It is tucked off in a quiet neighborhood but still close to some great amenities and of course WINERIES!!! Location was very clean and provided a lot for a small space. The cherry on top was the bottle of wine, it was delicious and such a special touch for the occasion. The host was great as well. He was very timely with responses and even offered local suggestions for food, wine, and leisure. We would definitely choose this location again!"

Experience the beautiful Sonoma wine country in a quiet, secluded, spacious rural setting yet 5 minutes away from the Plaza downtown and many wineries. You will be the only guests. We welcome you to enjoy the resort like property which has a beautiful large saltwater pool with spacious limestone deck, spa, fruit, vegetable, flower, and tree gardens with a plethora of migratory birds and a large family of quail who visit.

Stay in a resort setting in over half an acre of organic flower and vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and a spacious, lush lawn. Relax in hot tub spa or get your daily workout in the 38 ft. X 18 ft. ( 11.5 m x 5.5 m) in salt water pool on the 1000 sq. ft (93 sq. m) pool deck. Pool has an automatic cover for safety and warmth. It will only be heated by request during off season (between approximately November 1st through April 30th) and with an additional charge. Please let us know when booking the property if you wish to have the pool heat turned on during off season for a charge of $50 activation fee and $50/night during the low season.

You will be only guests at Casa Feliz. Multiple umbrellas, pool toys, teak lounges, chairs, and lounging areas. So, you can either chat or get some quiet time alone under the shade of the old, huge Acacia trees or soak up the famous Sonoma sun. Swim towels are in your room.

The studio is on one level with all solid hardwood and tile floors to enhance cleanliness. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.
The large master suite is a private entry, comfortable, tastefully furnished room with king bed high thread count luxury linens, your own en-suite bathroom with radiant heat tile floors, Brazilian hardwood floors, original artwork, and 2 large closets with hangers. Private fridge, coffee maker ( drip or Kuerig- cups supplied), kettle, wine and other glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, salt pepper, sugar provided, Outside the master suite you can enjoy your private flagstone patio with flowers, trees, sun and shade to read, dine, or lounge.

Beside and beyond the lawn is our fruit and flowering trees/bushes and past our orchard is another orchard. From your patio you are able to enjoy the view of the .5 acre property expansive green grass, the olive, acacia, apple, peach, walnut, persimmon, pomegranate, plum, guava trees, and the pool area. Listen to the birds and watch the fat quail make their trek through the neighborhood while you have your morning coffee or your afternoon glass of wine.

After a hard day of shopping, swimming, biking, reading, sleeping, or wine tours, enjoy the sunset by soaking in the salt water hot tub with a mini-bamboo forest behind you and in front of you the view of a small vineyard and vegetable garden -all this while sipping your preferred beverage.
It’s a 5 min drive or bike ride or a 20 min walk on flat terrain to historic Sonoma Plaza, wineries, dining, tasting rooms, shopping. A few blocks away there is a bike trail leading downtown and through to the east side. Bike rentals are available in town.
As an option, there is also a hiking trail along the way to the Plaza which takes you up over the Montini Pasture and a gentle climb small hill overlooking Sonoma where it comes out a block from the Plaza. We have picnic hampers and backpacks available for your use.
There are several (15 or more) wine tasting rooms on the Plaza representing many of the local wineries.

This cute little 350SFT unit sits in back of my other listing, Sonoma Shanghai-la, and is the perfect setting for a couple. Please inquire if you want to add a guest. Whomever your travel partner, you must be comfortable with each other as there is only a curtain that serves as the bathroom wall. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, teas, coffee, and an upstairs loft with a futon bed, and a large TV screen. But please note there is a metal ladder you need to climb to get up in the loft and you cannot stand in it. It's great for sleeping or lounging to watch tv. If you need to get up several times a night to visit the bathroom then you will not want to sleep up there. Definitely more suitable for the young and agile! lol

This is an extension of my main home, which can be rented together or separately. It is perfect to rent in conjunction with my main home for larger groups. This is a more modern unit, with a country feel inside. It has a lovely outdoor area for afternoon or evening gatherings. If my main home is rented there will be other vacationers on the premises. Most often my guests don't seem to run into each other, but also fast friends have been made around the fire pit when guests meet.
My place is located just 2.5 miles from Sonoma's Historic Town Square; an easy 15 minute bike ride or Uber will get you there. There are also local restaurants walking distance from my place. The Fairmont is just 2 blocks away, a great place to walk to have a cocktail and enjoy the grounds, or people watch in their beautiful lobby. I’m a super host on another rental site, and have many excellent reviews but for some reason this site doesn’t seem to have the same emphasis on reviews..

We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private.
We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

The space
The apartment is a 400 square foot studio with a partial wall between the sleeping area and the living area. There is a full kitchen, full bath, and convertible sofa. It is above the garage so there is a 360 of the surrounding farms and vineyards. At night, when it is clear, you can see all the way to the East Bay. It is an upstairs unit.
We offer self-check-in and check-out.
We have some farm animals on the property, mostly sheep, chickens, and one rooster. We supply earplugs.
Occasionally, we have one family camping in the backyard but this will not affect you at all.

The apartment itself is incredibly private, safe, and fairly quiet except during commute hours because we’re on a main road but it does quiet down at night. This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between George Martinez, Ingrid Martinez, Jeff Montague (“Homeowners”) and ________________________________ (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons (excluding children under 1 year old) and is strictly enforced. If a violation of this rule occurs, an additional charge of $400 per extra person per night will be assessed and all guests will be asked to vacate premises and will forfeit any rental fees and deposits.
4. For safety and liability reasons, children between the ages of 1 and 11 are not permitted. Children younger than 1 year of age or 12 years of age and up are permitted guests.
5. Terms of the Lease: The lease begins at 4pm on ______________________ (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 11am _____________________ (the “Check-out Date”).
6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules, as set forth herein, at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
a) Guest acknowledges and understands that the property also has neighbors. Guest agrees not to disturb the peace and enjoyment of neighbors and their guests. Quiet hours should be observed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise and/or music, as well as offensive language and/or behavior.
b) Outdoor Amplified sound is prohibited at all times.
c) No pets permitted at all times.
d) Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the house or on the property.
e) People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. If additional people visit during day hours, there must not be more than a total of 8 people altogether as mandated by our vacation rental permit.
f) The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment or others whom they invite to use the premises.
g) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
m) There is one permitted parking spot provided with the rental. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or in other public parking areas.
n) Events/Parties: Property use is not permitted for special events. This includes but is not limited to special events, outdoor events, lawn parties, weddings or similar activities. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to host any type of event or party of any size at the property. If a violation of this rule occurs, an additional charge of $1,000 will be assessed and all guests will be asked to vacate premises and will forfeit any rental fees or deposits.
o) Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the premises.
6. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Trash collection: property maintenance staff will come by every Sunday to put the trash bins out for collection and every Monday to put them back. They do not need to access the inside of the house.
7. Rental Rate and Fees
All rental fees including tax, cleaning fee, insurance fee and/or security deposit, and nightly rental fee are due prior to check-in according to the payment requirements of the rental platform on which the reservation was made.
8. Damage Deposit: If a damage deposit is made, it will be refunded in accordance with the service through which the reservation was made, provided no deductions are made due to:
i. Damage to the property or furnishings ii. Dirt or other mess than requires excessive cleaning or iii. Any other cost incurred by the Homeowners due to the Guest’s stay beyond normal wear and tear.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. If Guest fails to do so within 24 hours or checkin, Guest will be responsible for all damages and excessive cleaning charges prior to their stay.
9. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, all fees collected will be refunded as follows:
a) If the reservation was made through Airbnb, the Airbnb cancellation policy in place when the reservation was booked will be honored.
b) If the reservation was made through VRBO, the cancellation policy in place when the reservation was booked will be honored.
c) We encourage all guests to purchase CFAR (cancel for any reason) trip insurance to protect the cost of their trip should they have to cancel. The most coverage available to purchase is 75% of the trip cost. If you purchase trip insurance and cancel, we agree to refund the remaining 25% of your nightly rate, if it is not covered by your trip insurance.
The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement as evidenced by acknowledgement on the VRBO website or the Airbnb website and the signatures set forth below. All of the foregoing representations and agreements are made by Guest on behalf of himself or herself, and his or her party, and guests.

Tenant acknowledges the inherent risks present at the property and in the use of all equipment, and household devices.

Tenant assumes, and releases George Martinez, Ingrid Martinez, Jeff Montague (Homeowner), The Feed Store, LLC, and Vacation Rental Magic, Jordan Bearg, Lawrence Bearg, and the Lawrence P. Bearg Revocable Trust dated October 20, 2015, and any amendments thereto, Property Managers, from, all liability and responsibility of every kind, nature and description resulting from the use or misuse of the premises and any associated equipment, including area surrounding the premises.

Tenant holds Homeowners, The Feed Store, LLC, and Property Manager(s) harmless and releases Homeowners, The Feed Store, LLC, the Property Manager(s), and the Lawrence P. Bearg Revocable Trust dated October 20, 2015, and any amendments thereto from all liability in the event of any injury or death to any person arising from the Tenant’s use of the premises, the property, the dwelling, and associated equipment.
