Our apartment has a spacious bedroom and kitchen. It will be very comfortable. And the environment is quiet, the neighbors are not noisy, so you can get a good rest at night. We also have a coffee machine for the guests. The coffee machine can also be used to whip milk. We also have some snacks and water. The apartment is near google and Facebook, and not far from Stanford University.

Walking distance to everything from grocery stores to restaurants to parks, & public transportation. Drawbacks — no TV or AC, but the shady neighborhood kept the apartment at least 10 degrees cooler than the outside temperature in May & June. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom & we borrowed an oscillating fan from our daughter which kept the rest of the apartment cool. The apartment is well equipped for short stays, but could have used a few more cleaning supplies & linens for our 2 month stay. Would definitely consider staying here again as the owners were very accommodating and considerate."

- "It was most satisfactory" - "The pool and gym were open and uncrowded- something hard to find at this time of Covid closures. Everything was well maintained and beautiful and there was a public park nearby with jogging and biking trails. Only thing I wish the description of the property would mention is that the apartment faces directly toward the nearby freeway. If you open any doors or windows the noise is pretty loud. However, if you turn on the air conditioning and close all the openings, it is fine."

- "The condo is in a very nice and new complex just down the street fro Facebook HQ in Menlo Park. The unit was exactly like the photos. Very new and nicely kept. Complex is very secure - and parking was in a secure garage attached to the building with the unit. Our unit was in the road side of the complex - but the road noise was not too loud. Communication with the rental company was great - and all of the logistics were smooth. We would definitely stay in thIs unit again in the future!"

- "Overall the apt was spectacular and clean. My partner and i always wash bedding before use We noticed a good sized yellow stain on the mattress. Other than the the apt. was lovely!!" - "Avoid this, and stay at a real place. Here are the problems we experienced: -Unit is right next to a large trash site, where they make crazy noise every morning at 7-8am. Hope you didn't plan on sleeping in on vacation -Giant yellow stain on mattress, very gross. -Poor communication with 'Global luxury suites' They will send you lots of forms that "need to be signed immediately" but then if you have a request it will take them several days to even respond without addressing your concern. -Smoke alarms go off every night at 2am. Hope you didn't plan on sleeping through the night. Don't forget, you'll wake up at 8am from the trash site noise also, so have fun. -No hot water from the faucets. you'll get hot water in 3rd world countries at hotels, but not here with 'Global Luxury Suites' -Smaller bed than expected, they say they want an extra $200 to deliver a bigger bed -Terrible customer service. I made each of these points known to them the first day we arrived, and their only resopnse has been "If you want a bigger bed, you need to pay $200 more immediately, and here is another form for you to sign". Expedia should stop listing with these clowns. It really is pretty laughable. "

- "We visited California for the holiday weekend to sightsee and go to a couple of baseball games. Our stay in Menlo Park was a perfect location for the different venues we attended. The apartment was great. Especially for the price. The area is a little industrial but only 20-30 minutes from San Francisco. The complex offered a pool, rooftop deck, cafe, game room, etc. just as described. Our apartment was comfortable, clean and plenty of space. The apartment is centrally located and is within walking distance of downtown Menlo Park, grocery stores, Caltrain, and very close to Stanford University.

- Check-in before 9 pm.
- This location is best for someone who does not have a car as street parking is by permit only.
- Please contact the host at least a week in advance if parking is needed.
- My desk is in the living room so I'll be working remotely in that area during the day.

If checking-in after 6:00pm or on the weekends it will be necessary to access the Stratis app to operate the elevators to retrieve the parking permit, pool passes and fob from the lock box. Our fully renovated 500 sqft apartment has a bright and inviting living area. The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with extra firm Orthopedic mattress. This mattress is designed to provide maximum support and is extremely firm, catering to individuals who require or prefer a very firm sleeping surface for their back and spine.

The living room features a sofa bed. An extra set of linens and duvet are provided.

To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our guest's bedding, we use duvet insert with duvet cover which will be washed thoroughly after each guest to provide comfort and also helping to keep the beddings clean and fresh for each guest.

Our newly renovated bathroom is clean and stylish. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels are provided.

Kitchen features full size fridge, stove, microwave as well as some small appliances. Coffee, tea and the cooking basics are provided.

Cleaning can be provided during long term stay at guest’s cost.

Guest access
We will provide detailed check-in instructions the day before your arrival, including a door code specific to your booking that will remain valid throughout your stay. To make the check-in process as easy as possible, we recommend downloading the Airbnb app for easy access to these instructions and for efficient communication.

Once you're checked in, you'll have access to the entire apartment, which includes a comfortable bedroom, a living area with a sleeper sofa, a full-size kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, and laundry facilities. Please note that parking can be a challenge in Menlo Park. We do offer one designated parking stall that can accommodate a minivan or mid-size SUV. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the laws and regulations of the City of Menlo Park. Overnight parking on the street requires a parking permit from the City of Menlo Park. Please let us know in advance if street parking permit is needed. The cost for each permit is $2 and is valid for 24 hours. Failure to display a parking permit may result in your vehicle being towed.

NON SMOKING POLICY - Please be aware that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all of our properties. This prohibition encompasses cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other smoking-related substances. This rule extends to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all communal and outdoor areas within the building. Should this rule be violated, a $1000 violation fee will be promptly applied, along with an additional $250 cleaning fee. This cleaning fee is intended to cover the costs of thorough cleaning, deodorizing, and potential damages to furniture, bedding, and other items. We emphasize the importance of this policy to ensure the well-being of all our guests and to maintain the pristine condition of our space for future visitors

QUIET HOURS- We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests and neighbors. We request that you keep noise levels to a minimum both inside and outside of the unit, especially during our complex's enforced 8 pm quiet time. Some of our neighbors are full-time residents who require a peaceful environment.

NO PARTIES - Kindly note that hosting parties, events, or gatherings that surpass the property's maximum occupancy is not allowed. Any breach of this policy will lead to an immediate $1000 penalty, as well as potential additional fees for damages, cleaning, or disruptions caused during your stay.

NOISE - It is essential to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of our neighbors at all times. Additionally, we request that guests adhere to quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. We also want to remind you that parties and sizable gatherings are not permitted (refer to our No Parties policy).

OCCUPANCY: Each unit has a designated maximum occupancy. The specified number of guests must not be exceeded on the premises at any time. We do not permit large gatherings. If your party includes more guests than permitted, please reach out for discretionary approval.

PACKAGE HANDLING: Feel free to have packages sent to the apartment during your stay. However, please note that we cannot accept package deliveries on your behalf. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

SECURITY: Your safety is a priority. To enhance security, outdoor security cameras are installed at the property's front entryway. These cameras are connected to a Wi-Fi hub inside the unit, but they do not have visibility inside.

LOST & FOUND: We are not liable for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including items left in the apartment after your departure time.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Failure to check out by 10am PST without prior approval will result in a $150 fee. This compensates our staff for their waiting time and extra efforts in preparing the space for incoming guests.

PETS: Pets are subject to building management restrictions. Violations will incur a $1000 fine and an additional cleaning fee.

EMEEGENCY ENTRY POLICY: In emergencies such as fire, water leaks, suspected gas leaks, or immediate threats to property or guest safety, we may enter the premises without prior permission. Our priority is addressing emergencies and ensuring guest well-being. We will strive to inform you about the situation and actions taken, but in urgent cases, immediate entry may be necessary.

NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER CONDITIONS: While we aim to provide a comfortable stay, natural incidents like electrical outages fall outside our control. We cannot offer refunds or compensation in such cases.

CANCELLATION: Review our cancellation policy before booking. We adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for both short-term and long-term stays:

* Strict Short-term: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 14 days before check-in. No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.

* Strict Long-term: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 28 days before check-in. If canceled after, payment for all nights plus 30 additional nights. If fewer than 30 days remain, payment for all remaining nights.

USE: The apartment and amenity areas are for lawful residential use only. No nails, screws, or commercial activities are allowed. Commercial photography is prohibited.

PARKING: Park in your designated spot at your own risk. We are not liable for vehicles, occupants, or contents while on the property.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTIES: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft during their stay, including fixtures, furnishings, and equipment. We reserve the right to charge guests for costs incurred due to damage or theft.

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION: Respectful communication is crucial. Please interact with us and other guests respectfully. Disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service and termination of stay.

NO DISCOUNT: Our pricing is fair and not subject to discounts based on stay length. We appreciate your understanding.
