Charles, the manager, does a great job of managing the work, and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. "The DOME" is a unique home with two master suites and a kid's room with a bunk bed. Two additional adult size cots stored in entrance closet for groups looking to spread out. Ample parking for trailers along with over two hundred feet of floating dock at the lake end of a private channel, this home is begging to host families for a vacation of fishing, kayaking, and watersports. One side of the property borders a Lake County Land Trust reserve with many species of herons, egrets, osprey, ducks, turtles, otters, deer and raccoons are routinely observed.

You can sit and watch all the birds from the couch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Park your boat at the private dock right off the house deck. House is on the lake channel with a built-in BBQ island/bar! Plenty of parking for your truck/boat in the driveway and boat ramp is half a mile from house. Great for family vacations, fishing, romantic getaways or just to relax and recharge. Screened in patio area for times mosquito's or gnats are out! House has just about everything you will need to have a stress-free relaxing stay. This Lakeport neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

Enjoy direct access to fishing, swimming, and wildlife right outside the back sliding doors. Enjoy wine tasting at nearby wineries, golfing, bike ride, fishing off the deck or in the many tournaments, among other things to do in beautiful Lake County.

Outdoor security cameras in front , on sides, and behind house. House accommodates up to MAX of 7 guests. No pets at or in house for the health of our children whom suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. Full deposit will be kept if pets are present during your stay to cover extensive cleaning. There are other nice houses in the area that do allow pets.

For boaters: Boat launch is only 1/2 mile away and free to use. Tie your boat up on the dock at the house for easy access during your stay. Clear Lake is still No. 1 when it comes to bass fishing and holds many tournaments throughout the year. A quick boat ride to Konocti Casino and Marina for the tournaments that are hosted there. House located on channel right off the lake so when the lake is rough your boat will not get the effected by the rough waters.

Back Deck has a screened in patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. Great for the months where mosquitos are out. A large custom BBQ island with a gas BBQ, side burner, sink (rinsing only, no food down drain), mini fridge and bar stools for the BBQ island. A table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy eating, playing games or just relaxing at. Along with a nice cozy area with an extra-large umbrella to kick back on comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, chill and read a book, enjoy looking at the nature around you and a fire pit table to light in the evenings. Plenty of room in the house for everyone when you are done enjoying the outside.

If you have children, there are 2 parks in walking distance. Please keep in mind we do not have control over the weather or lake conditions throughout the different seasons. Lake condition, water level, clarity, and vegetation vary widely throughout the year.

If your vehicle (or anyone in your group) has an oil leak (or other fluids) please Do Not park in the driveway. Park in the rock area. Any damage done to pavers in driveway will be the responsibility of the person on the reservation to pay for replacement. Pavers that need to be replaced can be costly.

The lake house is a 2.5-hour drive from San Francisco and a little over 2 hours from Sacramento.

Also, some of the burners on the stove were not functioning making cooking inside a bit tricky. The outdoor space is incredible with a gas fire place that we utililized at nighttime. Hot tub is great! Unfortunately, pool isn’t heated but wouldn’t be a problem during summer heat. The outlook area is a great place to spend some quiet time. Upstairs bedrooms are great! All beds are comfy and clean. There are extra beds in 2 of the bedrooms that are not shown in the pics. Really unique features upstairs with some pirates hanging around. Overall, this is an incredible space with well thought out aesthetics and flow. Communication with owners are easy. The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking ~ it is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, basic spices and olive oil. There is a BBQ grill on the upper deck. The dining table can seat up to 6 people with two at the kitchen bar and an additional six on the outdoor deck table.

INDOOR LIVING: Modern furnishings, natural light, interior lake views. Lower living space with flat screen Smart TV allows for some separate enjoyment time as well. Downstairs wet bar. Linens and towels provided.

Boat rental services are within walking distance from the house (during season) and a free community boat ramp access is nearby. You need to take care of vessel inspection before launching.

The lake is constantly changing; after several years of drought the lake is again full. However, the depth and condition of lake fluctuates with the seasons. We work to provide access to our floating dock and pier for your enjoyment but cannot guarantee lake level and condition.

GENERAL: 240v outlet in garage, free Wi-Fi, linens/towels, central heat & air conditioning, beach towels, hair dryers, first aid kit, trash bags, paper towels, pets welcome (with a fee). Separate laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing equipment. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and don't forget the outdoors!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules).

IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO GATE AROUND THE HOT TUB BUT IT IS COVERED. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN The pier and dock do not have railing. It is recommended that children wear flotation devices when playing on or around the pier or lake wall. * Due to the current drought and low lake levels the pier is high above ground and extreme caution should be used when entering the pier/dock area. You are responsible for the safety of guests, children, and yourself around all water (and current non water) areas.*

There are security Ring cameras at our house. There is one motion detector/security camera above the garage. The second is off the back deck for security and to monitor the lake water level for our docks.

This property is lakefront thus all types of wildlife visitors are to be expected. Though gated and secure, flood lights can be triggered by our furry visitors. Please keep all screen doors closed to decrease your annoyance of our flying friends. The house and deck are regularly visited by pest control and webbed but visits from multi-legged insects cannot be avoided.

We ask that you respect the house and just as important you must be respectful of the neighbor's privacy. That means, please take the party inside late at night. If this is not a guideline that is a good match, then we are not a good fit.

It offered ample gathering spaces, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Despite the heat wave, the house remained cool and comfortable. Moreover, the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. There were numerous activities available to keep the whole family entertained, such as a pool table, games, and paddleboarding, among others. Each morning, we delighted in watching the sunrise from the deck, which overlooked the serene dock and the beautiful lake. One of the highlights was Disney Boats, which was conveniently within walking distance. We were able to have a boat with us throughout our stay. The location of the house on the quieter side of the lake was perfect for wakeboarding and towing the kids on a floatie with minimal water disturbance. We were also pleased to find various restaurants, Safeway, CVS, and even the Lakeport Speedway within walking distance. In fact, we walked to the Speedway on a Saturday. We couldn't get enough of the nearby attractions such as the charming bookstore, Renes, where we indulged in delightful malts and milkshakes, and Pogo's, where we relished scrumptious pizzas. All in all, we would definitely choose to stay at The Lake again without hesitation. It's a place we wholeheartedly recommend to everyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot."

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! We have designed the house with the angler in mind. We are centrally located, right on the water in Lakeport with breathtaking views of Mt. Konocti. (The first night we had to deal with some in the studio with us even after trying to swat/kill them; the second night we purchased some Raid bug spray to combat them prior to entering, which helped) Overall rating: 2/5 stars"

The room and common areas are kept clean and sanitized!Tons of parking in the front of the yard or on the gravel side yard. Honey bees gracefully adorn the springtime flowers as they make local honey in their nearby hives. Fresh wild honey will be available seasonally!

Shady Oaks Country Estate is incredibly quiet. The room is simple and comfortable. The property is beautiful on approximately 1 acre with oak and other trees prolifically stretching out to create shade. A large closet is available for storage and clean towels are provided. We ask you not to host other people or parties in this space, unless previously authorized by us. Neighbors are watchful, and keep an eye on the property while we are away.

The Heron's Nest is the larger bedroom on the ground floor. Furnished with a comfy chair, reading light, desk and a large closet. It has a new queen Caspar mattress on an adjustable bed frame.

The Blue Bird room is the smaller room on the ground floor. It has a full size bed, nice size closet and a comfy sitting chair and desk.

Beautiful water front property. The view opens up to the lake and offers a prime spot for watching the otters taking a dive in the morning, the blue heron hunting for his lunch, and seeing the sun go down behind the hills across the lake.
The house is built with family activities in mind. The open floor-plan with kitchen island is inviting guests to engage -- and offers pockets of retreat for those wanting to lounge.

The space
Outside, you can sit and enjoy a slight breeze from the lake in the shade.
The enclosed patio has separate air condition, it houses a third small bedroom and family room with table tennis and additional sofa. The master bedroom has one king bed, the front bedroom is equipped with one twin daybed that can be expanded to a double twin bed. For additional guests, we offer the queen sized sofa bed in the living room and/or an inflatable twin air-mattress. All mattresses are memory foam mattresses from IKEA (Matrand). They provide firmness while being comfortable. When you book, we will ask you to specify the beds you want to have prepared for your stay. We also encourage you to reach out during your stay should you find something missing.

There are two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Big pantry adjacent to kitchen. Separate laundry room with Bosch washer/dryer, ironing equipment, and line drying. Nice outside space for lush summer nights.

Welcome to our lovely lake house! Sit outside and enjoy watching the herons and egrets that populate the lake. You might even see the otters that like to play in the water. The Lands' End community in which the house is located is set amidst sloughs and farmland, perfect for beautiful walks and bike rides, but also a short drive to all the amenities of the town of Lakeport. Kayaks are available for guests to use to paddle out to the main lake and explore the area by water.

Guests will have the open living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the backyard for their exclusive use. The dock and waterfront are usable for fishing and docking your boats or launching our kayaks. The garage and third bedroom space are not available as they are used for the owner’s storage.

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! Located on the west side of Lakeport on the water. This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

The space
The house is updated with new laminate flooring, paint and new plumbing and lighting fixtures. There is a fully stocked kitchen and propane Bbq on the back porch. Towels and extra bedding are provided and there is a washer and dryer. There is one covered parking area in the front yard and gravel for additional parking. There is also a 30amp RV receptacle and room to park an RV in the front yard. The backyard has a large covered concrete porch and steps down to the back yard and ramp to a new private dock. Children must have life vest on!!!!

Our back and front yards enjoy frequent visits from an abundance of local wild life including various species of ducks, herons, grebes, geese, pelicans, a pair of white swans, red-tailed hawks, osprey and turtles, river otters and more.

This property is a basic lake county home.

a copy of a government ID for all adults is required after booking to verify the age requirement. You may block all info except for picture, f/l name, DOB, city/state.
3. This property is not to be
used by anyone except paying guests that are on the reservation. Hosting or gatherings, no matter what type or for how long, are not allowed.
4. Non smokers. Smoking, vaping or pot is not allowed anywhere inside or outside on this property.
5. There are external security cameras on this property facing the front, back and side yards.
6. Please, no tackle boxes on the wood floors or counters. do not use the garbage disposal for fish guts.
7. the carport will hold 2 -4 cars/trucks/boats and there is street parking for a boat or additional vehicle
8. The channel is affected by water levels which are out of our control. Please research first to make sure your boat can navigate the channel.
9. You are in the country and there are plenty of spiders, mosquitoes, ants, flies, etc. We have professional exterminators but you will still have bugs. Please take note.
10. If you find anything broken or dirty, please notify me immediately so I can rectify the issues. No refunds will be given.

Plenty of parking for your truck/boat in the driveway and boat ramp is half a mile from house. Great for family vacations, fishing, romantic getaways or just to relax and recharge. Screened in patio area for times mosquito's or gnats are out! House has just about everything you will need to have a stress-free relaxing stay. This Lakeport neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

Back deck has a screened in patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. Great for the months where mosquitos are out. Along with a nice cozy area with an extra-large umbrella to kick back on comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, chill and read a book, enjoy looking at the nature around you and a gas fire pit table (propane provided) to light in the evenings. Plenty of room in the house for everyone when you are done enjoying the outside. Neighborhood is a great area to go on a walk or a jog. Enjoy nearby wine tasting, golfing, fishing off the deck or in the many fishing tournaments, among other things to do in beautiful Lake County.

For boaters: Boat launch is only 1/2 mile away and free to use. Tie your boat up on the private dock at the house for easy access during your stay. Room for 2 boats to be tied up to the dock. Power outlet accessible by dock and driveway to charge trolling motors, just bring your own extension cord. Driveway big enough to park two trucks and boat trailers. Street parking in front of house as well. Clear Lake is still No. 1 when it comes to bass fishing and holds many tournaments throughout the year. We are close to Konocti Casino for the tournaments that are hosted there. House located on channel right off the lake so when the lake is rough your boat will not get the effected by the rough waters.

Kitchen has everything you need for cooking & eating. Stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven for cooking. Air Fryer, toaster, pod coffee maker and larger pot style coffee maker for more people.

For safety reasons, there are outdoor security cameras in front , on sides, and behind house. They are on outside parameter of house and not inside the house areas. House accommodates up to MAX of 7 guests. We do not allow pets in the home or on the property! Our children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. We have our house listed as no pets for the health of our children. Full deposit will be kept if pets are present during your stay to cover extensive cleaning.

Smart TVs in all rooms with cable channels, central air conditioning and heat through out house, free WIFI, use of washer/dryer (laundry pods provided), linens, towels, iron board, iron, steamer to name a few amenities.

If you have children, there are 2 parks in walking distance. There is a beach front water area by the park as well. At the house there is a large deck area with room for them to play, cartoon channels for them to watch, and some board games to enjoy some family or friend time. High chair for kids and a baby bath tub for infants. Deck has railings to keep children away from the water. However, always keep an eye on them.

Life Jackets, and fishing poles are available for use during your stay. It can be common at times for the channel and lake to get some green algae especially during the later summer months.

Please keep in mind we do not have control over the weather or lake conditions throughout the different seasons. Lake condition, water level, clarity, algae, and vegetation vary widely throughout the year.

Guests have access to ALL home amenities. BBQ island & bar, fully screened in porch with furniture to relax in while taking in the beauty outside. Private dock to tie up to or fish off.

Table fire pit by sofa set on deck is available for use during stay. Please always watch children around fire pit and water. For safety reasons, fireplace inside the house and fire pit on the BBQ island not available for use.

The space
The newly renovated Lake View space boasts two bedrooms with queen size mattresses, gorgeously tiled full bathroom, and a spacious and airy living room that flows into the dining area and open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could desire for a seamless stay, from an espresso machine to all of the cooking tools needed to create a magical meal. You can even enjoy your pre-dinner cocktail with an ice sphere from the built in craft ice maker.

Curl up in one of the cozy leather chairs next to a large window overlooking one of the city's beautiful murals and read or work remotely.

The balcony off the kitchen/living/dining area is large enough to practice sunrise yoga or host a few friends to catch the concerts in the park at sunset.

The stairs and foyer are shared with our other apartment, Park View One. Here you will find a shared washing machine and dryer for your use.

You have one free designated parking space and there is ample parking in a large lot to the side and behind the building.

Other things to note
Lakeport is a charming and bustling little town on the shore of Clear Lake. There are many shops and restaurants as well as frequent events put on by the community both on Main Street and in Library Park.

There is a public boat launch directly across from the apartment and you will see many boats going in and out, as Clear Lake is renowned for its bass fishing.

Additionally, Lake County has come up in the wine world, with many outstanding wineries open for tastings and tours. We are always happy to share local information on the happenings taking place during your stay with us.
