This service is designed to enhance your comfort and convenience, provided at exceptional value. However, VRBO’s system only allows for a single final cleaning fee to be included at the time of your booking, making it impossible to factor biweekly cleaning fees into the initial quote for extended stays. Consequently, these charges will not appear in your booking price.

However, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate payment request via VRBO, sent to the email associated with your booking:
-For stays under two weeks: the cleaning fee is $165.
-For stays longer than two weeks, the housekeeping charge is $165 for every two weeks, with the last two-week period calculated as a full two weeks if it stays exceeds one week.

Housekeeping Service includes:

Large two story, 2500 square-ft. COVID-free house. The house has 5 bdrms and 3.5 bath. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Saratoga and close to Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara. The house has high-speed wifi, two living spaces, a dining room, and a clean fully-equipped kitchen. In the yard, there are two gardens, an outdoor workspace, living space, grills, hammock, deck, and gazebo. EV-charging available.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The guest count on the reservation must be the exact amount of people staying at the property. No other people allowed on the property that is not listed in the reservation unless given approval.

At check-in, guests must inspect the premises and once they move in, no adjustment on rates will be given. Check in is from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. The host will meet guests in person at the time of check in to check guests in and verify identification via Vrbo information given and an unexpired photo ID.

Checkout is 11:00am, guests must call us at 408-348-3635 and go through a checkout process with the host.

- "We had to clean kitchen counter and kitchen table before using it. We had to clean out side patio table. The back yard has hose and electrical cords all over the patio. The bbq grill has dirty and garbage all around it that we had to move to be able to use it. The out side garbage was full of rat traps. The Yard where not keeped up. They had garbage cans sitting on the front grass area. There was no ice maker as decribed."

- "Our family reunion (ages 0-99) was a success thanks to this beautiful property and Daisy's impeccable hosting. The property itself is exactly as advertised with spacious rooms and incredible views. Note that to get the breathtaking hillside views, the property has lots of stairs and the drive is fairly windy. Inside, the house was well equipped with everything our family needed, from lawn games, to portable fans, to snacks, to everything you'd expect in a large kitchen, to detailed labels on all light switches.
