We love this house. We've been here for over 30 years and we love it even more as our family continues to grow. It's comfortable and unpretentious and it is our favorite place to be for family gatherings and summer pool parties.

Our 4 bedroom home has lots of light and great outdoor living space. It's a perfect house for relaxing with family in any season. Have a bar-b-que at your own private resort in the secluded backyard and warm up after your swim or hot tub in front of the outdoor brick fireplace. Or, cozy up to one of two indoor fireplaces during the colder months.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable family room with flat screen tv and fireplace. A sliding door opens onto the pool area and extends the living space. There is also a living room with a fireplace and Steinway piano, a dining room with seating for 8 and a table on the back deck that seats 8.

The master bedroom has a full bath (with shower, no bathtub), king size bed, tv and private deck. Two of the bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house by a room with washer/dryer, a pull-out couch and computer. These bedrooms have their own full bath (bathtub and shower) and a door leading to the pool area. Another bedroom has a trundle bed and is across from a full bath (shower, not bathtub).

You will be a 5-minute walk away from the beautiful bayside Tiburon bike path. Follow the path for two miles and you'll reach downtown Tiburon with great restaurants, stores and ferry boats to San Francisco, Sausalito and Angel Island.

Views, Views, and more Views! Our unit has panoramic windows for which you can enjoy world class views of the Golden Gate Bridge, parts of San Francisco, and Angel Island. Listen to the waves crashing on the shore, while watching the many sailboats, power boats, cruise ship, freighters, and much more, as they are passing in front of you.
The amazing 5 minutes walk to downtown Tiburon, where you can catch the ferry to San Francisco, Sausalito, Angel Island, Or just stay in town and shop, dine, wine tasting, see a movie, or just have a cup of coffee and watch the many ferries and sailboats coming in and out of the Yacht clubs. Tiburon is home to 2 exclusive yacht clubs, Corinthian Yacht Club, and The San Francisco Yacht Club. There are sailboat races every Friday, Saturday and most Sundays. What’s to Like About This Location: Everything! The location is hard to beat! Amazing views you can’t see anywhere else, with a 5-minute walk to town with nothing but incredible views the entire way. From this home you can watch the hundreds of sailboats that race along Raccoon Strait almost every weekend, right in front of the house, along with the giant tankers and container ships that motor through the Golden Gate every day. Angel Island has history dating back to the Civil War days, so take a historical tour of the Island, rent bikes or Segways, walk, or just catch a ride on the Island train. Muir Woods, the wine country, many beaches: all are only a very short drive or ferry ride away. There’s just too much to mention!
Restaurants in Town: Tiburon’s Main Street, an easy 5 minute walk, is picturesque and quaint, with excellent restaurants, including Servino’s (Italian) right on the waterfront, which has no-cover live music many evenings, the famous Sam’s Anchor Café, (known worldwide), Waypoint Pizza, The Tiburon Grill and more. For breakfast or lunch, our favorite is Salt and Pepper or Cafe Acri for the best pastries and espresso, but all cafes serve the best food and coffee, so you can’t go wrong.
Other helpful ideas – Woodlands Market (groceries), a wonderful movie theater, drycleaners, an amazing library with two fireplaces and a wealth of information on our little town community called Tiburon and Belvedere.
Friday Nights in Tiburon: Friday nights are something really special in Tiburon. Between April and October, the Main Street is closed to traffic and there’s a big street party on Friday nights. The restaurants serve dinner al fresco, and there are two or more live bands! Also, on Friday nights, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM, check out the Friday Night Races at the Corinthian Yacht Club and San Francisco Yacht Club (April to September). You can watch the races from shore, or if you want to volunteer (no charge, no experience necessary), you can be a crew member on a race! If you’re interested in this, please ask the owner, he’ll fill you in on the details. If you are a sailing enthusiast, we definitely need to talk!

The upper floor contains a spacious kitchen, dining room and living rooms, all with amazing views of the city and Golden Gate Bridge. The primary bedroom (king size bed) features a walk-in closet large enough to accommodate the pack and play. A large deck on the main floor contains a comfortable lounge seating area and outdoor table and chairs. An additional upper deck offers four adirondack chairs perfect for taking in the sights.

The lower floor features two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), a full bathroom, and petite playroom. The spiral staircase and larger queen bedroom are separated by a curtain wall (see photos) and also features a French door to a lower deck. Both queen bedrooms offer more amazing Bay and Golden Gate Bridge views.

For guests with young children, a baby gate can be provided at the top of the staircase for safety.

The kitchen contains dishes, glasses, and service ware along with cooking equipment. Appliances include a refrigerator with filtered water, freezer with an ice maker, oven and gas range, microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffeemaker, toaster, air fryer and blender. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use as well.

The house is outfitted with high-speed wifi and cable television, along with a smart TV with streaming apps in the living room.

This ideal location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, or as a central hub to explore the greater Bay Area, including SF and wine country. The charming downtown offers a number of amazing restaurants, lounges and boutiques. A convenient ferry service to SF allows you to avoid driving and parking in the city, and late night ferries are available. Additional ferry services to Angel Island, Sausalito, and Larkspur are also offered just a short walk or drive from the house.

- "My family and I just got back today after four nights at Loren‘s property, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The home itself was very clean with newer furniture, a very well stocked kitchen and terrific sitting spaces both inside and out. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and dishes that you would need, including sharp knives. The pantry was also stocked with some basic necessities like olive oil, coffee, salt and pepper, and individually sized condiments. The bathrooms had many soft, fluffy towels, almost like what you would expect in a nice hotel. The most impressive thing about the house, however, is the unbelievable view that you have from both decks, the dining room, the kitchen, the living room, and the two downstairs bedrooms. This view extends from Angel Island on the left to the entire north side of the San Francisco skyline, to the Golden Gate Bridge and the Tiburon Marina and village on the right. During our four day stay, we saw the fog roll in and out providing us a constantly changing landscape to enjoy. In addition, the house is a 10 minute walk into downtown Tiburon, where there are several restaurants, shops, and a gourmet grocery store. Loren was super responsive during the booking and lead-up to our first day, but we didn’t have to reach out to her during our stay since there were no issues with the house. This is a vintage, authentic Mid-century sprawling ranch style 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with sweeping views of the Richardson Bay, Mt. Tamalpais, and Tiburon hillside. The single story home is tastefully furnished with high-end finishes and high thread count linens. Currently the home is set up with one of the rooms used as an office. It is located on a hill near Reed School and just a quick drive down the hill to the quaint town of Tiburon. The large, open concept living room/dining room is open to the kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light.

There are two spacious decks, The front deck is perfect for relaxing and looking out at the serene view. An ideal hosting space for entertaining. The rear deck is a large patio slightly above ground level which is fenced in so it's a safe play area for children or a dog (one dog allowed with additional pet fee and pre-approval of breed--please inquire). There is a large amount of storage space throughout the property. There is also a hot tub to enjoy and a treadmill for exercising in nature on the side of the front deck.

Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction burner, nespresso machine, toaster oven, sink, cookware and dishes. Wall mounted tv with cable and Netflix. Large closet with dresser. It has a large private deck with large dining table, hammock for relaxing while watching the bay, and cafe lights for added evening charm and ambiance. Our cottage is small but very comfortable, bright with lots of windows and sliding glass doors. 10 months out of the year we have indoor/outdoor living where the large deck off the backside of the cottage becomes part of your living space. The wifi is fast and works great.

The Tiburon flat is the ideal location on the dock in Tiburon. It is situated facing San Francisco, Angel Island and the Angel Island Ferry. The view is beautiful and includes the coming and going of ferry travelers, ferries moving to and from the island and the SF skyline.

The flat has an open floor plan, beautiful wood floors and tons of light. It's sophisticated yet casual with everything you need right here just steps away.

On the Wharf overlooking Angel Island and the San Francisco Skyline, perfect for 1 person or a couple but we have additional sleeping for one more, so comfortably sleeps 1-3.
Right in the middle of Main St./Tiburon, two doors down from the famous Sam's Restaurant and Bar. The San Francisco commuter Ferry picks up right in front.

The Tiburon flat is unique because of its location and view. Newly refinished hardwood floors through-out. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Amazing views!

There are restaurants all around, Californian, Italian, the famous Rustic Bakery, Mexican and a great coffee house three doors away.

You will love the beauty of the area. It's magical, stunning. There are easement stairs that run up and down Belvedere Island which hosts magnificent views of Sausalito and The Golden Gate Bridge. Angel Island Ferry picks up right in front of the flat and that offers a great day of exploring on the island.

Getting around is easy with the SF Ferry, Buses and the Bike Path.
Parking $5 a day, 5 minute walk away. Free night parking on street. (4pm to 11am)

This flat has been recently refurbished with guests in mind. It’s clean, open and airy. The one bedroom has a California King Tempurpedic Mattress with black out window coverings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to pull off a great meal with Woodlands Market a block away. This flat is perfect for a single person, couple or small family. We would love for you to use this space as we do, cooking, hiking, ferrying over to SF and enjoying all the great things to do in the area. 2 Flat Screen TV’s, Gas BBQ CANNOT be used. What’s to Like About This Location: Everything! The location is hard to beat! Amazing views you can’t see anywhere else, with a 5-minute walk to town with nothing but incredible views the entire way. You can step out onto the deck with a glass of wine, and just enjoying the surroundings. From this home you can watch the hundreds of sailboats that race along Raccoon Strait almost every weekend, right in front of the house, and witmessthe giant tankers and container ships that motor through the Golden Gate every day. Angel Island has history dating back to the Civil War days, so take a historical tour of the Island, rent bikes or Segways, walk, or just catch a ride on the Island train. Muir Woods, the wine country, many beaches and other attractions are all only a very short drive or ferry ride away. There’s just too much to mention!

Restaurants in Town: Tiburon’s Main Street, an easy 5 minute walk, is picturesque and quaint, with excellent restaurants, including Servino’s (Italian) right on the waterfront, which has no-cover live music many evenings, Guaymas (excellent Mexican seafood), the famous Sam’s Anchor Café, (known worldwide), Waypoint Pizza, The Tiburon Grill (with happy hour pricing every afternoon/evening) and more. For breakfast or lunch, our favorite is a funky little local hangout called the New Morning Cafe, but all cafes serve the best food and coffee, so you can’t go wrong.

Other helpful ideas – Woodlands Market (groceries), a wonderful movie theater, drycleaners, an amazing library with two fireplaces and a wealth of information on our little town community called Tiburon and Belvedere.

Friday Nights in Tiburon: Friday nights are something really special in Tiburon. Between April and October, the Main Street is closed to traffic and there’s a big street party. The restaurants serve dinner al fresco, and there are two or more live bands! Also, on Friday nights, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM, check out the Friday Night Races at the Corinthian Yacht Club and San Francisco Yacht Club (April to September). You can watch the races from shore, or if you want to volunteer (no charge, no experience necessary), you can be a crew member on a race! If you’re interested in this, please ask the owner, he’ll fill you in on the details. If you are a sailing enthusiast, we definitely need to talk!

We love to meet and relax with guests or leave them to enjoy their families. It's their choice. We will help them get orientated and find the best things to do in the area.

The neighborhood is on old Tiburon and across from Angel Island. It's called Lyford Hygeia, the Goddess of Health for its natural springs coming down the mountain. People come over from San Francisco to get out of the fog and into the sunshine. The neighborhood is very friendly and residential and right on the water.

There are ferries to San Francisco, Angel Island and other points as well as buses that go to local cities and across the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco.

Marin County is very compact and so attractions such as Muir Beach and Stinson Beach and Muir Woods are very close and Napa and Sonomo valleys for wine tasting are only 45 minutes away. There are buses that will pick you up and take you there.

Both Bedrooms, the bath and the kitchen face the views of the Bay. It is spacious, 1650 square feet, has raised ceilings and lots of glass for great views and for letting in a lot of light. The pool and garden are just across the way.

Guest access
We have a fabulous pool heated from May 1st to October 31st, barbecue grills, outdoor fire pits and bicycles and helmets for your use. Hikes and bike rides begin at our property.

Other things to note
This is an amazing place, very spiritual, peaceful and beautiful. Photos can't do it justice and our guests love their visits. The only problem they say is that they eventually have to leave when their vacation or business is over.

This 3-cabin yacht exudes timeless elegance. With abundant natural light, postcard views, and the subtle swaying of bay waters, it is a retreat space that calms the senses and soothes the soul. The teak interior includes a quaint kitchenette, dining/work area, queen size bed, two single bunks/daybeds, and two bathrooms. At the rear of the boat is a cozy open-air space with a cocktail table. Ample deck space up top for lounging.

The boat is docked a few feet away from Fjord, a floating sauna, which is one of Sausalito‘s newest and most exciting attractions. End the evening or start the morning in one of their gorgeous sauna rooms, followed by a cold plunge into the bay, for those who dare.

You may also charter the boat for daytime cruises without an overnight stay. Union Island offers adventures year round, with daytime, sunset and nighttime departures. Evenings are an overlooked time to be on the water, which is lit up by the stars, moon and lights of the Golden Gate Bridge and downtown San Francisco.

Weather on the Bay is often beautiful in the middle of winter, when it is sometimes even warmer than on our (often) foggy summer days. But we do have heaters on the boat to keep you toasty on cool nights, and one of the cabins is completely enclosed with glass on all sides to keep the wind off during cruises. While offshore, we have onboard power for electric blankets.

If you’d like to take a road trip before or after your stay, we also have a luxurious 24-foot Mercedes sprinter van conversion for rent.

Each booking supports the Union Island Project, which provides marine excursions to low income residents.

Due to factors such as weather conditions or occasional minor mechanical issues, there may be instances when we are unable to depart at the exact scheduled time. * Before booking, please consider that a boat works differently than a house. It is in some ways like a glamping experience on the water. There are special instructions for using the toilets and the shower, for example. Also, there are two antique gas engines beneath the living space, which means there is an engine smell in the living space after the boat has been run. This clears up quickly if the doors and windows are left open to ventilate after your cruise, but the smell has been an issue for some guests who close the boat up after the engines have been run. However, the smell is not an issue if the procedures for airing out the boat are followed.

We have a pool heated for six months in the summer for our guests saying 31 nights or more.

The guest apartment has white oak flooring with water views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The living room opens to your large private deck. There is a small desk and office chair in the living room, as well as a 2-person dining table. The bedroom has a queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress and cotton linens. The bathroom, which is accessed through the bedroom, has been recently remodeled with a large walk-in shower. The full kitchen includes a wall oven and 4-burner electric cooktop. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the guest unit. Parking is right outside on a quiet one-way street, free of charge.

Welcome to Canary View Bungalow. We created this home to be the perfect location to enjoy as a work from home locale or a rejuvenating retreat with access to the Marin open space and views of the bay. This recently renovated home offers all of the amenities you’ll need.

This quaint 2-bedroom home features recently refurbished original redwood hard wood floors and wall to wall windows to take in the bay. You will find a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to create and enjoy a delicious meal. Kitchen amenities include: oven, 5-burner gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, center island for food prep, and large sink basin. Coffee, spices and other cooking essentials are included. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided by the host.

The living room is comfortably furnished with an L shaped couch, swivel chairs to take in the view, as you watch the sail boats leave Tiburon Yacht Club and a gas fire place to complete the cozy feel of this home. The bedrooms each host king beds with views of the private backyard. The bathroom maintains a newly remodeled tile shower. Fresh linens, towels and bathroom essentials are included. There is one smart tv available for use and wifi coverage throughout the home.

The front deck, which spans the length of the home, provides a seating area complete with couch, chairs and table, as well as a gas BBQ. The private, fenced in backyard area has a trail to wander amongst the fig tree and garden.

Please Note: The property has an adjacent wall on the southwest side with a long-term rental home. The tenant’s have been there for many years, and are very kind, but appreciate their privacy. Please say hello, but if you require any assistance, please contact the hosts. There is a staircase on this side of the deck for your use if you choose to head out for a walk this way. The long-team tenant does not have access to any of the space that our guests use but our guests are allowed to use these stairs to access the street and also the mailbox which is located across the street from the bottom of the stairs marked 2145.

The home has a shared carport and driveway with multiple cars requiring access. Please make sure to secure your cars within the carport that is marked 2145. The carport is a tight space and the driveway is a steep incline. Only two cars are allowed for the 2145 property. If you have a third car, they must park on Solano Street which is to the East. Please use caution at all times when navigating the driveway and carport.

At the back west corner of the backyard, there is a staircase and gate which leads to our neighbor’s home. Our neighbors are lovely, but this gate is to remain closed at all times and is not accessible to our guests.

Guests have full access to the entire house including: all rooms, private front deck, gas BBQ, private backyard, laundry room, carport, driveway and street access staircase.

Canary View Home is located on a street with regular vehicle traffic. The town of Tiburon, with its recently renovated shops and restaurants, is within walking distance from both directions of the home using Centro East. Please use caution when walking to town or up the hill as there are limited sidewalks. You also have walking access to the Tiburon Ridge Preserve to the west, with 360 degree views of the bay.

* Upon Completion of booking, guests will be required to sign a rental contract/agreement and will need to return within 5 business days from original booking date.

The reason I believe you will truly enjoy my place is location, location, location. My house sits on a hill just above the town of Tiburon. Incredible views of downtown Tiburon, San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. A six minute walk down the hill puts you on Main Street in downtown Tiburon or at the ferry dock for a 20 minute ride to San Francisco. You can drive to SF in 20 minutes or be in the Napa Valley in under an hour.

Nestled at the top of the end of a Street on the hill resides this peaceful paradise. Every deck has a fabulous view! The whole house is bright and cheery letting lots of natural light flow throughout. Enjoy a soak in the jetted tub or outdoor under the stars in the hot tub with view!

The space
The master bedroom is located at the top of 2 flights of stairs, there is no bathroom located in the master, at this level. The master has it's own private balcony with views extending into the Bay area.

The other 2 bedrooms are located off the main hallway, were there is also a master bath and 1.2 bath, one of the bedrooms has a full bath attached. There is also a washer and dryer on this level (approximiately 4 stairs up from living room/kitchen level)


*** Please note: during warmer months, you may see small black house ants, as we routinely have a Pest service to mitigate the issue, they are a state wide nuisance when the weather heats up. I have included additional suggestions to help mitigate with this in the Welcome Guide.

Additionally, the house is surrounded by wildlife and acres of open land, you may see spiders, even with Pest control services in place or even spot a deer in the backyard.

Although this is our primary home, we have been traveling for extended periods during the summer time for many years. We will clear out closet space and drawer space for your convenience.

We have 4 kids so we have plenty of beds, toys, kids books, trampoline, backyard gas fire pit for s'mores, etc.

**NEW we have a brand new HVAC with heating and cooling (we are one of the rare homes in this area that has air conditioning because most of the time, you do not need it), new EV charger (which works for both Teslas and non-Teslas), a brand new solar system and home backup battery in case of power outages.

Although we are newer to hosting for Airbnb, we have completed over a dozen home exchanges on Home Exchange.

We are great hosts and will make our home your home while you stay with us.

As this is our primary residence and we have kids, our home is very family friendly. We have a lot of kid toys and books. Out front, we have two fun tree swings. In the backyard, we have a trampoline, gas fire pit and a gas BBQ and a patio set and umbrella.

Tiburon, a quaint village accessible by car and ferry from, SF, across from Sausalito in Marin County, is a jewel. Our Tiburon Penthouse sparkles at the very end of the peninsula, just an 8 minute drive from Highway 101. It is the top floor of a house converted to two condos. 1560 sq feet, and 90% of it is available (just office closed and one closet) to you! Our home is yours to fully enjoy, beauty and quiet and every changing bay view, hikes and bike rides and great food in town. Dream here!

The space
We are a seven minute walk, three minute drive from all shops, restaurants and pharmacy and Woodlands Market.
There are two distinct bedrooms w two bathrooms, lots of space to spread out, family room and living room dining. We’ve added photos but if not clear, there are two queens, sofas, and sleeping cushions that can be moved about. And breathtaking vistas as and beauty beyond belief plus walks, hiking, bike rides, town fun and safe and good, take out. Plus fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and back yard w lawn and bbq area by garden. Plus a hammock and mini ping pong. And we provide coffee, teas and spices, olive oil/vinaigrette makings etc.

Parking: You and your guests, or family, will have 2 parking spaces right in front of stairs going up. 30 steps ( view worth it) and a landing half way up. Plus railing to steady you up and down.

If u are disabled or have bikes, we also have an accessible entrance that has wooden ramps to ease back entrance and step less entry, thru our locked back yard. Text or call and we can send photos or describe.

Other things to note
Prepare to relax and be in awe of nature and quiet, and gorgeous bay, and majestic Angel Island, so close to the city! We rented last year on AIr B n B w another vendor. See review in photos. (Most reviews didn’t transfer, alas, but summary ratings are in last photo there) We love being hosts and preparing for you! Ratings 4.7-5. ( now over 4.8 in 2022! Thank you! ) Can share references if helpful or dialogue. We are very COVID careful and follow protocols, using organic disinfectants n organic cleaning supplies. And we have an air filter that will be on when you arrive ( for at least 4 hrs b4 you come. ) Keep it on or off as you choose.

iMPORTANT: please note so no surprise after booking: On top of what Air b n b charges here, there is a 10% occupancy tax ( on room
rate only, not on taxes or cleaning fee) that we must collect from you directly, for payment to the local tax authority. It is charged only on your room rate so about $44-$53 on average per night. As Tiburon ( and 40 other small districts in Marin County. ) is “unincorporated”. Air b n b does not collect, owners must. We can send u an Air b n b article confirming the 10% Tiburon per night charge. You can pay by various methods. But we are obligated to collect it from you, we regret, and send it in. We have an article on unincorporated towns and fees we can provide. Links not permitted here. Don't worry, it is like a fee at check out for any hotel. Air b n b just doesn’t collect for our town. Hosts collect directly from guests then we care responsible for sending it to the local county tax authorities.

As of Oct 2 2022, the town of Tiburon will only be permitting 30 day rentals.

We seek to rent October, November or December 2022, for 30 days for at least $350 per night or $10,500 per month on one of those months or two of critical to u. The bridge has a covered deck and there is another small deck off the bedroom. The addition is attached to the main house but separated for privacy by a locked pocket door and hallway. Perfect for the executive that needs a 25-minute ferry to San Francisco to the family seeking a picturesque home for the holidays. Enjoy three balconies and a large outdoor deck with a gas BBQ grill, large dining table, outdoor seating, and heat lamps for evenings. This gated property includes a carport for up to three vehicles.

The space
This quiet home perched above Tiburon has one-of-a-kind, unobstructed views of the Bay, San Francisco, Angel Island, and the Golden Gate Bridge from each of its three levels, including from three bedrooms with accompanying balconies. The large deck stretched across the entire middle floor is the perfect spot to enjoy a cool Friday evening watching the weekly Friday night sailboat races on the Bay.

Down the large staircase from the entrance foyer and two upstairs queen bedrooms is a comfortable living room with 20-foot vaulted ceilings and large bay-view windows. The adjacent open kitchen comes equipped with a Viking stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator, as well as an entertainment area with TV and casual dining table.

The second set of stairs leads to the downstairs queen bedroom, with its own balcony, private bath, working desk, and flat-screen TV. The master bedroom down the hall contains a king bed and large built-in closets. The master bathroom's large soaking tub/jacuzzi has breathtaking views of the Bay.

The outside areas of the property include a small lawn with a bench and overhang to relax on a sunny afternoon. Downtown Tiburon is a short-walk through a gated pathway leading from the house. Access Tiburon's many charming restaurants and stores (even a movie theater!) and the 25-minute ferry to Downtown San Francisco. Town-favorite restaurants include Don Antonio’s, Sam’s, Servino's, Tiburon Tavern, and Waypoint Pizza.

We rent the home out in its entirety, so guests have access to the home and property throughout their stay.

Guests may also access the Tiburon Peninsula Club throughout their visit, for a small additional fee. The club has a pool, tennis courts, restaurant, and gym, and is within walking distance of the home!

Other things to note
If staying for an extended period, maid service occurs every two weeks. Additional maid service is available upon request for a fee. If renting for longer than one month, an additional fee is added for biweekly maid service.

This is a NON-SMOKING property. Also, NO PETS and NO EVENTS are permitted.

Our home has NO A/C, as is common to homes in the area because of the temperate weather, despite the thermostat. Opening the doors and drawing the shades will quickly cool down the home. Please DO NOT attempt to turn on the A/C, as you will not be able to, and please convey this to your guests so they do not do the same.

Please no last minute bookings, unless inquiring first. Due to current circumstances, we generally require prior notice of at least one week from time of booking until arrival. Thanks!
