Our in-law unit is a small but very clean and modern place with its own private entrance, surrounded with natural light. With Lake Chabot only a mile away, it s easy to get into nature here (Gold, Hiking, Riding, bicycle trails, kayaking,etc)
While small, its very cozy, modern and up to date. It accommodates two comfortably. Unit has its own kitchenette, so you re able to prepare small breakfast or even lunch if you wish.

This cozy and lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath unit is located downstairs in a small two stories apartment complex. SAFE Neighborhood, has 5 parks within 5.9 miles. Within 5 minutes drive to local Restaurants/ Supermarkets/ Bart station/ Freeway. 15 min drive/10.8 mi away from Oakland International Airport, and 36 min drive/25.5 mi away from San Francisco International Airport.

Super Spacious and Private corner Studio unit in excellent location just a short drive from Castro Valley downtown and CV Bart. Close to Freeways HWY 580 and 880. Full kitchen with Dishwasher. A cozy studio unit in a quaint neighborhood that has plenty of street parking. Close to the Bay Area Rapid Transit to San Francisco. A safe area in a peaceful neighborhood. Also a quick drive to the South Bay areas such Fremont, San Jose, Sunnyvale and Oakland. The weather is very nice all year around, in the spring and summer it is 70 degrees to 80 degrees, very little fog and a lot of sunshine. There's a nice backyard to hang out and relax. The studio has a queen bed with an Armoire, towels are provided. There is internet and you can stream movies also. There is a spacious bathroom with a wide pedestal and a shower with a nice overhead. There is also a microwave and mini fridge as well as a closet. Castro Valley has a mini golf course, there is also Cull Canyon Recreational area, there is also a few vineyards nearby called Westover, Twining Winery and Chouinard. There is also the oldest traditional style Japanese Garden in Hayward. Also great bars like the Dolittle, fine dining Aqua e Farina, Tancho Japanese, One house Bistro Thai, Casa Del Toro- Latin, Rigatoni's, and Sliver Spoon Chinese Gourmet. For brunch Castro Valley has a great marketplace or A romo's cafe and Southern Comfort Kitchen.

Housekeeping:
• We do not provide daily housekeeping service, but fresh linens and towels will be provided upon arrival.
