I will say more than 4 people would be uncomfortable on this property. Also make sure you are ok with stairs. There are 22 into the condo and another 12 or so to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. • Pets: Sorry, NO pets allowed. We must ensure an allergy-free space for our family.

Fully stocked ready for you to prepare any meal that suits you. Beyond the kitchen you will find a large dining area and living room that includes a pull-out sofa bed, large tv, fireplace and a private patio with patio table and chairs. Another unique feature this villa offers is a slide out wall between the dining area and living room that will provide privacy to the living room-which can double as a third bedroom. Through the hall door you will find two bedrooms and two full baths each with custom cabinetry and exquisite tile work. There is also a second private patio for you to take in the sun or relax as you enjoy the sun setting over the ocean. Just outside the front door you have the view of the double pond that houses the most boisterous frogs! Take a walk at night and listen to what sound machines are made of! You are also close to the Seascape Park where you can enjoy your favorite outdoor activities with your fellow guests. • Pets: Sorry, NO pets allowed. We must ensure an allergy-free space for our family.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig & a drip pot coffee maker with coffee pouches, pods & supplies to get your vacation started off right.

Pool towels are provided and additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.

Concierge services, front desk services, access to staff driven golf carts are not available.

The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

$250 bonfires & $75 smores packages booked through the front desk are not available to private renters, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand (Seascape is one of the few California beaches that allows for open fires- supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa is accessible, access with your guest code.

The Space:
The first level opens to an entryway with adjacent half bath. From there, you’ll move on to the spacious open floor plan, larger than most, consisting of the fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, dining area, and living room. The furnished patio fronts the expansive lawn area and connects to the coastal path which will take to the nearby park or provide a delightful stroll along the coastal bluff to the beach, the Resort with restaurant and bar, or Seascape Village with its shops and restaurants.

Upstairs you’ll enjoy the additional features of cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in each of the spacious bedrooms, two spacious remodeled bathrooms one with a walk-in shower and the other a tub add an elegant touch, and a balcony off the master bedroom offering expansive views along the coast line, a perfect spot for a private glass of wine.

Outside the front door, you’ll be a few steps to a pleasant outdoor fireside seating area, a putting green and naturally set pond with attractive water features. Here you will find the frogs that sing for you, creating a real-life sound machine.

Additional information about the villa: 3 flat screen tv’s each with dvd players (in living room and each bedroom), fireplace, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, fan, electric barbecue, free wifi, free parking, keyless entry. Bedrooms both have king beds. Bathrooms provide ample bath towels for your use, hairdryer, and starter shampoos, conditioner, lotion. Pool towels are provided in each bedroom closet.

It is next to the Sunroom on the 3rd story of this home with a BBQ, firepit, lounging areas, tables. Your Beach studio has a Private Terrace. The private yard is overlooking ocean. The entire first floor is for your use only. Ocean View from Queen Bed, and King bed with Flat screen T.V.'s. In a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great for hiking, & walking. We have boggy boards, ice chests, beach chairs for your use. $20. an hour for late check outs, or early check in. Be sure and see the video! It is located on the main picture, top left. Let host know a few days prior to arrival around what time you expect to be arriving. If possible, email or text host an hour or so before arrival. You are welcome to park in the driveway. Always close the gate so our small dog does not get hurt. Go to the right into the backyard, I will leave the keys in the door for you when you let me know around time of arrival.
