Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa.

We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

This is a small studio with a private entrance that is attached to the back of our house. It has a kitchenette with all the basics to cook a meal, a place to eat, a queen bed, couch, large closet, and attached bathroom. We are excited to provide a space to you to stay and enjoy what the Bay Area has to offer!

You will have access to the private studio as shown in the photos, the shared laundry room which you can access from outside right next to your entrance, and the backyard. The backyard has a grill, outdoor table, and fire pit and chairs that you can use as well.

This space is connected to our home where our family lives. We have tried our best to soundproof the room, however, you are still able to hear us and we can hear you. During the day there may be noise, so if you prefer a quiet place, this may not be for you. We do include ear plugs and a sound machine if you would like to drown out any noise during the day and at night.

The white curtains blowing in the breeze really makes you feel like you’re on vacation or at a spa or something! The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful white linens. Everything was really clean and they provided cooking utensils, coffee and towels - the laundry room was also available which I really appreciated. Located in Benicia, CA. With a delightful downtown with unique shops and great restaurants. A popular destination for both locals and tourists alike. There is a small dog and cat in the main house.
