety.

The ground level of this home features a great room with cathedral ceilings, a beautiful kitchen with pantry, and a master suite with a bathroom with a large shower with glass tile accents.

The upstairs is private master suite with ocean views and a bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The basement is ideal for a children or teen age suite. It has new wood floors. There are 2 twin beds and a new queen bed for sleeping. A huge TV , toys games, and books are provided. There is a third bathroom with a shower off this room. A washer and dryer are also located downstairs.

The description says the home sleeps 6 but it is best suited for 2 or 4 adults and up to 2-4 children. The children's suite is on the lower level and has twin beds and a queen size bed. The 2 master suites provide comfortable king size beds.

Warehouse complex across the street has the popular Verve coffee roastery for your morning latte, and a rock climbing gym with yoga and other classes available for visitors. Great restaurants and coffee shops are on adjacent blocks. The home is centrally located so you're usually less than 10 minutes from almost anything you want to do in Santa Cruz.

The Yellow Beach Cottage is a darling cottage with accommodations for 6. The cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. There is a separate TV room that contains a queen-size bed. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a nice full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The Yellow Beach Cottage is located at one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz and is within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Most importantly, the cottage has an amazing large deck that takes full advantage of the spectacular ocean view.

- "The house is a bit dated, and be aware that there is no AC…. But we came in the height of summer and it wasn’t a problem. But really, you’re renting this place for it’s location & that was perfection. Everyone in our party (ranged from 3 to 73) was able to get up and down the rock path which is steps from the front door! The owner was great to communicate with & we had an absolute blast! Parking in SC can be a nightmare and renting this place gave us 4 spots (2 in the back of the house and 2 we took at 6am when they were empty). Would definitely rent again!"

At Blacks Beach your pup is allowed on leash and bonfires are permitted in the fire pits provided.

The Cottage is a perfect affordable home for a couple or small family, with all the amenities you will need for a memorable Santa Cruz adventure. The living room is especially inviting with comfortable furnishings and ambient lighting. A separate dining room easily accommodates 4 people and the adjacent kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedroom has a very comfortable (based on past reviews) queen bed with a skylight overhead. There is a sleeping nook off of the bedroom with a day bed which is an inviting spot to curl up with your favorite book and perfect for kids. We have also added a daybed covered in comfy pillows for reading or sleeping in the living room.

Beautifully landscaped gardens and lawn make for a pleasing view from the dining room and kitchen. Fully fenced backyard with gas grill is a great place to enjoy outside meals. Speaking of meals, you can purchase all your ingredients at the farmers market two short blocks away every Sunday. Should you want a night off from cooking, no problem! HISTORY: The Cottage was built in the 1920’s, one of the first homes in the area. Before the neighborhood built up, there were expansive fields of flowers surrounding the Cottage and a lovely path winding down to the ocean. In the 1950's the Cottage was occupied by a family who built their dream house next door, which has since been named the Green House and remodeled into a unique vacation rental which accommodates eight.

LOCATION: The Cottage is located near Twin Lakes Beach and the Yacht Harbor, midway between Capitola and downtown Santa Cruz (both 10 minutes away). There are six fabulous restaurants within walking distance, ranging from a Hawaiian grille to a high-end Italian restaurant, and our personal favorite, Southwest-inspired Nuevo Grill. A short stroll down the beach will bring you to the yacht harbor where you will find the popular Palomar Mexican restaurant and the Crow's Nest. The Crow's Nest is a great place on Wednesday to watch the sailboat races or enjoy the sunset, a glass of wine and a bite to eat. Great appetizers! Also within walking distance is a corner food store, liquor store, deli, coffee house, video store and a farmers market on Sunday

Guests may enjoy a leisurely walk through the beautiful gardens across the many bridges through the lovely grounds and perhaps through the forest to the Bocce Ball Court. The Super Cottage features it's own private walkway to the front patio. Guests may enjoy dining outside in the covered patio or inside. It is one of several houses on a large estate, though I think this is the only one rented out on a short-term basis. The entire property is covered in fantabulous gardens. In addition to the spacious (for 4) interior, there are several outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the gardens and wildlife (lots of bunnies, birds, lizards, and butterflies). The quaint town of Soquel is just 1.5 miles away, where you can find several coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars, and retail. Capitola is just a little farther, and it has even more restaurants and retail, including a Trader Joe's to stock the fridge and pantry. We were in the area for a wedding, and the rest of the family stayed at a Marriott Courtyard in Santa Cruz. They were all envious when we showed them pics of our lovely cottage. Also, Soquel seems so much cleaner and safer than Santa Cruz, which suffers all the problems that have made most California cities unsafe and undesirable for tourists. While you are in Soquel, be sure to consider the 50-minute drive to Monterey to visit the aquarium. The $60 tickets were higher than I remember from our previous visit (30 years ago), but it is worth every penny. To avoid the crowds, try to go on a weekday afternoon."

There are endless waves to surf within minutes of the cottage! Santa Cruz county has a different break every 1/4 mile wrapping along the coast!
You will find beach breaks, point breaks, barrels lefts, rights and everything in between. Our proximity close to the freeway and 41st ave make it easy to shoot down to pleasure point for a surf, or hop on the freeway easily accessing waves on the south or westside of town!

This 1940's Cottage is located on the Eastside- the true heart of Santa Cruz. Great food, surfing, coffee shops and a variety of beaches are just a few minutes away. The close proximity to HWY 1 makes this Cottage a great home base for exploring all that Santa Cruz has to offer.

Uber and Lyft are available but we would highly recommend having a vehicle during your stay here in Santa Cruz.

Corralitos is a gem in Santa Cruz County! The town is comprised primarily of apple orchards, vineyards, and beautiful views. We are a 5 minute drive from the famous Corralitos Meat Market and other restaurants/shops in town.

Our cottage is located on the eastside of Santa Cruz in pleasure point, one of the most sought-after surf destinations along the California coast.
Our bungalow is walking distance or biking distance from the coastal walkway that's part of the the Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail.
It is 500 feet from the "Hook" and within a 5 to 10 min walking section of portola and 41st ave where you will find excellent restaurants and eateries (Zameens mediterranean food, Pleasure Pizza, East Side Eatery, Suda, the Verve coffee, Taqueria Vallarta, Canton Chinese food, Betty's Burgers and New Bohemia Brewing).
It is 1 mile to downtown Capitola Village and the Esplanade.
It is 4 miles to Santa Cruz beach Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Wharf.
4.3 miles to downtown Santa Cruz.
1 mile away from Whole foods market, and 1.4 miles away from Trader Joe's.
You can also rent a surf board or stand up paddle board at Buell surf shop or Freeline surf shop.
1.7 miles to Sunny Cove beach.

Our charming studio is nestled in a majestic redwood forest with a year-round creek flowing through the property. Leave the windows open at night and you will smell the sweet scent of the forest and hear the owls in the trees. Go outside and look up for most summer nights we have beautiful, starry skies. Our cabin is small and yet has what you need after a day of exploring all Santa Cruz has to offer. To end the day, may I suggest a good novel by the creek or a nap in the sun.

From the property, turn left to world renowned mountain biking trails at the Soquel Demonstration Forest. Stop by Summit Market for a delicious lunch where you can watch hawks soar from their patio eating the best tri-tip sandwich in town.

From the property, turn right and head down the hill towards Capitola beach. Capitola Village is home to diverse restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. This cabin is the perfect location to explore Santa Cruz beaches, mountains and culture or just to get away from it all and relax.

HIKING

There’s a lot to love about Santa Cruz but perhaps one of the biggest draws to this coastal town is just how much nature there is to explore within the county.

The great thing about the hiking trails in Santa Cruz is how different they are from each other. You could be hiking along a windswept coastal trail one minute and then be in the midst of a redwood forest in just a 20-minute drive.

Since Santa Cruz County takes up a relatively small area, it's amazing how diverse it is and how many different types of hikes you can find within its county lines.

You can expect to find old-growth redwoods, enchanted forests, waterfalls, and some breathtaking scenic views on the California Coast.

Coast redwood trees are the tallest trees on the planet. They can grow to 300 feet high or more, as compared to the tallest pine tree at 268 feet or the tallest tanoak at 162 feet.

MOUNTAIN BIKING

While surfing may have first put Santa Cruz on the map, there’s a landlocked sport that’s been gaining traction and attracting international attention over the last couple decades. The epicenter of mountain biking sits right here in “Surf City” with year-round riding conditions and world-class trails just minutes from the property.

Our area has phenomenal Mountain biking. Head up Old San Jose and turn right on Summit. About a mile down on the right you with find the Demo.

The Soquel Demonstration Forest, also known as "Demo," is home to a series of mountain biking trails. Many of the singletrack trails course down ridges, largely on old logging road cuts created when the forest was first logged beginning in the 1930s. These routes were adopted as part of the recreational trail network when Cal Fire acquired the property in the early 1990s. Additional singletrack trails were established through Cal Fire's collaborations with local mountain biking clubs in 2000 (Braille Trail) and 2015 (Flow Trail). The trails have grown into some of the most popular in the California Bay Area and attract bikers from around the world.

Haven't had enough at the Demo then head down the hill from our place and hop on the 1 Highway south a few exits to Nisene Marks.

The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park is a state park of California protecting a secondary forest in the watershed of Aptos Creek and Soquel Creek within the Santa Cruz Mountains. It is located outside Aptos, California and contains over 40 miles of hiking trails and fire roads through 10,223 acres of variable terrain.

The park is a popular spot for running, hiking, and horseback riding. Additionally, it is a common location for mountain biking, which can be done on several trails including the Aptos Rancho Trail, Split Stuff Trail, Terrace Trail, and Vienna Woods Trail

SURFING

Santa Cruz is one of the top surfing destinations in California. Situated 85 minutes drive out of San Fransisco, the city of Santa Cruz boasts some beautiful coastline that is well worthy of a visit, especially if you are a surfer.

The area is known for its moderate climate and beach going, alternative lifestyles. Nicknamed Surf City, Santa Cruz has 11 world-class surf breaks that are really worth checking out including point breaks over Steamer Lane and Pleasure Point, which it could be argued are some of the best surfing waves in the world.

With waves that are suited to all levels of surfer, Santa Cruz has something for everyone, from those that have never stepped foot on a surfboard to those who have devoted their entire lives to riding waves. Of course, with some of the biggest waves, visitors who are not familiar with some of the more fierce swells should take some time to familiarize themselves with the more dangerous spots before they start surfing Santa Cruz..

Other Santa Cruz Surf Spots
If you take a short drive up on Highway 1, you’ll come across lots of hidden surfing gems that are often breaking such as Ano Neubo or Waddle Creek State Beach. These more secluded spots are a bit off the beaten path and as such you’ll find them to be less crowded than the major beaches closer to the city. If you want a more chilled out feel to your days surfing Santa Cruz, this route may be the way to go.

Cowells Surf Shop Santa Cruz
also offers a good selection of board rentals. A full day hire will set you back $30. They have a wide selection of beginner boards from 5 ft.-11 ft. foam logs to NSP epoxy’s to fiberglass boards. There are also some higher performance boards available to rent for an extra $5 a day.

The Forest Cabins have 2 foam logs (boards) and 4 boogie boards that our guests are invited to borrow. Also available to borrow are beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen and beach umbrellas.

SEALIFE

As part of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, sea life is abundant in and around Santa Cruz County. Throughout the year it is possible to see sightings of common porpoises, humpback whales, sea lions, seals, and the ever-present sea otters. Seen from the deck of a sailboat, in the seat of a kayak, on a sixty-foot catamaran, or by land, there are a multitude of ways to watch marine life play in this watery world. Welcome aboard.

Sealife Viewing
December-April: Gray Whales. Peak viewing is from mid-January through mid-March.

Summer and Fall: Blue Whales, Humpbacks (although in the past few years, Humpbacks are proving to be year-round in the Monterey Bay)

Year-Round: Orcas. The best time to view is April as they follow the migration pattern of Gray Whales.

Other marine animals you may spot: Blue Shark, Great White Sharks, Sun Fish, Common and Risso’s Dolphins, Sea Otters

The one-bedroom cottage is a peaceful retreat, nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is an 8-minute walk to the sunny Seabright Beach and close to all that is Santa Cruz. The sunny living room and private garden are great places to chill. It is a two-block walk to several excellent restaurants. We provide two beach cruisers, and it is less than a mile ride to either downtown Santa Cruz or the Marina. So park your car and have some fun.

The space
This renovated 1918 carriage house consists of a 535 sq ft apartment that sits on top of two carriage bays. If you were coming down from San Francisco in 1920, you would keep the horse and carriage in the bays, go out to hear music, sit by the roaring beach bonfires, then return to your cottage to rest. 100 years later, and you can do the same thing, if you had a horse and buggy :-)

The Seabright neighborhood is the sunniest in Santa Cruz, historically called the "banana belt." Seabright beach has fire pits to create your own bonfire and stays open until 10:00 PM.

The bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed, a large closet, a dresser and TV for streaming your favorite shows. There is NO cable service. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower, great for a good soak.

The well equipped kitchen had a gas stove. There is NO dishwasher. The living & dining rooms are bright and sunny, with a secretary desk for work. The WIFI is fast.

There is a cafe table and chairs in the garden. The garage is too small to fit a car, but it does have a washer & dryer, gas barbeque to be used in the garden, boogie boards, beach chairs, 2 beach cruiser bikes, and room to safely store your bikes if you bring them.

Check in is between 4:00 and 8:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We do not host pets.

There is high speed internet and it works great! Instructions on how to get on the internet are in the house manual that becomes available after you book your visit.

Other things to note
There is a security camera watching for uninvited intruders. This camera is recording video only (not audio) and points out the kitchen window, from the entry way down to the street.

There is a second house on the property. The yard is divided in two so you each have your own space. They use the path next to the cottage to access the second house.

You must have a verified ID on Airbnb to stay as a guest in our home. We do not accept requests made by a third party. We prefer guests who have at least 3 excellent reviews from prior Airbnb hosts.

NATURAL BRIDGES STATE BEACH Not only does Natural Bridges State Beach house the photogenic and famous rock bridge, it also serves as the seasonal home to thousands of migrating monarch butterflies each year. And if that isn’t enough, there are also some fantastic tide pools begging to be explored. As you head down to the beach, you will see tide pools on the right side that are home to all sorts of creatures. Crabs, sea anemones, starfish, mussels, and algaes are all regular residents to the pools. If you go: spend some extra time at the state beach and visit the seasonal monarch butterflies.

WILDER RANCH STATE PARK Wilder Ranch is a must-see state park for any Santa Cruz visitor. The tide pools are the icing on the cake for this historic ranch preserving a working dairy farm, an 1840 adobe, and a Victorian farmhouse on 7,000 beautiful coastal acres. The landscape is varied with grasslands, oaks, knobcone pines, coastal redwoods, and douglas-firs and sea creatures aren’t the only wildlife calling Wilder home. As you walk through the park, deer, bobcats, coyotes and the occasional feral barn cat can be spotted. Once you reach the rugged coast you can find the perfect spot to explore the tide pools and take in the vast views looking north and south along the shoreline. If you go: Take time to enjoy the historic dairy farm, adobe and farmhouse, horses, and in the spring, enjoy a colorful display of wildflowers.

Close to the Santa Cruz harbor and Twin Lakes Lagoon this charming Cottage is quiet and cozy. Our Cottage is rustic, clean, comfortable and compact. It was built in the 1920's and remodeled in the '40's. The warm wood floors and skylights make it cozy and bright. The sleeping alcove (sloped ceiling) contains the queen bed, dresser and closet. We provide off street parking for one car. You can walk from the front door down to the lagoon or walk about 3 blocks to the beach, restaurants and coffee bar, approx 8 blocks to the yacht harbor.

Ricketts, the Ricketts' Retreat House has a classy Monterey Bay feel with an enclosed private yard, and naturally, you can see the ocean from the driveway. In 3 blocks, you could be at the fire-pits of Twin Lakes Beach, sailing a boat at the Harbor, or grabbing a bite to eat at the Crow's Nest or Cafe El Palomar. In one mile, you could be riding the Giant Dipper at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Additionally, the famed Steamer Lane surf spot, West Cliff, Capitola, and UC Santa Cruz's Seymour Marine Discovery Center are within a four-mile radius of the house.

The House is furnished in good taste with all essential amenities including linens, towels, and paper products. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, closet, adjoining bright bathroom (with windows) and walk-in shower. We love and are pet and animal people. However, we require our guests to notify us if you have a pet or pets. We have a pet fee to cover steam cleaning the cottage floors, furniture, linens etc.

We also ask that pet food and water not be left out as this has attracted pests like ants, raccoons etc. We also recommend crating a pet, not leaving pets home alone and leashing all pets visiting.

Unless, there is an agreement to having a pet on the property, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave within 20 minutes.

There are endless waves to surf within minutes of the cottage! Santa Cruz county has a different break every 1/4 mile wrapping along the coast!
You will find beach breaks, point breaks, barrels lefts, rights and everything in between. Our proximity close to the freeway and 41st ave make it easy to shoot down to pleasure point for a surf, or hop on the freeway easily accessing waves on the south or westside of town!

Our family's beach cottage has the best location for your stay in Capitola. Indoor and outdoor living as well as two blocks to the Beach and one block to shopping and restaurants.

The space
Enjoy all the best that Capitola has to offer as well as off street parking, beautiful garden ,deck area and outdoor shower. This classic beach cottage is right out of Coastal Cottages with wide plank flooring throughout.

This quaint cottage, just a block and a half from the beach, was built in the early 1900's yet lovingly updated to maintain Old World Charm. Take a short stroll to the beach, quaint restaurants, shopping or the harbor. Enjoy provided paddle boards, cruiser bikes & boogie boards or have a bonfire in the backyard before ending your day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub!

The space
The master bedroom features a comfortable Eastern king with adjustable head & foot positioning. Other features include a large flat screen TV, DVD, plenty of drawers/storage, mirrored closets, vaulted ceilings and a french door that opens to the lush rear yard - convenient access to the hot tub!
Wifi throughout the house. Full sized washer/dryer closet off the hall which offers a folding counter as well as cupboards with beach and bath towels as well as linens for the beds. The space
There are two houses on the property. The front house closest to the street, the guest house, is rented long-term by a couple that you will likely never see. The two places are separated and you do not share space. You do walk past the house to get to the main house.
There are two bedrooms separated by a hallway with a bathroom in between. One of the bedrooms has a Cal king bed and the other has a full/queen bed and has a private half bath. The third bed is a twin set up as a day bed in what I call the sunroom. It is separated from the other bedrooms by the living room.

My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.

Other things to note
We are on a septic system. That means that nothing should go down the toilets except for toilet paper. They are very sensitive and based on a bacterial digest. Please make sure that everyone in the house is aware.

Our lovely, bright & welcoming 2-bedroom (plus), 1-bath beach cottage is a close walk to Santa Maria Beach (Santa Mo’s) & Sunny Cove Beach. It has four comfortable beds & is spacious enough for up to six people, but is especially set up for couples & small families.

The house is centrally located to world class surfing spots. Our Sunny Cove Beach Cottage rests closely to both the surf break of "Steamer Lane" and "Pleasure Point". If you are paddling out, or simply want to watch the world class surfers, you have come to right place. Either way you'll have a cozy and comfortable place to head home to at the end of your day's adventures!

Before leaving the property we require guests to complete the following:

● Wash all the dirty dishes and put them away, where they go.
● Quick cycle wash all towels and start a dryer cycle if any aren’t finished before leaving.
● Collect all garbage, food waste and recycling (PLEASE SEPARATE) and place in the appropriate cans under the carport.
● Clear out any leftovers you wouldn’t be happy to find from the refrigerator(s) and pantry.
● Replace all furniture and games (both indoor and outdoor) back to where they were upon check in and be careful to put games away correctly so others can enjoy them.
● Turn off all lights, heaters or fans and be sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.

Should you prefer to have our staff take care of these pre-checkout tasks or if you choose to not complete the guest checkout requirements we will bill you at a rate of $60.00 per hour, with a minimum convenience charge of $200.00.

You'll have the whole space to yourselves during your stay and a great, fully fenced, front yard with BBQ and seating area for hanging out. Be conscientious in the back though, as there is another apartment with full-time residents behind the cottage (super nice neighbors that are happy to say hello). The backyard/deck is yours, but you'll likely see a neighbor as they share the driveway exit from the property. There is no off street parking available, but generally a spot on the street is available right out front.

Other things to note
First, the six person capacity is best for four adults and two kids, as the bunk beds aren’t great for tall folks. Additionally, there is no off street parking available, but usually a spot on the street is available out front. You also need to note that our cottage is located on a quiet residential street with many full-time residents that are our regular neighbors. With this in mind, there are strictly enforced quiet hours for any outdoor spaces (or when you have open windows). Please be conscientious and keep your volume low from 8pm to 8am weeknights and 10pm to 8am weekends.

While our home is meant to be enjoyed, inside and out, we must ask all guests to be respectful of the tight-knit neighborhood. Quiet hours and no party restrictions are strictly enforced and violations of these house rule will not be tolerated. Gabriel, your host, lives nearby and will reach out to you with a friendly warning if any complaints arise. You will be asked to leave and the sheriff may be called should you fail to react appropriately to any warning.
