It was so relaxing and I will definitely be back. The owner keeps it sparkling clean and clearly has much pride in this home. I highly recommend this home for groups looking for peace, privacy, and relaxation. We rented a boat which we docked right at the house and took it to the winery across the lake one day...now that is luxury! The next day, the guys drove the boat to a golf course...they haven't stopped talking about the experience since. Between the lake house and the access to all clear lake has to offer we felt like royalty."

Outdoor security cameras in front , on sides, and behind house. House accommodates up to MAX of 7 guests. No pets at or in house for the health of our children whom suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. Full deposit will be kept if pets are present during your stay to cover extensive cleaning. There are other nice houses in the area that do allow pets.

For boaters: Boat launch is only 1/2 mile away and free to use. Tie your boat up on the dock at the house for easy access during your stay. Clear Lake is still No. 1 when it comes to bass fishing and holds many tournaments throughout the year. A quick boat ride to Konocti Casino and Marina for the tournaments that are hosted there. House located on channel right off the lake so when the lake is rough your boat will not get the effected by the rough waters.

Back Deck has a screened in patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. Great for the months where mosquitos are out. A large custom BBQ island with a gas BBQ, side burner, sink (rinsing only, no food down drain), mini fridge and bar stools for the BBQ island. A table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy eating, playing games or just relaxing at. Along with a nice cozy area with an extra-large umbrella to kick back on comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, chill and read a book, enjoy looking at the nature around you and a fire pit table to light in the evenings. Plenty of room in the house for everyone when you are done enjoying the outside.

Smart TVs in all rooms with cable channels, central air conditioning and heat through out house, free WIFI, use of washer/dryer (laundry pods provided), linens, towels, iron board, iron, steamer to name a few amenities.

If you have children, there are 2 parks in walking distance. Large deck area with room for them to play, swimming right off the dock or at a beach front area by the parks, and some board games to enjoy some family or friend time. High chair for kids and a baby bath tub for infants. Deck has railings to keep children away from the water. However, always keep an eye on them.

Firepit by the sofa set if available for use during your stay. Life Jackets, and Fishing Poles are available for use during your stay. It can be common at times for the channel and lake to get some green algae during the later summer months.

Please keep in mind we do not have control over the weather or lake conditions throughout the different seasons. Lake condition, water level, clarity, and vegetation vary widely throughout the year.

If your vehicle (or anyone in your group) has an oil leak (or other fluids) please Do Not park in the driveway. Park in the rock area. Any damage done to pavers in driveway will be the responsibility of the person on the reservation to pay for replacement. Pavers that need to be replaced can be costly.

The lake house is a 2.5-hour drive from San Francisco and a little over 2 hours from Sacramento.

(The first night we had to deal with some in the studio with us even after trying to swat/kill them; the second night we purchased some Raid bug spray to combat them prior to entering, which helped) Overall rating: 2/5 stars"

She mentioned that the house we stayed in is actually where she stays a good amount of time. This makes total sense. It was so cozy! It felt like a home, not a house. Oh and the TUB!! Amazing. And the bed was super comfortable. The only slight downside was that the tv is mounted pretty high and the couch doesn't face it. But thats honestly so minor and very much not a problem. Come & stay in our 2 bedroom beautiful REMOLDED home with gallery kitchen, bamboo flooring, recessed lighting throughout the home, Large enclosed Luxury Deck with Firepit, ergonomic lounge chairs, wine barrel table with bar stools and gas BBQ. We have access to two fishing docks only 2 blocks walking distance away. We are also walking distance to the downtown MAIN STREET area, boat launch, library park, restaurants, deli, bakery, coffee shops, espresso bar, ice cream parlors, yogurt shops, shopping, banks, and our local Safeway. There are also 30+ wineries in Lake County, including Napa wineries about 1 1/2 hours away, and Highland Springs Hiking Trails about 1 mile from the home!!
