Serene and modern, this spacious 2 bed - 2 bath fully renovated condo has ocean views throughout.

While overlooking the ocean from the living room you will appreciate the warmth of the fireplace on chilly evenings.

Maser bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom and an abundance of natural lighting. Two twin beds in the second bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom offer our guests comfort during your stay.

A fully appointed kitchen and large dining table perfect to share a meal, a game of cards or a lovely chat at the end of an adventure filled day.

Vacations are cherished experiences. A romantic get-away, a peaceful retreat with friends/family, an inspirational place to work from home, or looking to get in touch with nature. Here you can and watch the seals, dolphins and otters play in the surf and perhaps even a peek at the migrating whales. You'll find egrets & herons, pelicans soaring overhead or sandelings darting across the sand. There is no shortage of wildlife on land or sea.

Come to relax and enjoy all that our private gated community has to offer or venture out to the nearby towns of Capitola, Monterey, Carmel and Santa Cruz Boardwalk.

Our Association offers Bonfires on the beach with Smores, and the best part is that the staff at Pajaro Dunes will set up everything for you.

There is also a convenience store on the premises with an amazing selection of food, wine and sundries. Forgot something? No problem...this convenient shop has thought of almost everything, is open 7 days a week and also offers great gifts and souvenirs to remember your trip.

Sorry...we do love furry, four-legged friends, but in consideration of all guests, we do not allow pets.

Our beautiful remodeled home has an open ocean feel. The master bedroom and bath have a glass sliding door to a deck with ocean views and large TV. The living room's large open windows and fireplace make for a perfect evening along with a 55in TV screen.

Enjoy breakfast at the bar while watching the ocean waves or a family dinner at the table. The second bedroom has a queen bed with full-length mirrors
Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer so no need to bring too many clothes.

Our home is on the second level so the ocean views are amazing. Just steps to miles of pristine beach. Enjoy watching beautiful sunsets, dolphins, sea otters, lots of birds, and if you are lucky you may see a whale.
Located on the Shorebird side of Pajaro Dunes. Resort. You have access to all the amenities, such as tennis courts, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. Beautiful lagoon to enjoy walking or riding a bike around.
Our property features tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and biking & walking paths.
We have a small convenience store for last-minute things you may have forgotten. The nature center is also very interesting to check out as well.

We are between Monterey and Santa Cruz both being about 30 minutes from our home. Miles of uncrowded beautiful beach for you to enjoy and make memories!

We had a magical stay at this beautiful property… while it is set up for adults and incredibly romantic, it is also in the most convenient spot for bringing the kids to be able to easily get to and from the beach. It was clean and perfectly stocked. The resort is quiet and friendly allowing for a tranquil place to unplug and unwind. We were able to spend some time connecting as a family and we are so very grateful!"

The beach was not crowded and the kids (and the adults) enjoyed looking at all the sealife washed up on the beach including jelly fish, seaweeds with live mussels attached, and sand dollars. We also saw dolphins swimming by both days we were there. The apartment itself was clean,comfy and quiet, with plenty of room for our family of 6 and very a nice view of the beach. There are utensils, pots and pans provided for cooking but we opted to eat out at nearby restaurants a few minutes drive away in Watsonville. Highly recommend Jalisco which has some of the best Mexican food we have ever tasted. We also went to the free cider tasting at the Martinelli factory store which was a nice and also a few minutes drive away. All in all, a very nice getaway for the family and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay..."

This clean and light, the second-floor unit has awesome views of the ocean north to Santa Cruz from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. The sound and sight of breaking waves may lure you down nearby stairs to the beach or you may prefer to enjoy watching marine life from our spotless two bedroom, two bath family-friendly home away from home.
Our unit has boogie boards and beach towels ready to go plus buckets for seashells, and sand toys for the little ones. You may even find a whole sand dollar or two! Toasting champagne or roasting marshmallows at one of the fire pits on the private Pajaro Dunes beach when night falls is a great way to spend the evening.
We've got a barbecue and table on the deck and plenty of space inside for a great retreat.
There are also smart DVDs, fast WIFI, a library and plenty of room to entertain.
