All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. SPA AND GYM FACILITIES: Guests can purchase spa treatments or day passes for gym/pool ($75/$100 depending on dates & season) passes at the Silverado Resort Spa. Please check with the Spa directly for availability.

POOLS: Condominium pool is available to guests 7AM to 11PM and is seasonally heated. The main resort pool, located at the mansion, is not available to our guests. The spa pool is available to guests who purchase the $75/day pass or book spa treatments.

IN UNIT: We offer a starter kit of essential supplies like paper goods, soaps, coffee, etc for a few days, but guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. Get caffeinated via the Keurig coffeemaker machine in the unit!

I have designed and constructed a new and spa-like space for my special guests. I love to welcome my guests with a glass of premium wine such as Duckhorn, Goldeneye, Goosecross, Bouchaine or Foley Johnson.

It is on the ground floor with the residence is above. My guests are invited to park in the tandem driveway next to the apartment. It features a spacious room with an adjustable king-size bed, 55" LG smart TV with sound bar (lots of cable networks Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Paramount+, Apple +, Max.+. Serene exclusive Patio with Umbrella table. Regular and decaf coffees, assorted teas, and chocolates are offered to my guests. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are dispensed in the shower and extra amenities are stocked in the bathroom. A newly installed EV Charger for my guests to use for their electric cars.

Located within the renowned Silverado Condominium Community, this newly updated 1BR unit is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Napa and the winemaking traditions of the Silverado Trail. Close to the pool and a short walk to the community's full-service spa, restaurants, and other amenities.

Enjoy a quiet stay in this second-story unit with no neighbors overhead. A covered patio overlooks the resort's golf course. (Please note: There is only stair access to the unit.)

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The bright, cozy living room features plush carpeting and a fireplace. After a day visiting wineries, sink into the sofa and armchair and feel the warmth of the fire as you watch the 42in flat screen TV.

In the mornings, enjoy coffee on the private balcony overlooking the golf course or serve breakfast at the intimate dining table indoors. A bar area offers a wine fridge to chill your favorite finds from your vineyard tours.

The kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of appliances, including an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge.

The bedroom boasts a California king bed, wood furnishings, and a comfy sitting area. The bedroom suite includes a dressing area with a single vanity. A separate door leads to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a community pool, and unassigned parking for 2 vehicles.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.

While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.

Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (for guests 16+ years of age). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon Golf members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.

THE LOCATION

Located on the Silverado Trail in the heart of Napa Valley wine country, the Silverado Resort is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the valley. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

- "Excellent location; Silverado resort is a lovely property and centrally located to vineyards and restaurants you want to visit. I am walker and walking the property's winding sidewalks through beautiful views of flowering trees and plants was a highlight each morning. The condo itself was very clean, which is really important to me. The carpet is a bit old, and the small sink outside of the bathroom did not have much water pressure (probably an easy fix), but otherwise, the property is well-maintained and has great amenities. The bed, and pillows, were really comfortable and the shower was great with a bigger stall and tub, and newer shower head. The condo features a nice sized balcony and is located close to the pool (which I had to myself most of the times I used it). Last, but not least, the host was helpful and communicative from the beginning to the end of our trip making check in and check out very simple. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!"

A historically charming room located on the first floor of the Main House at The Hennessey House in downtown Napa. Located just off the quaint parlor room with private entrance - a magnificent queen bed is the centerpiece of this delightful room. - "Overall, I think this place was a good deal compared to the other places offered in that Napa location. The unit was clean an the whole property looks very cute and well maintained. It was in a great location only being about half mile walk to the food and wine shops. The place is a one bedroom so it was small for three adults due to needing to use the pull out couch which took up much of the communal living space. However, we were rarely there so it wasn't really a problem. I would stay here again"

There are many amenities located on the property. A bottle of complimentary wine will be waiting for you in your room.

A beautiful Victorian home, back unit, recently renovated. As you enter the gate and stroll down the garden path, you will arrive at a raised porch overlooking the rear yard with double French door entry, over looking two large redwoods. This is a very comfortable home designed for short or long or term stays of 31 days or more. The space lives like a comfortable two bedroom, two story home, and sleeps four adults.

The space
The space is bright and filled with modern touches including central heating & air conditioning, zoned separately for upstairs and downstairs living comfort. The large porch with seating overlooks the two massive redwood trees and rear garden. There is a double chaise lounge with canopy, outdoor dining table seating six, as well as a wine barrel tasting table between redwoods, and fire pit.
The fully equipped kitchen has dining for up to six, a family room with large screen television, and the sleeper sofa is located here. Additionally on this level is a master size bath with mirrored vanity and walk in shower. This lower area may be locked off as a second bedroom, creating a Private Suite setting. -We will need the first & last name of the person who will be checking-in (picture ID will be required at check-in).

-The minimum age for the person checking in is 21.

-You MUST notify the resort if you will be arriving after your scheduled check-in date (otherwise your room may be assigned to someone else).

-There is a $25 plus tax/ per night Resort Fee that will be charged by the property upon your arrival. The resort fee includes internet, self and valet parking, daily newspaper, morning coffee service in lobby, recreational and fitness amenities, shuttle to two local golf courses, plus evening shuttle service to downtown.

-Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge.

-The resort charges a housekeeping fee that has to be settled at check-in time and cannot be waived. The fees are as follows:
Studio: $67
1 Bedroom: $89
2 Bedroom: $118

This Vino Bello studio is designed to complement your Napa Valley getaway with quiet space and luxurious appointments. The resort is decorated with Old World Tuscan charm that blends with the vine-covered hills to welcome you with style and grace. This studio has a king bed (or 2 double beds) with a queen sleeper sofa along with a kitchenette and private balcony or terrace. You'll enjoy all onsite amenities such as separate adult and children's pools, hot tub, and large area for sun lounging.

- The Meritage Resort is on the same property and share amenities (except for the Meritage pools).

- Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of California.

- The Bello Vino is timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and it is suggested that you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting.

- Guest checking in must be 21+ with a valid ID and credit or debit card (cash not accepted) for $100/day refundable security deposit.

- Resort fee of ~$7+ tax/night paid by the guest upon check in to the front desk

- Guests will be provided with a parking permit by the front desk (no charge)

- Complimentary bottle of wine provided by the Vino Bello

- The unit is assigned by the resort upon check-in. The unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

General terms:
- Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other guests/timeshare owners. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.

- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by themselves or personal guests.

- The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Other things to note
- I have been an owner of timeshare properties for more than 5 years. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation is booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel.

- Please provide the first and last name of the individual who will be checking in with the front desk with your initial inquiry/request.
