This beautiful three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome features a tri-level floor plan with over 1400 sqft of living space. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are perfect for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, a central island/breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. Unwind in the lovely master suite with a full bath featuring dual sinks and a shower/tub. THINGS TO KNOW

• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• This home is equipped with a smart thermostat. In order to help conserve energy in the home, the thermostat has been locked to heating and cooling setpoints. These temperatures are industry standards and have been found to be ideal temperatures for, both, the summer and the winter to keep you completely comfortable during your stay.
• Please note that this is a 3 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).

The space
The main room is open space with large screen TV including a Smart Fire TV device. It has a full sized kitchen set up, living room area, and a small work table area. The couch converts into a Queen sized bed. This room has a fan, plenty of windows, and a ton of natural light. There are 2 beds in total in the unit.

The Unit has an air conditioning unit plus fans in each room. We rarely need AC in our area, but it is there in case you need it.

The kitchen has a gas range (new in 2021) and oven, microwave above stove, toaster over, a toaster, a hand mixer, a coffee maker, and a new stainless steel refrigerator / freezer combo (new in 2021). The double sink has cleaners, freshners, and supplies under it for all your needs.

There are carbon monoxide/ fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, and access to the fuses, and its own temperature control for heat on the wall.

The Bedroom has a Queen sized (new in 2023) with side tables, ceiling fan, and large closets with full length mirrors. The closet on one side has extras including extra linens and pillows, ironing board, iron, games, foldable high chair, stroller, and pack and play.

The bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer unit (new in 2021) and soap for laundry. There is a full bathtub and shower. There is a toilet and wash basin. There are soaps and shampoos for use. In the bathroom, there is a broom and step stool for your use. It is a fully tiled bathroom in a slick modern grey slate and the shower has its own fan and light system. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door with a hand latch, high enough to prevent small children from locking themselves in the bathroom.

There is an amazing patio area for sitting, eating, or just drinking wine or reading. Seating for 4, an umbrella for the patio table, and a private area near the front gardens with its own walkway used only by the renters.
