This is an old Victorian Apt in a Triplex house. Entry in the from the back parking lot. It has one bed room with a Queen bed, kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, bath with clawfoot tub/shower and a stackable washer/drier.
Wood and marble flooring throughout. One off street parking spot is included. It is a very short walk downtown and very convenient to all shops and services.

Please note: The apartment is located on Mission St (hwy 1) and has some traffic noise. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not the spot.

We didn’t use the fireplace, but it was great that it was there for the really cool nights. The grounds were as advertised all in all this property is great for a short stay. I don’t know that I would choose it for someplace where I was going to be for a week, but not disappointed at all with what I found when I got there . "

The lounge restaurant was closed for a high school reunion so that was back luck for me. On the positive the bed was probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. There are many redwoods on the property and around the lodges, and the creek is accessible if you want to get in the water. This estate has a rich past—originally a private hunting lodge in the 1950's and ’60's, it’s now being made available to the public for the very first time. We’re currently collaborating with the San Lorenzo Valley Museum to document more of its hidden history.

For the last 40 years, it’s been home to former executives from Apple, Oracle, HP, Adobe, Nvidia, and Motorola. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled to the highest standards, while preserving its original charm, including the wood-look natural gas fireplace in the main lodge.
