We especially liked Twofish Baking and the Seafood Shack.It was just the two of us for a couples weekend, but we would love to come back with another couple or small group of friends. There’s a nice deck with comfortable adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of ocean. We took full advantage of that! Very clean home, fully stocked kitchen, smart tv and spa towels provided. Visitors will spend their days strolling amongst the bluffs with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Great hiking trails, the rec center, and the beach are all nearby making for relaxing day trips.

You will enter into an open floor plan showcasing oversized windows allowing for an abundance of natural light and a gorgeous ocean view. A fully-equipped kitchen will be on the left as you enter the common living space. Pristine white counters and updated stainless steel appliances are assembled for you to whip up a gourmet meal. This sunny spot is suitable for eating a home cooked meal and spending quality time with your loved ones.

The back deck also offers a space to dine alfresco. Heat up the BBQ and grill something delicious. A patio table and chairs encourage you to dine and drink a glass of wine while you watch the distant waves roll in. Entire home has hardwood floors, natural lighting, skylights, and lights that can be dimmed for whatever your mood. This living space is above the garage, separate from the main house. For handicapped individuals there is an elevator with access through the garage. Entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom.

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours during your stay. An elevator is available if you have lots of luggage and/or food to bring in, or if the stairs are difficult for you to negotiate.

Other things to note
We do live in a forest so try as we might, and treat regularly for pests, the occasional creepy crawly bug does get in.

This is a remote area and your cell phone will not always have a signal on the way here, or in our area. We do have wifi internet and a signal booster so once you arrive you can adjust the settings on your phone to wifi calling.

There is no Uber, Lyft, or food delivery to my knowledge. Local restaurants do offer take-out, there is a pizza place, and one spot that is sort of fast food.

The space
Visitors will find themselves ideally located close to Shell Beach. 2 outdoor parking spaces will be available to ensure a spot for your vehicle.

Enter into two living room areas. This space is brightened by large windows creating natural lighting and a scenic view. The main living room is furnished with a sectional couch placed around a fireplace. This sets a cozy ambiance while you curl up with a good book. The second, adjacent living space has shelving with games and books. Direct TV service and high-speed fiberoptic WiFi are also provided for family entertainment. A futon resides against the wall and can additionally be pulled out as additional bedding. A washer and dryer are handily near the kitchen for longer stays or swimsuits.

There are updated appliances and a generous amount of counter space for a chef in the kitchen. Guests are encouraged to keep a conversation going with the chef in the kitchen by taking one of the two seats at the built-in breakfast bar.
