We are looking for long-term rent roommate for this room. Also please ask to see if over 3 months long-term rent for this room is also available or not in case you need it. Sorry we are allergy to pet, so no pet whatever! This is a size 13 X 12 sf comfortable bedroom in a 4-plex downstairs. This room fits for people staying here for at least a 31 nights vacation, temporally few months for a job relocation and especially good for students who is studying in the local colleges and institutions in Marina City since it is just minutes distance to reach. This room can be an opportunity to turn your staying to a long-term (3 months + ) too if you like it , fit in and compatible with us. The place is located in a nice and safe neighborhood, many big plants around, we are in a 4-plex downstairs unit. The place is in a great location, 10 minutes bicycle and 4 minutes driving distance to California State University of Monterey Bay, and Monterey Peninsula Community College in Marina, 2 minutes to shell gasoline station and a fast foods place, 6 minutes driving distance to a big shopping malls, many stores, great restaurants, fast foods and major shops, and easy access to Highway 1. It is close to just a very short drive from house to almost every major attractions in the Peninsula of Monterey.
