The Livermore Firefly studio is the end unit of a tri-plex. It shares one wall but is generally quiet. You may hear the occasional dog barking, loud car driving by, or the festive mariachi music for a local birthday party.

The comfy king bed has quality linens.

There is a minisplit A/C, heater and ceiling fan with remote controls for your comfort.

The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Please note, the studio does NOT have cable.

The kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary enjoyment. In addition to the essentials you will find a small crockpot, personal blender, keurig single serve coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, and toaster.

The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Please note that I do need to uphold my cancelation policy, so if there is any chance you will need to cancel, shorten length or change dates, please make sure to purchase trip insurance.

This Firefly Guesthouse is comprised of 3 attached units with separate entrances. 2-2bed/1bath units and 1 studio. There are a total of 5 bedrooms including the studio. There are also sofa beds in all 3 units.

You will have 2 kitchen and a kitchenette.

There are 3 smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel or Xfinity app without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows, and the Xfinity app has some basic cable channels like NBC, CBS, KRON4, FOX2, KTVU.

There is a washer/dryer in each unit for our guests who are on extended stays and need to refresh their laundry. Please bring your favorite laundry detergent and consumables.

Please note: we are always doing some updating and redecorating. The property may not look *exactly* as pictured when you arrive. You agree that you are not eligible for a refund due to changes in furnishings and decor. We are always aiming to update and improve, and hope that you will be pleasantly surprised with any changes :).
