There were no instructions on where/how to access the hot tub, so we didn’t use it."

Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.

- "We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is willing to make it right. The space was clean but very tight even for two people. The floor felt damp (possibly from a recent cleaning) and the bathroom was just behind a thin plastic accordion door right next to the bed (not for anyone feeling shy or romantic). We did not have access to any patio or terrace."

Cabo San Pedro has been in my family since 1964, and in recent years has been a very cozy vacation home for my Dad, my six siblings and our families. As the highest house on Pedro Point, we are graced with stunningly gorgeous panoramic views (no iPhone required). Perfect for a couple’s weekend, a business trip, or a solo retreat! For those who can’t bear to leave this special place, a fully equipped kitchen lets you comfortably eat in. Other amenities include a flat screen TV in the sitting area, and my Grandma’ s heirloom dining table.

As the highest house on Pedro Point, we are fortunate to have the best views around. We have an electric tram/funicular to carry people and luggage up the hill from the street level parking to the house. There are 12 steps from the driveway to the tram and another 15 steps from the tram to the penthouse, so our place is probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Some of our guests love to skip the tram and take the 180 steps from the street up to the house, it's up to you.

The penthouse is my Dad's favorite place to stay when he's here. It has an open, spacious layout with a full kitchen, sitting area, two dining areas and the sleeping area, plus a large bathroom. Huge picture windows go straight across facing the ocean and wrap around onto both sides giving us the amazingly beautiful views that make our place so well known. Whether you're sitting inside, enjoying a meal at my Grandma Joyce's hexagonal dinner table, lounging on the sofa, or delighting in the large deck, you'll be sure to love the our cosy place and its stellar views.

We are conveniently located in the laid back surf town beauty of Pacifica, and are just a quick drive into San Francisco and elsewhere in the Bay Area. Sonoma and Napa Valley are less than two hours drive north. It's usually a twenty minute drive to SFO (depending on traffic).

At the bottom of the hill from us is Soul Grind Coffee Roasters, Orange Theory Gym, Humble Sea Brewing Co Hight Tide Cafe & Creperie, Grocery Outlet, Burger Board, Nor Cal Surf Shop, La Playa Mexican. restaurant, and Ace Hardware.

Across Highway 1, in the Linda Mar Shopping Center, you'll find a Safeway, Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo, Ross, and a myriad other little shops worth checking out.

There is a washer/dryer available for guest use on the laundry porch, this is shared with the guests staying in the floor below the penthouse.

The penthouse is great for couples, solo travelers, business people, families with a younger kid or two. The penthouse has a king sized bed, as well as linens for one person to sleep on the couch and one person on the triple-fold futon.

Our home is located right in front of Pacific Ocean and just 15 mins away from SF and SFO. Situated on the second floor of a duplex, its large windows create splendid ocean views. The ocean smell and waves make the vacation very relaxed. Whale watching, surfing, paragliding or just viewing sunsets are all memorable activities. Beach access is just across the street. Our home was recently remodeled with all brand new smart appliances and furniture. TV/lights can be turned on/off via voice commands.

This is a two bedroom and one bathroom upstairs unit. A flight of 17 stairs will lead you to our home. All the beds have new foam mattresses, beddings and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart home display, which you can control appliances and lights via voice. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has games to play and a 70 inch TV with Netflix. We installed a smart bidet toilet with the multifunction hands-free innovations. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of space to hang out inside and out. A large, open living space will meet all your needs, with a full kitchen, and a table that seats six. The bathroom is spacious, modern, and spotless. The best part is the large patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean - a great place to end the day while enjoying the sunset.

This guest suites is located in a unique spot in the quaint coastal town of Pacifica, in the Sharp Park Beach area. We are a small suburb of San Francisco, but you will feel like you are in a small town. A place where you run into your neighbors around town, and the locals are all very friendly. We pride ourselves on our "beach town" feel, of being relaxed, laid back, and appreciative of the beauty of nature.

If you want to be social, let us know, we love to meet new people. However, you probably wont see us at all, unless you specifically request to see us (or of course in case you need something or have an emergency, we are there for you).

The best way around the area is by car, but if you need to travel a distance or don't mind a good hike, stores, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance... just beware that there is quite a steep climb to return home.

Just 15 minutes from SFO or downtown San Francisco, you are close to everything, but far from the hustle and bustle. You can even walk to the beach if you like!

You can drive to downtown San Francisco or take transit (we are just 10 minutes to the nearest BART station and only 15 minutes by train from there.) Easy access to freeways in any direction gets you wherever you want to go in the Bay Area.

There is plenty of parking here on site, both on the street or in the driveway closer to the side entrance of our house.

If you like to travel with a furry companion, we have a few common sense rules for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. For dogs, we require you keep them leashed when walking them because there are a lot of other dogs in the neighborhood and wild animals here in the hills and that you pick up after them. We also require that you don't leave them alone here, under any circumstances, ever. Finally, we ask for an additional $100 fee for cleaning to ensure we do a good job of removing all traces for our next guests so they never even know.

We have a professional cleaning service that details and sanitizes the entire 5 bedroom house before and after every guest. We guarantee that it will be immaculately cleaned before you arrive. Sometimes, a Roomba robot sweeps and mobs the house before our guests arrives. Our professional cleaners also wash all sheets, towels, pillow covers, and blanket covers (duvets) before and after each guest. Also, we pay living wage (Over 4 times of the minimum wage) to our cleaners who live locally.

Please make sure you follow all the house rules (no party, no pet, no smoking inside, no illegal file downloading, quiet hours, etc). In a rare case that a guest break each rule, a $250 in penalty will be charged. Also, please be clear about the total number of guests when booking this house. If you are trying to host a large group, there will be some additional charges but you must communicate to the host prior to check-in.

- The house has no shoe policy. So you can expect a very clean house. The unit is slightly above the ground and has several steps from the ground level.

The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.

No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

You can see all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge on clear days, and when it’s foggy it feels like you are sitting in the clouds. There is a huge deck and we are fortunate to have birdsong all around. We overlook Pacifica Beach where there are surfers out every day of the year, often before the sun rises. There are whales to be seen out in the water, as well.

Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway, or just a home base for your adventures in San Francisco, our place will be perfect. In order to get up to our stunning views, there are quite a few steps that must be walked up, so we don’t recommend our place to anyone with mobility issues. We do have an electric tram that will carry your luggage and groceries up, so you won’t need to carry anything up more than a small amount of steps.

The space
This charming room comes a full size bed bed with great high-end beddings and is very bright all day. You will enjoy the oak floors throughout. The environment is peaceful and you can hear the waves at night. We offer a nice sunny fenced backyard with a BBQ where you can enjoy privacy and relaxation after a day at work or on weekends.
No storage allowed, share kitchen and ond one bathroom with 2 other roomates. One Roomate who comes only part time has a dog. Famous Linda Mar Beach is a 8 minutes walk. 30 days minimum.

Single room on the second floor of a house in the back of Sharp Park Valley. Beautiful views, comfortable furnishings, and a conveniently central location make this place ideal for business and recreational travel alike. On foot, one can easily reach local hiking trails, the Pacifica pier, the Jean E. Brink Olympic size swimming pool, and various local businesses. By car one can quickly go anywhere on the San Francisco Peninsula.

The space
This is a small bedroom with a twin size Murphy bed, a wicker chair, a small table, a small refrigerator, basic plates, glasses, mugs, and silverware with a sink and microwave and a full laundry just outside the door. We have included enough dinnerware for two but bear in mind that it is only a twin bed; this is a single occupancy room. A TV tray and an additional folding chair are provided in the closet.

Guest access
The space is designed such that guests will not have to interact with the host unless they want to. Guests have a separate entrance to the building secured by a PIN which also serves as the entry code to the guest's room(s). In addition to their room, guests have access to a shared bathroom with a shower, a common hallway with a laundry, a sink, and a microwave, and a front patio area with a propane grill and multiple places to sit and watch the sunset.

We are located in a beach town called Pacifica, which is 12 min from San Francisco International Airport (a perfect rest stop before or after a long flight). In addition, we are 20 min from Downtown San Francisco or 10 min by BART. The house is at a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The space is on the 2nd floor 2 airbnb rooms with a shared bathroom and coffee station. The ground floor is where i live with a roommate.

The accommodation comprises of a single bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a television, along with one bathroom. Additionally, there is a compact kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and kettle, suitable for reheating or preparing straightforward meals throughout your vacation.

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.

Other things to note
There is ample street parking available in the vicinity. Please note there may be occasional noise from footsteps overhead.

For guests planning extended stays exceeding 28 days, kindly be advised that we require supplementary documentation to facilitate our background verification process, for a nominal fee. Alternatively, we accept employment or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in upholding a safe and secure environment for all guests.

Additionally, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied for long-term stays.

We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:
1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.
2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.
3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.
4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.

Very Safe and Quiet area- near San Francisco, the Beach and the Airport! Completely Private with Private entrance! Modern Studio - table and work area, The Room really is beautiful- lots of light. Tons of free parking. Only 10 min walk to the ocean/beach and Pacifica Pier. 14 minute drive to SFO airport and to San Francisco. Only 2 blocks to Highway 1. Easy walk to bus stop and shopping center with upscale grocery store. Sorry- not suitable for children.

Our studio is the perfect place to get away from it all and for those on business! Quiet, charming, and set in a wooded-canyon just a stone's throw from the ocean. A perfect place to work on that novel, reconnect with your partner, clear your head, or use as a base for adventures into San Francisco or Half Moon Bay. There are countless options for walking trails along the coast right out our front door. The studio shares a common wall, yet is completely private. You will have the entire studio.
