Please try keep food in the refrigerator or drawers to avoid attracting insects as we are in the woods.
Bring your own Keurig coffee pods and firewood, we have some firewood but may not enough.
The huge window is double paned, there is a small hole and crack on the outer pane, the inner pane is intact so the window is functional.
This is the main house which shares wall with a separate smaller guest unit and the onsite staff unit below with their own entrances.
The bedroom with king size bed shares wall and can hear noise from other side, the loft bedroom with queen size bed doesn't have any shared wall and is very quiet and private so please use this bedroom if concerned with the noise disturbance. Also contact host for voice disturbance at quiet hour 10p-8a.
This is a retreat center so there are people onsite including our staff.

We do NOT provide ceiling fan although it is there, the remote control is missing so it can not be turned on for now.
This is an old rustic house in the woods, not a luxurious modern house.
The washer/dryer is shared with one other guest suite.

There is a private drive way, half open garage and workshop area which has some furnitures.
There is a BBQ grill in the yard there.
We are in the rural mountains and woods so overall it is pretty rustic! There is dirt right outside the house.
It's very quiet in the mountains, music which may not seem loud in the cities can be pretty loud here especially at night.

The TV doesn't have cable, but has a HDMI cable which can be connected to a Mac laptop. As a meditation retreat center, we were not sure if we want to provide cable TV yet.

One bedroom with brand new king bed.
Loft bedroom with one queen bed, one twin bed, and a floor twin mattress. The ladder to the loft bedroom is kind of steep so not suitable for very small kids or those who are too old.
There is an extra twin mattress in the living room to sleep on.
The living room is huge with a piano by the windows.
The bathroom is remodeled, shower only no tub.
The fireplace is fantastic in a cold winter night although the central heating keeps the house pretty warm.

There is a garden growing veggies.
Our water is from a natural spring.
This can be the perfect getaway, especially for those who enjoy the nature, quietness, serenity, simplicity, sparkling creativity, contemplating spirituality, but not much for the materialistic luxury.
The house was built with the redwood logged from this forest! The original cabinets and doors were custom made with these wood.

We have a main trail on our 45 acre. The head of the main trail is right by the red Main House, just follow the paved the road down and it will become dirt road at campsite 12. It's about 45min to 1hr hike down to the end where the Amaya creek serves the boundary to the neighbor's property. On the main trail there is also a small waterfall, but it is not visible from the trail, you have to go off the trail on the left side to find it. I put pink ribbon on the tree there, but at other spots too so may not be the best sign.
Enjoy hiking, creeks and small water fall exploration, mountain biking, wildlife viewing (deer, turkey, owl etc), star gazing, relaxation, meditation and more.
There is a private campground down with 10 min hike.

Easy commute to silicon valley companies (30 min to Apple) and fast Wifi allows working from home.
For restaurants, the closest is Soquel in the south and Los Gatos downtown in the north, or both around 20 min drive since we are in the mountains.
There is a Summit store where you can pick up groceries and enjoy an espresso bar, deli and sushi spot, which is only 10 min away at 24197 N Summit Rd, Los Gatos.

- "The view was great. General layout of cabin is comfy and spacious, pretty similar to what the pictures show. As for cleanliness, the bathroom was not cleaned very well, the hand towel looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a looong time. My brother got multiple bites over his body during our stay, and had an allergic reaction for which he had to seek medical attention. Kitchen range stopped working while we were cooking dinner because it was overworked, and we contacted the owner for assistance. They were reasonably prompt and the issue was resolved. So if you plan on doing a lot of cooking make sure to know the fix beforehand."

A quaint little in laws quarter with private entryway, full kitchen, and full bathroom. Find yourself enjoying the gardens on your own little hidden corner of our property. An outdoor chicken coop with vegetable, fruit and flower gardens is a great little escape from the nearby hustle and bustle of the Silicon Valley. Our unique bedroom space is up an attic like staircase that is not suitable for very young, handicapped, or elderly guests.

You’re literally in the middle of a forest, with stunning views and privacy. I will say though that this cabin is relatively remote and requires some careful driving - down a steep, windy road without pavement at points. Members of our group were able to get there with Ubers/Lyfts, but honestly would STRONGLY recommend having a car and being part of a group that enjoys an adventure. The Neighborhood

The cottage is walking distance to Vasona Lake Park with activities for runners, bicyclists, hikers, and skaters. A short hike takes you to Vasona Lake Park where you, or your family can ride the Billy Jones Wildcat rail road, paddle boats and sailing on the lake or enjoy an outdoor Carousel. A few minutes away is Saint Josephs Hill trail for mountain biking, jogging and hiking.
The cottage is a five minute walk from the trailhead for the beloved Los Gatos Creek Trail for hiking and biking. Nestled at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains and a perfect gateway to all of Silicon Valley. The Town of Los Gatos is a wildly popular destination for everything from museums, the arts, nightlife with dancing and fine dining, to outdoor activities. The summer months feature two famous free concert series - Wednesday night Jazz on the Plazz and Sunday afternoon Los Gatos Music in the Park. Both are within walking distance from the cottage.
Convenient location near Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Peets Coffee, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and Shopping Centers.

The Cottage is two blocks from Highway 17 Hwy 280, 85 and Hwy 101.

-- Dogs -- Are allowed on a case by case basis. Here are a few points that must be meet before I consider hosting your stay in my cottage with your dog.

- I will not host dogs that or larger then 25lbs
- I will only host dog breeds that do NOT shed normally
- Your dog should not bark and cry a lot
- Dogs will need to remain OFF the bed, couch and other furniture at all times
- If your leaving your dog in the cottage alone for long amounts of time it will need to be kept in a crate.
- Depending on the breed of dog I may require an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00 at move in.

- "My husband and I stayed for a month to support the birth of our granddaughter locally. We loved the privacy of the cottage, the comfortable king size bed and all the amenities it had to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to take walks. The kitchen is small as pictured. You could cook, but we limited our cooking to breakfast and had dinners at our daughters home. A lot of rentals in this price bracket only have a coffee maker and hot plate. Chris was quick to respond and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again."

The Neighborhood

The cottage is walking distance to Vasona Lake Park with activities for runners, bicyclists, hikers, and skaters. A short hike takes you to Vasona Lake Park where you, or your family can ride the Billy Jones Wildcat rail road, paddle boats and sailing on the lake or enjoy an outdoor Carousel. A few minutes away is Saint Josephs Hill trail for mountain biking, jogging and hiking.
The cottage is a five minute walk from the trailhead for the beloved Los Gatos Creek Trail for hiking and biking. Nestled at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains and a perfect gateway to all of Silicon Valley. The Town of Los Gatos is a wildly popular destination for everything from museums, the arts, nightlife with dancing and fine dining, to outdoor activities. The summer months feature two famous free concert series - Wednesday night Jazz on the Plazz and Sunday afternoon Los Gatos Music in the Park. Both are within walking distance from the cottage.
Convenient location near Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Peets Coffee, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and Shopping Centers.

- If your leaving your dog in the cottage alone for long amounts of time it will need to be kept in a crate.
- Depending on the breed of dog I may require an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00 at move in.

- "We were renting the cottage for 5 weeks as we needed a place to stay until we find a suitable long term rental in the Bay Area. Los Gatos cottages is the perfect temporary place for a couple. The cottage is in a nice snd calm area, near to town. It is well equipped with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean. Laundry machine is on site too. Chris the owner is absolutely welcoming and helpful. Thank you for having us, we can only recommend this place!"

This sun-soaked suite is has a private entrance and private access to a beautiful garden patio complete with night-time ambiance, a fireplace, and patio furniture. While the space is listed as a guest suite, we want our guests to know that they are sharing our home. The lower level of our house is separated from the rest of the house by blackout curtains and is allocated for guest use only. It includes a private entrance, and the guest is the only person who will be using or entering the space.

- "This is a lovely place to stay, with new furniture and lots of helpful notes with directions on where to find things. The towels are soft and fluffy. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. There's an iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer. The restaurants and shops of Los Gatos are an easy 30 minute walk away through beautiful neighborhoods if you want to leave your car behind. My only complaint is that the listing says there's a kitchenette, but what that means is that there's a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. You will need to do the dishes in the bathroom sink. There is no hot plate or way to cook."

Great location coming to and from Los Gatos and/or Santa Clara. Away from the hustle and bustle. Our dog friend, Buba was very welcoming and friendly. - "Absolutely beautiful spot. This property is every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures. It is set among magnificent large trees and in a quiet estate above Los Gatos. Diane is a wonderful host who lives on the property. The view from the property is partially due to the fact that it is on the top of another building which means you have to access it by a staircase. But that staircase is well lit and easy to navigate. It leads to a delightful deck that looks out to the trees. Everything about the place is thoughtfully done and we will come back again soon. The only negative for us was that it is not easy to walk into town. The road down the hill is narrow and the cars drive fast. But we found that Uber and Lyft made it easy to overcome that problem."

We are in the rural mountains and woods so overall it is pretty rustic!

We have a main trail on our 45 acre. The head of the main trail is right by the red Main House, just follow the paved the road down and it will become dirt road at campsite 12. It's about 45min to 1hr hike down to the end where the Amaya creek serves the boundary to the neighbor's property. On the main trail there is also a small waterfall, but it is not visible from the trail, you have to go off the trail on the left side to find it. I put pink ribbon on the tree there, but at other spots too so may not be the best sign.
Enjoy hiking, creeks and small water fall exploration, mountain biking, wildlife viewing (deer, turkey, owl etc), star gazing, relaxation, meditation and more.

The space
When the power box is getting charged by the solar panel, it’s in charging mode so you can not use it to power the light or phone. To use the power box, you need to unplug the black wire from the power box. During the day, you need to plug in the black wire so the power box gets charged by the solar panel.
Propane is $25/tank.
Monthly discount at $800/month. 2nd person will be charged $200 per month.
If you use the shared staff kitchen, you have to clean after yourself and do the kitchen daily cleaning rotation.

There is no public transportation within 30 min drive. The closest grocery store Summit store where you can pick up groceries and enjoy an espresso bar, deli and sushi spot, is 10 min drive at 24197 N Summit Rd, Los Gatos.

We are in the rural mountains and woods so overall it is pretty rustic! There is dirt right outside the house.
It's very quiet in the mountains, music which may not seem loud in the cities can be pretty loud here especially at night.

No A/C. The central heating in this unit is weak, space heaters are provided in the winter. The wood burning fireplace is fantastic in a cold winter night.

The living room has two twin size beds.

The sunrise room gets lovely morning light. It has a writing desk, nice decor, and a balcony. It is a calm, warm room.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to put food in the refrigerator, to use the microwave, tea kettle and coffee pot. I generally have light food available for breakfast; bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. You can eat at the dining room table, the kitchen bar, or out on the deck. No eating or drinking upstairs, (except water).

No candle burning ever. I have flashlights you can borrow.

If I should be watching a movie you are welcome to join. I welcome conversation but can leave you alone.

During your stay
You can text me with any questions or concerns if I am not there, anytime, day or night. If I am in a meeting I will get back to you when done.

Other things to note
I have three indoor-outdoor cats, Suave and Mr. Grey, and Vocal Val. Guess which one talks occasionally. They usually sleep in my room and are rarely in the guest rooms. They will leave you alone. They all started life as ferals.

The space
We have several rooms in our home. This is "Room B", the Blue Room. It is cozy and spacious with lots of light. A sliding door opens to a private deck. The full bathroom is shared and down the hall.
PLEASE NOTE: Our mountain well water is rich in minerals. Long term it can leave a rusty residue on the plumbing that is difficult to remove. Although it may appear to be unclean, we scrub and sanitize our facilities daily. Our private well presents a unique set of water system challenges. Consider it the reality of mountain life and the luxury of having our own water source. Please look for other options if this is not your comfort level.
We are casual and rustic chic here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Perched in the redwoods, our home is an architectural wonder built by our family of engineers and artists back in the eclectic seventies. Over the years an assemblage of art, antiques and curios have charmed their way into the cabin like rooms and lofts.

This room has a full bathroom down the hall with a shared shower. We share our well with 4 other households, our neighbors. Due to drought conditions in California we kindly ask our guests to limit their showers to 5 minutes. Sharing is caring.
Also, since reopening after Covid, we request that our guests pre-arrange their shower times according to your schedule. This assures that we can maintain a high standard of cleaning protocols for the comfort of all.

We are hoping that the road closures due to our extreme winter of atmospheric rivers will be repaired soon and this will soon again be available to our guests.

Los Gatos is a great town. Enjoy Music in the Park, restaurants, trails, wineries, & fun shops. Leave early and get to Santa Cruz within 35 minutes. Great outdoor spaces to relax in. I have 3 indoor cats, 1 semi-feral. Come and unwind! Beautiful views of mountains, sunsets, silhouettes of trees and so close to downtown. It is a special place, out of the ordinary!

The space
The property is very spacious and surrounded with trees and beautiful vistas. There is wildlife in the neighborhood, which is beautiful, yet we are in walking distance to downtown.

The room is very spacious and unique. There is a climbing wall to a loft,(not to be used by guests), a small couch, and oh yes a purple bean bag chair. Guests have told me that the room has a good vibe. For most it is the preferred room. If you are conservative, or a nester, the Sunrise room may be a better choice.

Unfortunately, the balcony is currently off limits. It waiting for repairs. But you can still enjoy the views from the room or the downstairs deck.

Guest access
I will leave out items for breakfast if you want to have breakfast here. There is always tea, and often times snack, cookies or fruit. You may store small items in the refrigerator. You may use the microwave, toaster, etc., but no regular cooking. Too many cooks make a mess. Exceptions can be made, if simple, just ask first.

There is wifi and you are welcome to work at the breakfast bar, the deck or the dining room table.

For stays longer than 1 week, I charge an additional $30 a week to help with cleaning.

While we are remotely nestled in the majestic Santa Cruz mountains, we are 35 minutes to San Jose, 25 minutes for the beach, numerous state parks, and Santa Cruz. Within 25-30 minutes of dozens of wineries. 1-2 hours to San Francisco depending on traffic. 1.5 hours to Big Sur/Monterey.

This first-floor in-law suite (private and separated from the rest of our home, which is on the 2nd and 3rd floor) Equipped with small kitchenette and pre-stocked with minimal breakfast supplies (coffee, english muffins, local eggs, butter, jam), a bottle of local wine (for visitors over 21) and cooking basics. Walk outside to enjoy your breakfast and coffee under a family of towering redwoods. Then take a dip in the hot tub. kitchenette includes microwave, minifridge, hot plate (no oven) toaster, waffle maker, espresso maker, dishes, silverware, glasses and mugs, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, basic spices, and olive oil. Hot tub and deck are about 30 feet outside of your suite up a small inclined path immediately below a family of towering redwoods. Near dozens of wineries, world class mountain and road biking, numerous state parks and a short 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches, 20 minutes to Los Gatos and San Jose Airport, and 1-1.5 hrs to SF. Something for everyone!


While we are less than a half hour to Santa Cruz - WE ARE remotely located in the Santa Cruz mountains. following some disastrous storms our primary road to our home is closed and pending repairs, thus the less maintained backroad is our only access route. It’s scenic and quiet - but pick up any convenience items in advance because we are 20 minutes by car to the closest store of any kind. All guests must have a car and be comfortable driving on narrow windy roads in the mountains. The last 2 miles before the house are in a single lane road that has a handful of pullout spots for passing cars. Guests must be comfortable driving on narrow roads and be able to back up in the event an oncoming car needs to pass around the more narrow sections of Mtn Charlie road.

Guest access
Your first floor suite is private and exclusively for your use during your stay. You are welcome to roam the walking paths on our property, sit and relax on an Adrirondack chair below the redwoods or de-stress in the outdoor hot tub! Path to the hot tub is on an inclined on a mild slope about 25 feet adjacent to the entrance of your suite. Hot tub cover unclips then folds up over bar then pulled up towards uphill side. You can take hot tub cover completely off if you like but please do not place it in the mud on the uphill side. Thank you.

Other things to note
Generally speaking, you will need a car to get around out here. The first time you drive here, it will feel like a bit of an adventure because of the winding narrow mountain road you must take during the last 2 miles (last 8-12 minutes) of the drive. If you are not comfortable driving on narrow mountain roads, our place may not be the best fit. But if you love the mountains, trees, views and quiet of nature - you will not be disappointed!

We do have 2 small dogs (Ruby and Maddie) who stay with us and do not enter your suite (unless you invite them in, which is fine just let us know). They love guests and will try and say hi if you cross paths outside. They bark when they see anyone new or a car, but they will come up and say hi. They like everyone. Just say Hello! Most of the time, they are inside with us :-)

We have Streaming Roku/Netflix but do not have cable. we also have a sound bar so you can listen to music.

Cell phone service is spotty in this area. We have WiFi and if your phone allows you to 'enable Wifi calling' you will be fine and able to make calls anywhere near the main house. If your phone is not capable of WiFi enabled calling, you may have some trouble utilizing your cellular service. We also have a landline you are welcome to use if needed.

Depending on the hour of the day or time of year - Hwy 17 can get backed up because of an accident or with weekend beach traffic during the summer. We know the backroads well and can recommend alternative routes if needed.

Let us know if you are interested in surfing or boogie boarding - we may have a spare surf board, boogie board, flippers, and wetsuits. We also have beach gear (umbrella, beach blanket, beach chairs) we are happy to lend. If you have a little one, we have a hiking backpack or stroller and monitor we are also happy to lend.

The space
Welcome! We put together this list of need-to-knows for you to help you enjoy your stay:

- Private room includes full-sized bed w/linens (can fit two people and is slightly smaller than a queen), a laptop-friendly desk with sufficient lighting, a bench, a yoga mat, a whiteboard, and a large closet with a floor-to-ceiling mirror.

- A similar private room and bathroom (can host 2 guests) is on the same floor and can be rented alongside this room if more space is needed. Link to two-room/bath listing is here:

- Private bathroom is up one short flight of stairs and is stocked with shower supplies, hand soap, towels/extra towels, and a blowdryer.

- Your rooms are on the second floor.

- We are a shoeless household, so please keep that in mind.

- You will need to climb some stairs to get to your rooms.

- Close to Los Gatos trail for biking or a relaxing walk, as well as Blossom Hill Park and open tennis courts.

- All kitchen utensils/dishes/cookware/materials for your use are in the bottom shelf of the left bottom cabinet next to the stove.

- The washer/dryer and kitchen with basics (oil, salt, pepper) are available for use if your stay extends beyond 2 nights.

- A first aid kit and iron/board are available upon request.

- A shared kitchenette with a coffee/tea selection, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, and mini-fridge w/filtered water is stationed in front of your room.

- We have two lovely dogs, Buddy and Bella, who will we keep on a separate floor from your room.

- Free curbside parking.

- Complete use of your bedroom/bathroom

- For stays over 2 nights, access to kitchen for limited cooking privileges upon request

- For stays over one week, use of the laundry room upon request

- You are welcome to use the living room and piano

We're here in the morning and evenings and also work from home quite often. We'll usually be here to get you settled in. We'll leave a guide to the house and town in your room to help you find your way.

We highly respect the privacy of our guests so we will interact with you only when you wish to interact with us.

We are happy to share ANY information that we know about the area with you.

We are available over text or in person if you have questions.

Other things to note
- We have two friendly dogs that may bark.

- Occasionally, squirrels run over our roof as we are surrounded by trees, which can make noise.

- There is no TV or entertainment services available.

- If you will be checking in after 10pm, please consult with me before booking. I may not be available personally to welcome you but there is a smartlock on the door to let you in. I will confirm with you on arrival day when you will arrive and make arrangements via email on if I will be here and if not, and how to gain access to the room.

A home away from home, this hidden little gem is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the cities. Still located conveniently close to businesses of all kinds including multiple down town areas, HWY 17 and 85, 1 mile from Netflix. We are constantly working on our cottage style gardens, so there will always be gardens to enjoy for you. If you are interested in trying any of our homegrown veggies or fruits just let us know, we love sharing our bounty:)

The space
An actual hidden cottage tucked into a space full of vegetable and flower gardens. A six chicken coop as well runs the length of one side of the yard. There's also a private patio area to relax and unwind. The cottage is cute and simple with an attic like stair case leading to the upstairs bedroom. Enjoy your privacy in this unique and quaint space.
P.S. This space may not be the best suited for elderly, disabled, or very young guests.

Guest access
The entire cottage is all yours with a private entryway. We have an open patio area just outside the cottage with outdoor seating and tables. There is also a charcoal barbecue available upon request as the hosts may be using it. Great spot to sit and unwind while watching and listening to the chickens, watching the sun set, and star gazing. The garden area is shared with the hosts.

Other things to note
You as our guest always have privacy indoors of your space. The outside areas are mostly shared between my family, pets and I and our guests, but the outdoor patio is all yours(we only access this when guests are present if we need to do some yard work). Enjoy yourselves and be wary of doggies when pulling in the driveway!
It is an in laws quarters type house and shares one wall with the main house of the property. The door that connects the homes is completely sealed off and inaccessible to both parties.
Please keep in mind that this is not a space suitable for very young, disabled, or elderly guests, due to the attic like staircase mentioned above.

Tiny, quaint Cottage sequestered in a Redwood forest. Outdoor Clawfoot Bathtub with Shower under the Stars overlooking a Spring fed creek ! Mature Pond & Marina with sitting areas with Koi and Turtles ! Solar powered lights come on at night! Lighting at the Cottage is Electric, Solar and Battery powered. Lanterns are provided ! There is a Cell Phone & device Charging Station available. No Kitchen or cooking facilities. Summit Market, four miles away, open 7 days a week, hours are 7am to 7pm.

The space
Please spend some time sitting in the lounge chairs on the Marina dock enjoying the large pond ! If you watch carefully, you will see several mature Koi, in many brilliant colors and Big Mouth Bass that will jump out of the water to feed ! Also, we rescue Turtles, so watch the banks where they sun bathe . They are very shy, so watch for their heads to poke out of the water !

IMPORTANT !! Quiet hours are 9:00pm thru 8:00am . This includes loud talking ! Only one car is allowed here. Please do not allow car alarm to beep at any time. If second car is necessary, arrangements must be made with host well in advance of arrival. (additional $40 fee required).

Other things to note
Cell service can be spotty for some carriers, Verizon works well here. There is a little Device/ Cell Phone charging station for guests, if needed . (There is no WiFi here.) Charge outlet is located outside, between the Bathtub/ Shower enclosure and the Little Red Bathroom ... There is no Kitchen or cooking of any kind here ... There are however, lots of wonderful restaurants in both Santa Cruz (15 miles) or Los Gatos (8 miles) ... Please do not hesitate to ask me for recommendations and/or take a look at "George's guidebook" on the Airbnb app for some great restaurants, wineries, craft breweries, hiking in both Los Gatos, 8 miles away or in beautiful Santa Cruz, 15 miles away. Some Lantern lights are Battery powered, so please remember to turn off when not in use ... Please note that Outdoor Vintage Bathtub/ Shower in a Redwood Enclosure may be shared on occasion... There is a privacy fence & gate that can be closed, and when shut, a little wooden sign can be hung outside of the gate that reads: "Tub in use, Please come back". Maximum time in Bathtub limited to one hour, and no later than 9:00pm to respect other guests. Thank You !

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens!

Step into a very private cozy space that you can call your own. You have your own private entrance as well as a great outdoor space to relax in that is shared. Parking is great and the street is very quiet. The unit is off the street and looks west toward the sunset. With a small kitchenette, you can prep a small meal or enjoy your Door Dash from the local great food. With a hammock and small space to enjoy outdoor you can see that the owner has a green thumb.

The space
This chic RV is made by Happier camper. This is the HC1 model. It is spacious and flexible. THe layout is modular, you can change like lego to fit your needs. You can see more info by searching "happier camper"

The camper has a queen bed so it will be comfortable for a couple with a child.

You have warm water/outdoor shower access by the trailer. Also, we have an electronic flashable toilet in the private tent. (similar to a diaper genie. The brand is called Laveo and it’s clean and has no smell at all.)

We have a portable gas-stove in the trailer. Trailer is fully-powered.

We offer a full bathroom and laundry for an additional cost. A full bathroom usage will be $20 per an hour which comes with a towel and amenities. Laundry will be $10 and detergent is included.

We’re also the owners of Iyashi Spa, a private day spa specializing in Japanese dry head spa therapy, rejuvenating facials, and soothing treatments. Your stay can be paired with a truly relaxing spa experience.

This guest suite was finished in early 2022, everything is brand new. The space is best suited for individuals or couples. Accommodations include a combined living room / kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A separate bedroom sleeping area with full closet and washer/dryer. Full bathroom with shower. There is dedicated parking and a private entrance. While attached to the main home it's completely separate, there is no interior access just one exterior door for your private entry.

My one bedroom, one bath cottage C is a private getaway for the vacationing, or working professional. I offer a private living space with patio and kitchenette. A quiet, peaceful, location, central to all Bay Area attractions and businesses.

Welcome to Los Gatos Cottage C, my light and bright one bedroom cottage is a 10min walk to the heart of downtown Los Gatos with all its fabulous shops and restaurants. You will find a separate bedroom, living area with soft couch, full bath and a kitchenette with a private yard and grill. We also offer storage for personal things and/or a bike. Whether you're on a business trip, or vacation this is an ideal place to stay as a home away from home.
There is complete privacy with your own private entrance. The space will comfortably fit 2 adults.

Guest access
As our guest you will have access to all the following: King Bed, on site laundry, free WIFI, a gas grill, desk, microwave, coffee maker, TV / DVD Player an Apple TV with Netflix, HBO GO and other streaming applications. We also have an extensive DVD collection as well, if you just want to stay in and watch a movie.

PETS: -
-- Dogs -- Are allowed on a case by case basis. Here are a few points that I will consider before hosting your stay in my cottage with your dog.

- I will not host dogs that are larger then 25lbs
- I will only host dog breeds that do NOT shed normally
- Your dog should not bark and cry a lot
- Dogs will need to remain OFF the bed, couch and other furniture at all times
- If your leaving your dog in the cottage alone for long amounts of time it will need to be kept in a crate.
- Depending on the breed of dog I may require an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00 at move in.

My one bedroom, one bath cottage B is a private getaway for the vacationing, or working professional. I offer a private living space with patio and kitchenette. A quiet, peaceful, location, central to all Bay Area attractions and businesses.

The space
Welcome to Los Gatos Cottage B, my light and bright one bedroom cottage is a 10min walk to the heart of downtown Los Gatos with all its fabulous shops and restaurants. You will find a separate bedroom, living area with soft couch, full bath and a kitchenette with a private yard and grill. We also offer storage for personal things and/or a bike. Whether you're on a business trip, or vacation this is an ideal place to stay as a home away from home.
There is complete privacy with your own private entrance. The space will comfortably fit 2 adults.

If Cottage B is booked try Cottage A or C

Guest access
As my guest you will have access to the following: King Bed, on-site laundry, free WIFI, a gas grill, desk, microwave, coffee maker, TV with Netflix, and other streaming applications.

Other things to note
PETS: -
-- Dogs -- Are allowed on a case by case basis. Here are a few points that I will consider before hosting your stay in my cottage with your dog.

- I will not host dogs that are larger than 25lbs
- I will only host dog breeds that do NOT shed normally
- Your dog should not bark and cry a lot
- Dogs will need to remain OFF the bed, couch and other furniture at all times
- If your leaving your dog in the cottage alone for long amounts of time it will need to be kept in a crate.
- Depending on the breed of dog I may require an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 at move in.

- Must not be loud and sing or talk alot
- Must remain covered when not at home
- Must remain in there cage at all times
