Silver Penny Farm has been in continuous agricultural production since the early 1900’s and is currently leased to a neighboring sheep rancher as part of his rotational grazing practice. The meat is available through Stemple Creek Ranch. Honey bees also reside on the farm, managed by Sola Bee, and are integral to pollinating fruit orchards in the spring.

Well furnished with a cool, well stocked kitchen. Great location close to downtown Petaluma. The unit is Over 1000 square feet, split air air conditioning both in the living area, which cools the whole place, and an additional unit upstairs in the loft bedroom.

Once a Victorian farmhouse on the edge of Petaluma, the property was built in the 1890's, was home to a prominent early Petaluma family and in the 1990's was a fully operating bed and breakfast. Our loving restoration of the Tower respects its history with the modern luxury of a boutique hotel.

The tower is an upstairs loft without proper A/C, the unit provided was poorly installed with a gaping hole of hot air and bugs coming into the space. If you like privacy, this is not the place as there were no coverings on the windows the bedroom faced. I was going to be in town 2 weeks for work and found out the first day that it would much shorter. I contacted them straight away to let them know my stay would be much shorter so they could advertise for tenants and asked them to comp me a portion of the unused visit. She asked me for confirmation of dates, which I provided and then I no longer could get in touch with anyone. In summary: hotter than is comfortable, smelly and poor communication. It is situated by a private pool that can be noisy at night. Pros: cute"

Unit B is our only 1 bedroom unit in the Petaluma Warehouse Collection, there are 3 other units on the property, so this is an excellent location to house for weddings and events. Great location close to downtown Petaluma. The unit is Over 900 square feet, with a large bedroom, a couch that is sleepable in the living room and an ADA bathroom.

When we entered it was obvious other people were already in residence. It took well into the evening before we got it straightened out. There was no information inside as to WiFi access or what to do upon leaving. The unit was comfortable and clean. We shared a wall with a fitness gym which was fairly noisy in the early morning. I think this could all become improved in time and could be a nice place to stay."

While I don't allow pets I do have one and 3 chickens. Scooby is a sweet 13 year old chahuahua mix. If you're allergic to dogs then this won't work for you. You will find my bedroom in a quiet Petaluma neighborhood in walking distance of all kinds of resturants and stores. The ammenities you'll find are clean linens. I invite you to come and experience all there is to see in Petaluma.

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using nearby freeways or public transportation.

The space
Inside the gated entrance is your private outdoor space that includes a patio table, lounge area, and a BBQ. The apartment is a cozy one bedroom with a full bathroom (no tub). The bedroom has a queen size bed and an armoire that provides plenty of storage. The kitchen includes a cooktop (no oven), full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, and Keurig coffee maker. Pots, pans, glasses, plates, and silverware are also provided. The living room includes an HDTV that is controlled by Roku/Sling. WiFi access is also provided.

Parking on the street is available.

We are registered with the City of Petaluma as a Short Term Rental Property, Permit: PLVR-18-0023.

DISCLAIMER: Since the apartment is on the ground floor of a Victorian, the ceiling height is 6’ 9” to 7' and is better suited for folks 6’2” or shorter. The front door is at a height of 6’. Taller folks are welcome but we also want you to feel comfortable.

Brooks Note Winery is a two block walk from the apartment. They specialize in very well made Pinot Noir.

Independent entrance for a cozy and complete Studio in a big house. Good location and nice neighborhood. Near to Downtown Petaluma, great restaurants and shopping centers. Easy to visit Sonoma and Napa Winery’s.

Charming Spanish/Mediterranean cottage set back from the street and above the garage, with plentiful privacy. Completely separate from the main home, it features Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. The equipped kitchen has an eat-in dining area attached to a cozy living room with flat screen T.V. and a comfy, plush sofa. Off the living area, there is a quaint, private balcony ideal for relaxing after full day of site seeing. We use high quality linens and towels for our guests. End your day with a soothing soak in a luxurious, jetted bath tub and vow to take mini vacations more often! Hassle-free and easy check- in with lock box, and complete privacy.

Located in southern Sonoma County's wine country, La Casita at Silver Penny Farm is home to lush fields where sheep graze, honey bees buzz and life is slow. Las Casita is a private wing of an elegant farmhouse built in 1898 and is an ideal home base for 1-2 people. Silver Penny Farm is owned by local leaders in the organic dairy/artisan cheesemaking community, so there is always some excellent cheese and organic milk for our guests - along with a bottle of wine from our Petaluma Gap Appellation.

You’ll have access to the surrounding gardens as well as the 17.5 acres of farmland. You'll share Silver Penny with the permanent residents who are local makers, ecologists and food industry workers. While exploring please stay within the property line fences and be mindful of the private residences.
Silver Penny Farm has been in continuous agricultural production since the early 1900’s and is currently leased to a neighboring sheep rancher as part of his rotational grazing practice. The meat is available through Stemple Creek Ranch. Honey bees also reside on the farm, managed by Sola Bee, and are integral to pollinating fruit orchards in the spring.
