This is a comfortable, dual-level, family town home situated 1 block from the beach at Rio Del Mar … just far enough to feel peacefully apart from the crowds, but an easy amble to the beach. This popular beach runs south of Santa Cruz and boasts miles of sand and a variety of restaurants. There is also a shopping center with a major grocery store; sundries and hardware store and other shops and restaurants nearby. A 2 minute walk takes you to the Seacliff State Park and Beach with BBQ and picnic areas, fishing pier and walking path.

This furnished vacation home has vaulted ceilings; tile and carpeted floors; large, open floor plan; and its own private deck. The secluded deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean.
