The home is convenient to I-101 (3 min away), Stanford (10 mins), Four Seasons (3 min) and both San Francisco (35 min) and San Jose (20 min). It's very close to Fcbk (3 min), Ggle (12 min), Downtown Palo Alto (5 min). Levi's Stadium is 17 minutes away.

The property is located in a pleasant micro-climate due to proximity to the bay. Afternoon cool breezes during hot summer days are something we cherish.

The house offers a contemporary open-floor design, high ceilings and 4 skylights for plenty of natural light. It includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, office, 3 bedrooms, and a backyard.

The full kitchen includes granite counters, premium cabinets and modern appliances: range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and full refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and filtered water. Villeroy & Botch china set for eight, glassware, cups, silverware, pots, pans and utensils are available. There's plenty of counter prep space. There's a bar-top/dining table with six stools.

The living room features a fireplace, 60" HDTV, Xbox gaming console and high-end sound system. You'll have Comcast internet service. There's also a selection of books for both adults and children. This open space is ideal for working, entertaining and relaxation.

The master bedroom presents a luxurious king bed. There's an armoire, a dresser, and a leather chair. A full length mirror is right at the bedroom's entrance. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, dresser, and closet with plenty of shelving. The third bedroom has a full bed, dresser, closet and a leather chair. All beds have soft and luxurious fitted 300-thread count Brooklinen's Egyptian cotton sheets.

The Master bathroom offers heated floors, a marble shower and a granite slab on the sinks . There are extra towels, pillows and blankets as well.

- "Had a great time cooking and eating because of the chefs style kitchen. The home is older but has been updated to be very comfortable. All bedrooms are upstairs with their own air conditioning. Plenty of restrooms and the walk-in shower is great. The restroom downstairs is handy when using that part of the house. The neighborhood is acceptable but noisy at night. The street in front of the house is fast. The location is close to shopping and Stanford Hospital."

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

- "The house is very nice, well decorated and clean. The bedrooms are nice and large. The bathrooms are a little small but serve their purpose (the vanity didn't have much space to put things but there was a table right outside the bathroom that we used). The kitchen needed a few things because we like to cook but Juan was going to get those for future guests. The one negative is that it's on a very busy street. But having your own driveway and garage to park your car is a huge plus. We left 4 days early but enjoyed the time while we were there."
