This spot is for people who have camped before, and enjoy camping. People who do not mind sleeping in a tent, and smelling like bug spray!

The bathroom is open, with only a little privacy provided. You will not be seen, but may feel that it is too exposed. We have set up a camping toilet for guests to use. No shower is provided, but we do have a place for you to wash your hands.

We have a neighbor that occasionally can be noisy. But not usually. We ask you to please keep your volume down as sound travels extremely well on the mountain especially after 9PM.

In convenient proximity to Apple and Netflix, and close to major freeways (SR 85, I-280, SR 9). Easily walkable to downtown Saratoga for dining, shopping, and wine tasting.

The entire main floor (1400 sq ft) of the house, private yard, patio spaces, and driveway parking are yours during your stay.

When hosting, we keep the second floor of the house locked for our own storage. In the back of the property there is a garage but it will not be accessible.

No smoking of any kind on the property, no parties, and shoes off in the house, please.

This furnished home is located in Saratoga, a small city in Santa Clara County in the South Bay area of Silicon Valley. Saratoga has a diverse culinary scene, with everything from vegan fare to sushi to fast-casual restaurants. Anyone who prefers to self-cater will find an excellent selection of grocery stores in town. The affluent community is also home to Mountain Winery, which offers tastings and tours, as well as many other wineries within an hour's drive from town. On the weekend, head to elegant Villa Montalvo Park for a picnic or a dose of culture at the Montalvo Arts Center, an indoor-outdoor performing arts complex that stages shows year round. Saratoga residents mostly rely on cars to get around.
