The check-in times for the room are flexible as long as you consult us first and thus confirm that the room is available according to your arrival time. This is due to the check-in and check-out of other scheduled reservations.
Room is located at the beginning of the apartment and next to it is the bathroom with easy access.

if you want to enter by flight times after 11.30pm please let us know from the beginning of your reservation so that you can coordinate your arrival time at the apartment.
The building has a key to enter this one day before your arrival if you have any inconvenience with said key please do not hesitate to write to me personally to receive it.
Other things to note
apartment main room, safe and comfortable has quiet hours this in order to have a better sleep of 10pm-9 am
cosine hours of use 9am- 9 pm maximum .
The room is located on the first floor of a very safe apartment building. To enter the building, the security code is detailed. You will have to climb 10 steps to reach the second floor.
Secure building, quiet place very cozy.
please do not make loud noise as there are more guests in the apartment.

We have Multiple Rooms Available in the Same Building with many layouts and designs which will be assigned to you upon your arrival and subject to availability.
Guest access
The Guest will receive access room key card after check-in is proceeded.
Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay.
Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always valid ID or Passport needs to be registered at reception to get access for your visitors or family members additional charges may apply as per the property policy.

there is no additional fees, payment fees, or taxes required after you book online and pay.
Refundable Security Deposit/incidental charges: 100 USD whole stay via card need to pay upon arrival.
Pet fee: 25 USD per night need to pay upon arrival.
