Fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer dryer, Mitchell Gold Bob Williams 92 in sofa, and large chair, double black out curtains in bedroom, organic Avocado queen size bed, and workout equipment. Ideal place for travelers who want to be close to downtown Pleasanton and fairgrounds events.
Ground floor unit of a four-plex with windows on the east, south and west...this place has plenty of light and has been updated extensively throughout. There are medical grade air purifiers throughout that keep the air fresh and clean (people comment on this when they walk in). Kitchen has everything you need to cook like a chef. Large office with Herman Miller adjustable chair, large desk and plenty of shelving and a/c if you need it. The office doubles as an extra bedroom with an air mattress or great workout area with adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, bench and everything you need to workout at home.
