The Space:
Updated & tastefully decorated this 2-bedroom condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Seascape Beach Resort's luxurious amenities. Located on the South Bluff with the pool just outside your room the view is postcard perfect. The ocean beyond provides the perfect backdrop to gorgeous sunsets over the Monterey Bay. The well-groomed lawn, dual ponds and putting green are all in view from both private balconies. The magical beach walking path is just below located between your building and the main lodge building which houses the Sanderling's Restaurant and bar. A prime location in Seascape Beach Resort, Aptos.
Two bedrooms each with a king bed and two full baths are upstairs. Here you will also find a brand-new stackable washer and dryer. Downstairs is a half bath, fully stocked kitchen with a high-top bar complete with bar stools. PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar are available for dine in or pick-up. North Bluff pool and hot tub is accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit.

Use of bike rentals and the full gym are available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.

Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts are not available to private renters.
$250 Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area.

Access to beach is 6 blocks away, on "Beachgate Way". You either walk or drive and park near the stairs going to the beach. There are two bikes for your use upon request. Hot tub is available for an extra fee. It is on the 3rd floor of this home. It also has tables, seating, BBQ, firepit, and lounging areas all to yourselves! This studio has all the amenities for your comfort. Close to everything. The studio has its own private entrance, and private yard. It has its own covered porch, with lots of seating overlooking the ocean. Maximum two adults. No children. No visitors. If you need anything, just ask! More filtered water, ice, I am always available.

This is a 3 story home. The studio is on the 1st floor of the home. This home has been on the Annual Symphony League Home Tour two times, and has been in the local newspaper, as the 'Fanti-Sea House'. Aptos is an idyllic beach community with a small-town feel and diverse population. Park on the street in front of the small gate, or as closed as you can. Leave room for other cars. Push gate open in the middle towards the house. Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

This is a unique one-bedroom condo that has a stylishly decorated and recently remodeled interior that can accommodate up to a family of 4 with a super comfortable KING BED in the bedroom and a QUEEN SOFA BED in the living room. There are also extra blankets for those who like more warmth.

BATHROOM:
In the bathroom, you'll find that there's a bidet for those travelers who like that extra luxury when on vacation. There's also other items such as a professional quality hair dryer, make-up cloths, magnified mirror, super soft towels, and a fresh set of shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Most importantly bright lights for getting ready in the morning.

CONTENTS:
You will find the condo to be very well appointed (more so than most). Your stay will include a supply of high quality tissue, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bar soap. We do not use cheap supplies as we would want to be comfortable if we were on vacation and have supplied it as we would hope would be done for us. AT RESORT:
The pool and spa that is closest to this condo is perfect for relaxing and there are 2 more not far away. The Sanderlings Restaurant and Bar is just steps away from the condo, in the same building and is a great place to visit for lunch, dinner, or drinks with amazing food and spectacular views. There's a path that spans throughout the resort, but most conveniently, it makes for a short walk down to the perfect beach with clean and soft sand.

NEAR RESORT:
Across the street you'll find Seascape Village that has a great coffee shop and deli, pizza place, Mexican food restaurant, small quaint market, liquor store, fitness training center, and a few other unique shops. There's also a nearby golf course that accepts outside guests for a cost.

Enjoy contactless access when you arrive. Simply park in front of the resort or under in the parking garage and use the provided code to enter the condo. There's no need to check-in at the front desk of the resort because your reservation is directly with us and will not be in their system. Parking is free throughout the resort.

All cleaning is in compliance with a 5 step enhanced cleaning process. The condo will be freshly cleaned and stocked for check-in. Extra cleanings during your stay are available upon request for a fee.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ:

THE CONDO IS NOT STOCKED FOR LONG STAYS. Only an initial supply of items such as toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, coffee etc are supplied. This is done to make things easier for you when you arrive. Also, there are towels and linens provided, but they are not cleaned or resupplied during your stay. A laundry facility is located in the parking garage, just below the condo, which can be used for free. If you would like extra cleanings during your stay which would include a refreshed setup just as when you arrived, it can be arranged for a $149 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF CLEANING SCHEDULE AND TIMED LOCK CODING. It is guaranteed to be ready by the normal check-in time.

THERE IS NO TRADITIONAL OVEN. The condo has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. It contains an under counter refrigerator, compact freezer, drawer dishwasher, electric stove top, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and toaster. The microwave does have a convection oven feature.

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Most coastal locations don't have and rarely need air conditioning because of the cool breeze from the ocean.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. As per personal policy and the policy of the resort, guests are not allowed to have pets of the property. If you see them during your stay it is just because regulation allows neighboring residents to pass thru to the beach.

The resort facilities and services may, from time to time, have certain amenities temporarily out of service or under maintenance for various reasons. We will keep you informed as we are if this occurs, but cannot make special accommodation for conditions that are out of our control.

- "The design if this place is weird. The kitchen sink is VERY small. The dishes provided do not fit in the sink. The electric stove top is REALLY slow. There was no bedside lamp to read by. On the positive side there was hot water a plenty. And it’s very quaint setting. Deer were in the yard etc. we asked for more towels and they were provided. "

The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. Beach access is 6 to 8 blocks away on Beachgate Way. Go to the end and go down stairway to State beach. Host has been a Super host for 8 years in a row. Host available 24/7. Hot tub is on the third floor. It also has a barbecue, changing room, ping-pong table, seating area, fire pit, and tables. In the video it shows a bed in the glass room next to the hot tub. There is no longer a bed in that room. Only the King bed on the 1st floor studio. There is no longer an outdoor shower or sink by the hot tub. Noise ordinance, quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Emergency Evacuation, go to front of property to street.

There is a park and playground at the south end of the resort and walking paths run along the cliffs in front of the resort with amazing views!.You can also take advantage of the other great resort amenities like golf, tennis and pickle ball (additional fees apply). There is a great restaurant onsite as well! Parking onsite is free.

The Neighborhood:
The Seascape Resort is located in Aptos, is a very peaceful neighborhood. There is an abundance of beaches and forestry to explore, you will not be disappointed. There are also stores and eateries all within a few minute walk from the resort.

Aptos is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Santa Cruz which also features many tourist attractions, including the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. You can hike in the lush forest of Nisene Marks to experience the vibrant redwood forest and then head over to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalks for fun and games! About 40 minutes south from the resort you will find the Monterey Bay Aquarium and wharf - another great place for the whole family!

Getting Around:
Within the resort you can walk to all the amenities. For traveling around Aptos, car and bike are the best modes of transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Please also note there is not a turnover service. The clean will be completed before and after your stay (not during). Not all resort amenities are offered, some that are excluded include golf cart transportation around the resort and room service. Since Aptos has a cool ocean climate early mornings and late at night note that the home does not have AC, but stays cool with correct air flow.

However room service and golf cart rentals are not available in the unit.

We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

This is a unique one-bedroom condo that has a stylishly decorated and recently remodeled interior that can accommodate up to a family of 4 with a super comfortable KING BED in the bedroom and a QUEEN SOFA BED in the living room. There are also extra blankets for those who like more warmth.

BATHROOM:
In the bathroom, you'll find that there's a bidet for those travelers who like that extra luxury when on vacation. There's also other items such as a professional quality hair dryer, make-up cloths, magnified mirror, super soft towels, and a fresh set of shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Most importantly bright lights for getting ready in the morning.

CONTENTS:
You will find the condo to be very well appointed (more so than most). Your stay will include a supply of high quality tissue, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bar soap. We do not use cheap supplies as we would want to be comfortable if we were on vacation and have supplied it as we would hope would be done for us. Across the street you'll find Seascape Village that has a great coffee shop and deli, pizza place, Mexican food restaurant, small quaint market, liquor store, fitness training center, and a few other unique shops. There's also a nearby golf course that accepts outside guests for a cost.

Guest access
Enjoy contactless access when you arrive. Simply park in front of the resort or under in the parking garage and use the provided code to enter the condo. There's no need to check-in at the front desk of the resort because your reservation is directly with us and will not be in their system. Parking is free throughout the resort. (Please Note: Currently there’s a dispute between the HOA and onsite rental management company and the main and south pools may not be available)

Other things to note
All cleaning is in compliance with Airbnb's 5 step enhanced cleaning process. The condo will be freshly cleaned and stocked for check-in. Extra cleanings during your stay are available upon request for a fee.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ:

THE CONDO IS NOT STOCKED FOR LONG STAYS. Only an initial supply of items such as toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, coffee etc are supplied. This is done to make things easier for you when you arrive. Also, there are towels and linens provided, but they are not cleaned or resupplied during your stay. A laundry facility is located in the parking garage, just below the condo, which can be used for free. If you would like extra cleanings during your stay which would include a refreshed setup just as when you arrived, it can be arranged for a $149 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF CLEANING SCHEDULE AND TIMED LOCK CODING. It is guaranteed to be ready by the normal check-in time.

THERE IS NO TRADITIONAL OVEN. The condo has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. It contains an under counter refrigerator, compact freezer, drawer dishwasher, electric stove top, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and toaster. The microwave does have a convection oven feature.

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Most coastal locations don't have and rarely need air conditioning because of the cool breeze from the ocean.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. As per personal policy and the policy of the resort, guests are not allowed to have pets of the property. If you see them during your stay it is just because regulation allows neighboring residents to pass thru to the beach.

The resort facilities and services may, from time to time, have certain amenities temporarily out of service or under maintenance for various reasons. We will keep you informed as we are if this occurs, but cannot make special accommodation for conditions that are out of our control.

Updated & tastefully decorated this 2-bedroom condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Seascape Beach Resort's luxurious amenities. Located on the South Bluff with the pool just outside your room the view is postcard perfect. The ocean beyond provides the perfect backdrop to gorgeous sunsets over the Monterey Bay. The well-groomed lawn, dual ponds and putting green are all in view from both private balconies. The magical beach walking path is just below located between your building and the main lodge building which houses the Sanderling's Restaurant and bar. Downstairs is a half bath, fully stocked kitchen with a high-top bar complete with bar stools. PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Bonfires on the sand are permitted (it is one of the few California beaches this is still allowed) supplies are available at the Village across the street.

Other things to note
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar are available for dine in or pick-up. North Bluff pool and hot tub is accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit.

Use of bike rentals and the full gym are available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.

Note from a recent guest "It’s so wonderful to fall asleep with the sound of an ocean and wake up to a beautiful ocean view. Room is newly renovated in a modern style. Everything is fresh and clean. Kitchen is stocked with clean glasses, plates, pots, and silverware. Might want to bring your own sugar, honey, tea, coffee, ketchup, etc. if you are staying for more than one night. Resort offers fire pits fires on the beach and you can get a golf cart ride there and back. Watching sunset was so romantic! Sanderlings Restaurant offers a great ocean view at their patio. Gets booked fast. However, your own private balcony offers similar ocean view, so another option is to pick up food and eat on your patio. (Bring battery operated candles) We enjoyed both options. Persephone Restaurant had a fresh catch of the day grilled in parchment paper, delicious! Golf Course is wonderful as well! We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for romantic stay!"

Wonderful property with an ocean view! 5-10 min. walk from the property to a private beach. The private beach allows bonfires, which can be set up with supplies provided by the resort for a fee. But, one can also set up their own bonfire, as long as they follow state guidelines.

ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; If you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Seascape Sports Club is open daily from 7am-7pm. Our state of the art facilities cater to every fitness level. Enjoy tennis, pickleball, basketball, fitness center, group classes, personal training, lap pool or the kids can play at the kids swim park.

The Seascape Golf Course is open daily 30 minutes after sunrise and last bucket sold 30 minutes prior to sunset. Lush fairways meet stunning ocean views. Perfect you swing at the Isaac Weintraub International Golf School or hone your skills at the state of the art Driving Range. Contact the concierge to book a tee time. Guest's of Seascape Resort receive a discount on tee times.

Seascape Resort offers three pools on the main property. They are open from 9AM-10PM

Cart Service is available throughout the resort and down to the beach for registered guests of Seascape Resort only. Cart service is based on demand and availability. Pick-ups from the beach ban experience longer wait timed during peak season due to foot traffic on the path.

Beach fires and s'mores packages are available by reservation through the front desk.

Check-out time:
Our checkout time is 11:30 am. If you need a later check-out, please call us the morning of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Cancellation:
Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a fee of 1 night room & tax.

Pet/Smoking:
Our units are pet-free and smoke-free. The discovery of pets in our units will result in their immediate removal, accompanied by a penalty of up to $300. A penalty of $300 will also apply to units with the discovery of smoking.
