- "We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is willing to make it right. The space was clean but very tight even for two people. The floor felt damp (possibly from a recent cleaning) and the bathroom was just behind a thin plastic accordion door right next to the bed (not for anyone feeling shy or romantic). We did not have access to any patio or terrace."

- "This was such a nice escape from the triple digit heat in Sacramento. The check in directions were so easy, no hidden fees or extra drives to an office to check in. Carlos sent videos on how to park and check in ahead of time so i felt totally prepared. The garage is a tighy squeeze but we made it work. There is street parking but you mighy have to circle the block a few times. The home itself literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first night we stayed in and made dinner, everything i needed to make the family dinner was there. The second night we went out to eat, lots of restaurant nearby. There is a coffee shop across the street too, went there both mornings. The view across the street is beautiful, we even saw a few whales. Beautiful hiking trail and golf course, both are walking distance. Great weekend all around!"

The studio is located on a hill overlooking Linda Mar beach in the exclusive Pedro Point district of Pacifica, and has amazing views of the ocean, hills and surrounding trees.

The apartment is on its own level with a fenced in yard. The studio is fully furnished with a queen bed and pull out couch, along with an smart TV.

The property is pet friendly, although we ask that you clean up after your pet. It’s within walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach, it makes it a dog's paradise. The studio has its own entrance and parking is provided in the driveway.

There are two queen beds in the bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of space to hang out inside and out. A large, open living space will meet all your needs, with a full kitchen, and a table that seats six. The bathroom is spacious, modern, and spotless. The best part is the large patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean - a great place to end the day while enjoying the sunset.

This guest suites is located in a unique spot in the quaint coastal town of Pacifica, in the Sharp Park Beach area. We are a small suburb of San Francisco, but you will feel like you are in a small town. A place where you run into your neighbors around town, and the locals are all very friendly. We pride ourselves on our "beach town" feel, of being relaxed, laid back, and appreciative of the beauty of nature.

If you want to be social, let us know, we love to meet new people. However, you probably wont see us at all, unless you specifically request to see us (or of course in case you need something or have an emergency, we are there for you).

The best way around the area is by car, but if you need to travel a distance or don't mind a good hike, stores, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance... just beware that there is quite a steep climb to return home.

Just 15 minutes from SFO or downtown San Francisco, you are close to everything, but far from the hustle and bustle. You can even walk to the beach if you like!

You can drive to downtown San Francisco or take transit (we are just 10 minutes to the nearest BART station and only 15 minutes by train from there.) Easy access to freeways in any direction gets you wherever you want to go in the Bay Area.

There is plenty of parking here on site, both on the street or in the driveway closer to the side entrance of our house.

If you like to travel with a furry companion, we have a few common sense rules for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. For dogs, we require you keep them leashed when walking them because there are a lot of other dogs in the neighborhood and wild animals here in the hills and that you pick up after them. We also require that you don't leave them alone here, under any circumstances, ever. Finally, we ask for an additional $100 fee for cleaning to ensure we do a good job of removing all traces for our next guests so they never even know.

The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.

We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.

No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

Newly remodeled home is located 0.2 mile away from Pacifica Municipal Pier and Sharp Park Beach where beach lovers and surfers visit. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath upstair unit in a quiet fourplex. This home is a block away from ocean/pier/beach/trail, restaurants, shops and more. It is 10 miles away from SFO, and SF piers.

Three bedrooms and one bathroom upstair unit. A flight of stairs will lead you to our home. All the bedrooms have new foam mattresses, new linens and pillows. We have a new smart TV, smart refrigerator, smart range, smart washer/dryer and smart switches into this smart apartment. You will be able to control TV, W/D, lights by voice. Each bedroom is equipped with smart home display, which you can control appliances and lights over your voice. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has games to play and a 70 inch TV with Netflix.

We share one wall with our neighbor and have a downstairs neighbor in the bedrooms area. Please keep your sound/movement low after 9 pm.

We have installed outdoor security cameras. Please kindly let us know if you are expecting visitors. Any extra guests even if they do not spend the night or pets are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest unless approved.

We are excited for you to stay here, but please read ALL house rules before booking. There will be a $500 fine for breaking house rules. Thanks!

Guests will have the whole apartment except one closet in the hallway, which has been used as our storage room.

Other things to note
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.

Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted.

I did encouter an issues accessing the unit but this was more a user issue and not something the renter caused. The main Street for Pacifica was two minutes walk away and the Ocean front was a nine minutes walk away. I don't trust what I read normally but this one was on the up and up. I will certainly stay at his location the next time I'm in the area."

This spacious one bedroom unit is the middle floor of our duplex house, it comes with a well equipped kitchen and the absolute best views in all of Pacifica. You can see all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge on clear days, and when it’s foggy it feels like you are sitting in the clouds. There is a huge deck and we are fortunate to have birdsong all around. We overlook Pacifica Beach where there are surfers out every day of the year, often before the sun rises. There are whales to be seen out in the water, as well.

Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway, or just a home base for your adventures in San Francisco, our place will be perfect. In order to get up to our stunning views, there are quite a few steps that must be walked up, so we don’t recommend our place to anyone with mobility issues. We do have an electric tram that will carry your luggage and groceries up, so you won’t need to carry anything up more than a small amount of steps.

You’ll have to climb a few steps of stairs to get to the unit. Once you climb the stairs there is a nice patio with a table and chairs. The unit is above a lovely, peaceful cafe (closes at 12:30 pm). Perfect for mornings and afternoons if you’d like to walk downstairs to grab some coffee and brunch and bring it to the patio to enjoy.

The space is modest and cheerful, with a cozy living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen with many necessities. The living room has a 50” smart TV and you’ll have access to many channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc.

Best location in Pacifica: Stay in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores & hiking trails. The suite is located in the very safe community of Pedro Point. You have your own separate entrance and parking spot. Parking is on a slope and not ideal for low cars. The house is shared and has thin walls with noise traveling easily. Linda Mar Beach is considered to be one of the best surf spots in California. Find us at #pacificabeachsuites.

The space
The Beach Studio is located in a shared house. You will have exclusive access to the entire studio, of course, and shared access to the beautiful backyard with a fire pit, hammock, and swing set. The house is in a residential neighborhood on a hill overlooking the beach. The walls in the house are sadly thin and will most likely hear household noise, possibly kids running around upstairs etc. That's why we have quiet hours. If you are very noise sensitive or really want to sleep in (and would be waken up by household noise) then this suite may not be a good fit.

You will have exclusive access to the entire suite and shared access to the backyard.

Other things to note
There are stairs leading down to the suite making it not a fit for individuals with mobility issues. The house has thin walls which is why we have quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. This is not a great fit if hearing other people in the house, including my kids running around upstairs during non-quiet hours, would create a bad experience. A small dog and a cat live on the property but aren't allowed in the downstairs area.

A dream getaway that's a stone's throw away from the beach!
Step inside this crafted home and you'll be greeted by stunning sunsets and ocean views.

The living and dining area allows you to soak in the stunning scenery while enjoying a delicious meal. In the evening lay down on the queen size bed and listen to the waves cradle you to sleep.

Walk distance to eateries, supermarket and to the outlook where you may catch glimpses of gray whales and dolphins swimming along the coastline.

The space
As you pull into the private driveway entrance to the guest suite will be to your left. Upon entering the unit there will be a hall way that'll lead you to the laundry room and take the stairs up and you'll be greeted to a main level that's gleaming with natural light!

The living room provides you with plenty enough seating from any angle with smart TV. But the true entertainment will be enjoying the sweeping ocean views along with the breathtaking sunsets right from the living room window. A full kitchen will provide you with the necessary amenities to whip up a home cook meal to enjoy in the dining area.

Enjoy reading your favorite book in the bedroom with our queen size bed and plenty of space to spare in the walk-in closet. The full bathroom consists of a standing shower, toilet and sink with essentials.

Can't ask for more from a very private and secluded guest suite that's attached but separate from the main home.

This guest home can accommodate a total of four people. Two with the queen size bed in the bedroom and another two in the living area with the sofa sleeper that folds out to a full size bed.

This modern studio is located within a few minute walk from where the local surf at Rockaway Beach. Designed to be light and open, the space was built from the ground up for a private get away. You can conveniently walk to Pacifico‘s cafés and eateries on your way to the sand. It is a 20 minute drive to San Francisco, and 20 minute drive to San Francisco international airport. This property is located on hwy 1.

Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month ($180 for winter season) for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval, maximum one pet only.
