Dirt Road is easy to access with any vehicle. The road is 1.5 miles long and is a one way dirt road with a 500' elevation climb.
This is a campsite and you must bring your own bedding, food (and an ice chest to store it in), and camping equipment. Also the camp toilet uses sanitary bags to collect waste and need to be discarded into the trash can. Trash must be deposited at the property exit upon leaving. Water for cleanup and washing is provided via water containers that you can pickup and fill at the well on your way up to the site. Please bring your own potable water.

If you like camping, the Airstream is surrounded by redwood trees with views of El Toro Mt. & our vineyard. Dine at your picnic table under a 100 year old oak tree & watch the sunset from your private deck or hammock. The Airstream is very secluded giving our guests a quiet retreat to enjoy the views and sounds of nature.
The Airstream has bathroom with a sink, small shower and toilet for LIQUIDS ONLY. The restroom for solids is a short walk up to the house. There you have your own private toilet and sink located next to the house with it’s own private entrance.
The Airstream has a twin bed and double bed futon. For groups larger than 3, there is plenty of room to pitch tents. The table folds out and can be used for either a desk or dining table. Wifi was hard wired in January 2022 so there should be 100% connectivity
One guest in 100 mentioned that a 6ft tall guest may have an issue with the height of the Airstream and that the RV is close by. Please note that the RV is never rented and that it is stored there and the vintage Airstreams does have lower headroom.

Llagas-Uvas is an unincorporated census county division (CCD) located on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains in southwest Santa Clara County, California.[3] The area covers approximately 102 square miles (260 km2), much of it open space [4] and contains the Uvas and Chesbro reservoirs, as well as the Calero, Uvas Canyon, Rancho Cañada del Oro,[5] and Mount Madonna county parks.

As a result of the favorable Mediterranean climate, there are many wineries in the area, including Dorcich Family Vineyards, Sycamore Creek, Martin Ranch, Hecker Pass, Fernwood Cellars, Fortino, Kirigin Cellars, Solis, and Sarah's Vineyard. There are also several equestrian centers in the area, including Calero Ranch Stables, Cevalo Riding Academy, Five Star Farms, Great Strides, Hidden Creek, Legacy Oaks, and Bodfish Creek Ranch.

The grounds are spectacular, and the landscaping is very romantic and inviting! Lovely vines and trellises among gorgeous flowering bushes and lots of rose bushes with lovely fragrances! Our room was wonderful, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! We utilized the BBQ area for dinner and made pizzas, and the kitchen had everything we needed for this! The El fresco open air dining and spacious sitting areas were so lovely, I just can't say enough about this property! It is a shared area with a few other rental casitas on site, but there is alot of space and room and the host was very lovely, welcoming, and a genuinely sweet woman! I am defiantly coming back to stay in the future! The pool and spa were great and was perfect to lounge at! Great space if you have a group and you can all stay in individual units/casitas and have a great time enjoying the open, spacious Tuscan styled El Fresco accommodations. Lots of little extra perks too!! Thank you very much!!"

This 5 acre estate property is very private and located in the northwest foothills of Morgan Hill. There are amazing mountain views of El Toro from the expansive decks which are great for breakfast coffee or after dinner wine tasting. - "We had a great time on this “farm stay”. We enjoyed the animals and turkey vultures! The owner was very helpful with a few requests and fixes. " - "First impression was surprise, we did not realize the rental is actually attached to another property (duplex), so we thought we were at the wrong location. The unit is at the rear of the building with full time residents up front. The owners were very communicative and apologized for any confusion. After the surprise wore off, we did enjoy waking to the sounds of chickens, goats and seeing them walk around on the property. We stayed stayed for a week, if you stay this long, make sure to bring cooking supplies if you’re particular. The selection is random, but useful. Note that you do need to get out of the car 2x each time to arrive, to open / close the gates. "
