This two bedroom, one bath home was designed in 2017 with the highest quality materials in a grand historic Victorian. Marble tile, radiant heat, fire sprinklers, new plumbing and electrical systems, new appliances, new windows and designer lighting were all part of the renovation. There is an outdoor patio for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Pacific Heights has some of the best weather in San Francisco. Within a few blocks, there are fabulous restaurants serving everything from oysters to pizza. Fillmore Street has the best shopping and dining in Pacific Heights and is only two blocks away. An excellent grocery store is a block away.

Our home has a fully stocked kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and Caesarstone counters. There is strong WiFi and streaming services on the 4K TV.

Transportation is right outside the front door. Connect with BART, Caltrain and the ferry system to travel anywhere in the Bay Area. Street parking is always available on our block. We park in front of the building daily.

Local attractions include cable cars, the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park (including the DeYoung Museum, Academy of Sciences and Conservatory of Flowers), Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Union Square, San Francisco Bay Ferry, Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, Treasure Island, San Francisco Giants Ballpark and the Wine Country.

The place
The apartment is accessed with a keyless pad through our garage and down an exterior garden stairway. The unit itself is accessed by a private entrance, but we do park in the garage so you will need to come and go through this common space. The apartment can accommodate up to four people comfortably. Living-room is spacious, with a luscious carpet and a cool-chic feel, big screen TV and huge built-in sofa that's great for lounging and getting comfortable after a long day of site seeing or work.

For guest comfort, apartment has a kitchenette with a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. For business travelers our place has a comfortable work desk & high speed internet. Master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with brand new linens, desk and armoire. Second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds with a desk and chest of drawers. For avid readers we have lots of great books!

2 things that could be better:

1. We do not have a stove - but the hotplate, microwave, toaster-oven & rice cooker are sufficient for most guests to do light cooking.
2. The heater isn't whisper quiet when in use. Luckily average San Francisco temperature year-round is 63 degrees! :)

Super spacious with large open living area. Has pool table/ping pong. Perfect for families - we can accommodate up to 6 guests. Children welcome ages 5 and up.

The main bedroom has one California King-size bed, 2nd bedroom has one full size bed. There is a twin outside the 2nd bedroom and a kids daybed in the living room. The sofa is NOT ideal for sleeping.

Beautiful home in the best neighborhood in San Francisco. Steps to amazing restaurants and shops, and all of the hiking trails in the Presidio. The home consists of 2 bedrooms. One ensuite, and one with a bathroom in the hall. It can comfortably accommodate four adults or a family. A beautiful sunroom attached to the kitchen is also the best way to start and end your day with views of downtown San Francisco.
