The front portion of a large house includes 1 bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a bunk bed, a kitchenette, and a whole kitchen located in the backyard, designated front and back patio. Has its own private entrance. Laundry is located in the backyard as well. TV and high-speed internet is all included. The surroundings are nice and quiet and you'll be located in the suburbs, not too far from the city but far enough to enjoy a less busy environment.

- "It was found to be a real let-down. I had anticipated a living arrangement where I could invite family/friends for an evening of camaraderie. Instead what I found was a living room with no TV, no music, no available seating and instead had a large bunk bed, a large dresser, a table with 4 chairs and a refrigerator; an outside area that had a torn gazebo, dirty, rusty swing and a weedy garden; a bedroom that had a TV that didn't work, a mobile air conditioner that shut off after the first day; and a bathroom with a very slippery shower floor that we had to remedy by buying a tub mat. Eating utensils and kitchenware were insufficient. The sink outside the kitchenette was a deep utility sink that had no hot water. Not only was the kitchen out side, it was all the way on the other side of the house. And the laundry machines were outside behind that kitchen. A video of this property was made without smoke and mirrors . It is available if you would like to see it. This was a total waste of money and a black cloud on my vacation."

We are 12 mins from San Francisco premium outlets, 10 mins to the BART station and delicious local restaurants. Great location if you want to visit the Livermore wineries too. Perfect for a business trip or vacation!
